2021 NFL Week One

Cousins to Thielen TD! There's hope!!!

Cousins to Thielen 24 yard TD on a 4th down play!!
Hopefully that will light a fire in them. They needed that spark for sure! Beautiful!

Awful throw by Murray results in an INT and subsequent score by the Titans

Last I looked, with 10 minutes left in the 3rd quarter, Murray was 19/28/269 with 3 passing TDs and has also rushed one in. Score: Arizona 31 Tennessee 13, a pretty big upset in the making to this point.

Again, let's concentrate on rooting for our own. If we're going to note every mistake by a Black QB, let's do the same with White QBs.

Sam Darnold looking very good with a 104.7 QB rating.

I notice that Henry Anderson is listed as the starting RDE for the Patriots. Anderson is a good player but has had injury issues in his career.

Jimmy G with 303 yards, 1 TD and a QB rating of 123.6. He’s going to need to play at this high level all year and stay healthy to hold of the calls for Trey Lance. Force them to start you.

Yep, and Lance's previous glowing reviews weren't quite as rosy toward the end of training camp. He's raw and mistake prone, far from a sure thing. SF has a very solid team that was devastated by injuries last year, Jimmy G should be the best choice to lead them this season but he needs to show it on the field, including staying healthy.

They traded 3 first round picks and a third to move up to draft Lance. What a dumb move. They should have stayed where they were and drafted Mac Jones.

The always overlooked Nick Vigil had 9 tackles, 7 of them solo, and 1 sack, he'd probably be out of the league if the Vikings hadn't rescued him from the scrap heap

And they laughably pan the camera at Nick Bosa. I'll take Goff to Hock all day!
It would be awesome if one of the more tech savy members could put together a compilation of these panning to the white guy moments! It’s infuriating

Heady play by CMC to slide down in bounds to run the clock out. Lions making a comeback very late - 49ers WR just fumbled.

Goff up to 293 with 3 touchdowns. Hockenson with almost 100 yards. This is a good first game considering he’s on a new team with terrible receivers. The defense is also really poor so he should get lots of chance to throw the ball around.

Best news yet! Good for Jimmy G to not go down without a fight.

McCaffrey’s selflessness and intelligence kept him from a 100 yard game....
He could have easily turned up field for another few yards, but took a slide for the betterment of the team....Another reason why we all like him.....

Lions lose but Goff has a gritty performance. The first few weeks of the season can be misleading - teams that look good through weeks 1-4 can be figured out and end up sputtering for the remainder of the season. No need to panic or have any sort of irrational response.

No carries yet for 49er’s fullback juice. Why sign him to a big deal and not use him. He has Allstott like strength and explosiveness. Even the dwf’s in frisco want more touches for him. The run at 1:40 is a spitting image of a-train.
