We got a Gink pick six, Moss pick, big Pierce TD, let’s hope for. Steele TD to make this day better

Giants beating the odious Seahawks in their house was nice. Jones an efficient 257 yards and 2 TDs. No turnovers and was without his #1 receiver and top RB. Great game.

Yep! Maybe Stafford can lead the Rams comeback?
Rams will be buried by the time Kupp returns. Sadly they are in a similar boat to the Bengals. The 49ers better be careful too giving away easy games they should win.

Jags won as well and Flacco had a huge game in the loss. The Browns woeful season and worst trade in NFL history well get further under the microscope as well. The Pats look like an ass team despite Kraft handpicking Bellichek's successor.

Bills, Bengals and Rams issues can all at least be somewhat attributed to bad drafting.

Let's not forget the QB showcase from Thursday night.

I think it grows more and more apparent each week that McCaffrey was the engine that made the 49ers elite.

And their defense is picking up where they left off last year an struggling.

Glad that the Crawfords lost last night. Yinzer DWF brains must be exploding as their QB savior isn't putting up points.

I’m hoping both Steele and Watson get several touches tonight. Both have the ability to put up big time numbers if given opportunity.

Steele is excellent, just needs to not fumble. Fumbling is the worst thing he could do.

any updates on Steele? Has Reid said anything on if they’re still willing to play him?

I really haven't heard a thing about who is supposed to play, and the posted depth chart is fairly useless for both RB and WR positions:

Oh, I forgot to mention last night that during the rain and lightning delay, Football Night in America panelist Devin McCourty gave a shoutout to Riley Moss by name. It was during the Broncos game highlights and he mentioned the defense playing really well and that he loves watching the DBs, as a former one himself. He noted Moss had his first interception and said he was playing really great (or something to that effect).

The most impressive stunt by Pierce was his third catch, the one that didn't go for a TD.
Richardson has connected with Pierce on a few big plays, but imagine the stats he could put up with Flacco throwing to him all season. Won't happen unless Richardson seriously injures himself again like he did last year, which is certainly not a longshot given how fragile he is for a reputed big, strong "generational talent."

Outside of game 1 Jones has played very well. Interesting that he looked better without Nabers on the field. No one is talking about Jones performance today though.

Was looking at this "report card" on the Steelers after last night's game and every group, including coaching, got a C or D, except for the linebackers who got a B+. That happens to be the only "White dominated" group on the team with Watt, Herbig and Wilson all playing significant roles. Payton Wilson's snaps continue to slowly creep up and he played 58% last night and turned it into 9 tackles, 5 of them solo.

Fields was given a C- and talk about switching over to Russell Wilson is beginning to ramp up, including being mentioned in this report card, and will be a center of discussion this week. Wilson somehow still has a calf issue after trying to use a blocking sled months ago but is supposedly improving to the point that he might be able to play in Week 6 if called upon.

On the same topic, here's Mark Madden's take today:

You can count on Richardson being injured most of the time. Unlike some of the other black running QB's, Jackson, Daniels, etc. who are built more like wide receivers, Richardson is bigger and stockier, he takes bigger hits. Of course prior to this game it's not like Flacco has been targeting Pierce. Pretty much just those last two drives. "Hey, this white guy is fast, gets open and can catch!"

Karlaftis gets heavy pressure and forces Carr to throw an INT while attempting to heave it out of bounds.

I’ve often said blacks are more fair to whites playing “black” positions than the myriad of liberal whites who think blacks are gods among men.

Riley Moss is playing very well and nice to see McCourty acknowledge that. But the fact he is the one that does it is why whites are downtrodden as we are. Zero racial pride amongst the majority of white men.
