2024 NFL Conference Championship Games

I'm so sick of the annoucers calling it the "TOOSH PUSH" everytime a qb runs the ball by the goal line. Nothing but more ways
to push homosexuality on the masses. Horrible name. Need to remember to mute the game more.

I always go out of my way to never watch or listen to Cowher. Was spittle flying out of his mouth?

SOS for Football Dad, must be in full Indian gear.
It’s Cowher kissing Slash or Howie playing intellectual, horrible memories either way.

I've never understood going for the 2 point conversion before the 4th quarter. It looks desperate & can come back to haunt you if you don't convert...but I only watch during the playoffs so maybe I'm missing something.

That missed 2 pt conversion earlier really rears its ugly head here. If they would've just taken the extra point they'd be up by a field goal now instead of just 1 point.

Agreed completely. It can really put you in a hole early on or shorten your lead later on. I really think teams should go for the 2 pt conversion as late as possible because there's no risk of falling behind at the end of the game. If you need a 2 pt conversion to win but don't get it then you lose outright. But you still had the ability to win outright with the conversion. On the contrary, if you miss it earlier you could lose by attrition and not have the ability to win outright with a 2 pt conversion later on. I know I'm rambling a bit here but it just seems like a mistake to me.

shipley is every bit as explosive as Barclay and I say a touch faster than Barclay. Barclay is a very good back.
He did test as slightly faster (4.39 to 4.4). I think Barkley as a bit better lateral agility, but Shipley has all the tools to be an elite back in the league.
