Agreed. My only gripe with Rodgers is his flair for the dramatic. I wish he would just give his answer rather than let it play out for this long. On the other hand that would destroy any leverage he has if he wants to get moved to another organization so it’s a real Catch 22. I feel the Packers should just accommodate a trade to send him to Denver.

Agreed that it is a business. The Packers drafted the black quarterback with the intention of replacing Rodgers. If the Packers were run by a forward thinking GM they would be able to get a nice haul in terms of draft picks for an older vet qb and league MVP that still has some years left. The organization - especially Gutencuck would rather push Rodgers to retire though - my guess is it is more of an ego thing.

If Rodgers does retire or force a trade my guess is that Gutencuck and Lafleue will not be looked on as the reason for the Packers success any longer.

Backing up in time that is what they should have done with Favre, let him go to the Vikes haul in huge first round draft picks and let the Vikes age out while Rogers matures, but no and that was with a decent GM not the caste cuck clown Gutencuck. Maybe Gutencuck has assembled a SB team but it is my belief he hired flunky coaches that their stupid treatment of Kumerow for the overdrafted "athletes" upset a HoF QB. Randy Hundley 2.0, the only reasons I had to watch or listen was one was force of habit and two was Jordy Nelson who literally was only given one target per game by headless chicken one read Hundley. So between Gay NFL and no HoF QB on GB I will depend on the stalwart sports fans here to post highlights of players to watch. And college ball is ruined as well, basically a two tier game now, All Pros versus nobodies.

Sounds like Rodgers will be playing for Green Bay this year. The Packers seem to be making concessions to get him back - one rumor is bringing Randall Cobb back to the Packers. Rodgers being able to replace a legend and become a legend in his own right (arguably a better QB than Farve) is a rarity for a franchise.

My guess is that both he and Adams will be on a new team next year. Lafleur and Gutencuck will sink with Love and the mediocre wrs that Rodgers has made look better than they really are.

Spot on with that take! Green Bay fans have definitely been blessed with 2 HOF QBs over last 30 seasons. At least they've got Rodgers back for this season. With the final week of the 2021 regular season upon us, one of the more natural talking points around the league has been the current MVP race. While there'll always be some heated discussions around this topic of who was most valuable to his team that given year, this go-around has added another contentious layer to it, which revolves around last year's MVP in Aaron Rodgers and Hub Arkush, who is a Chicago sportscaster, analyst and executive editor of Pro Football Weekly.

Arkush recently noted that he would not give his MVP vote to Rodgers and went on to call the Packers quarterback "the biggest jerk in the league." The bulk of Arkush's reasoning seems to be based on off-field issues surrounding Rodgers this season, including the situation where the quarterback was less than forthcoming about his vaccination status. Not basing his MVP vote merely on the play on the field drew criticism across the league, and Arkush himself even admitted that he "made a big mistake" in revealing his voting plans.

On Wednesday, Rodgers didn't hold much back when asked for his thoughts on Arkush and his comments.

"I think he's a bum. I think he's an absolute bum," Rodgers said, as transcribed by Pro Football Talk. "He doesn't know me. I don't know who he is. No one knew who he was, probably, until yesterday's comments. And I listened to the comments. But to say he had his mind made up in the summertime, in the offseason that I had zero chance of winning MVP — in my opinion, that should exclude [him from] future votes.


"His problem isn't with me being a 'bad guy' or 'the biggest jerk in the league' -- because he doesn't know me. He doesn't know anything about me. I've never met him. I've never had lunch with him. I've never had an interview with him. His problem is I'm not vaccinated. So if he wants to go on a crusade and collude and come up with an extra letter to put on the award just for this season and make it the 'Most Valuable Vaccinated Player,' then he should do that.

"But he's a bum. And I'm not going to waste any time worrying about that stuff. He has no idea who I am. He's never talked to me in his life. But it's unfortunate that those sentiments -- it's surprising that he would even say that, to be honest. But I knew this was possible. I talked about it on McAfee ("The Pat McAfee Show") weeks ago. Despite Arkush's comments, Rodgers is currently the betting favorite at Caesars Sportsbook to win league MVP. If he does win, he'd be the first player since Peyton Manning (2008, 2009) to be named NFL MVP in back-to-back seasons.

I've always said that Globohomo isn't nearly as smart as it thinks it is. They've adopted a "strategery" of pushing for a worldwide, totalitarian, Orwellian dictatorship where everyone is either a blind devotee of the Party or an eternal enemy of the state. No one is allowed to be neutral. I truly believe that this will be their eventual downfall. Most people would choose to be neutral if they were allowed to. I've recently read somewhere that Rodgers was videoed in front of his bookshelf where a copy of "Atlas Shrugged" was displayed so it was seen. Now the author was a Russian Jewess who conveniently made her way out of Stalin's USSR where she promptly started writing discivilizational works of literature which did one thing flattered the egos of all the smart right wingers and quite frankly a lot of truth. In short she was another Trotsky globalist world healer taking another tack of attacking Western Civ, and we bear the fruits now all hail the GDP.

I would add Favre in there. Loved his never-say die mentality, the gunslinger ways. He realized it is a game and played as such. Plus he is pretty conservative and that scores points in my book.
