2021 NFL Week One

Jimmy G's main issue is being injury prone. When he's healthy he's a franchise level quarterback and should be the starter, no question.

The 49ers should not have drafted Trey Lance. Either wait their original turn in the draft and pick a guy who could be a solid backup, or trade for one, would have been far more logical options. The drafting of Lance makes no sense and probably was a shout-out to the far-left San Francisco fans, who would of course blindly worship a black QB. Politics coming ahead of football in the NFL once again.

I don't think it was politics. It was a dumb caste driven decision thinking Lance would lead the 49ers to a super bowl.
 
C-Mac finishes with 187 all-purpose yards. The question fans should be asking, but aren't, is "why aren't there more white running backs."

Could be. I do think politics had at least some effect on the decision.

I'm just annoyed with the way Jimmy G is being treated like some bridge or journeyman QB when he's clearly a franchise-level talent.

One reason in my opinion, is that nearly each time mccaffery touches the ball the announcers bring up that his mom was a star athlete along with is dad (13 years in the nfl) and his grandpa was a Olympic track star. In other words the only reason he is going excelling is that he was genetically bred to be athlete and no other regular white guy could achieve this which all of us know is total bs. There are thousands of white men who could be 1000 yards rushers. Great post. I don't know about thousands of thousand yard rushers in the NFL, but there's no question the NFL could and should have lots of White running backs. Whites are just as good at running the ball as they are at every other football position.
 
Cleveland is beating up the Chiefs in the 1st half up 22 to 10. Baker is outplaying Mahomes so far. Mahomes is capable of putting up 21 points in a quarter so I hope they can hold in

Borghi will be drafted mid rounds as of now.....With a good season, he could be second day material, at least......Shipley could end up a first rounder or day two at worse.
I hope he stays on path....,Looking good so far.

Because they are all typecasted as receivers or are playing outfield for a baseball team.
 
Lost in the shuffle of today, Andrew wingard started at safety for the terrible and caste Jaguars. Of course the DWFs on Twitter blamed him for the bad defense and loss, like he’s the only reason they gave up 37 points.

I had high hopes for Horvath to but that injury may have screwed him. What do You think Rocky?
