Jimmy G's main issue is being injury prone. When he's healthy he's a franchise level quarterback and should be the starter, no question.

The 49ers should not have drafted Trey Lance. Either wait their original turn in the draft and pick a guy who could be a solid backup, or trade for one, would have been far more logical options. The drafting of Lance makes no sense and probably was a shout-out to the far-left San Francisco fans, who would of course blindly worship a black QB. Politics coming ahead of football in the NFL once again.

Could be. I do think politics had at least some effect on the decision.

I'm just annoyed with the way Jimmy G is being treated like some bridge or journeyman QB when he's clearly a franchise-level talent.

In other words the only reason he is going excelling is that he was genetically bred to be athlete and no other regular white guy could achieve this which all of us know is total bs. There are thousands of white men who could be 1000 yards rushers. Cleveland is beating up the Chiefs in the 1st half up 22 to 10. Baker is outplaying Mahomes so far. Mahomes is capable of putting up 21 points in a quarter so I hope they can hold in

Borghi will be drafted mid rounds as of now.....With a good season, he could be second day material, at least......Shipley could end up a first rounder or day two at worse.
