I noticed that as well. Strange.
I think it's just an off year for many European athletes. Europe was hit hard with virus shutdowns, and it seems every European sprinter is having an off year, whether they are U23 or competing as seniors. There are some other bright spots, but the European sprinters are way off this year.
In fact, the only sprinter who went sub 10.10 is Rowan Browning, and apparently he's been abducted by aliens because nobody's seen him since April.
LOL I know ..... how on earth can that possibly lead to a good showing at Tokyo (shaking my head) racing these race toughened opponents - unless he's racing those aliens ...... so maybe one half reasonable run in Tokyo and he'll be done. Probably a 10.30 into a wind <sigh!>
