I don't see anything in PhillisFan's comments that sound like "irrational hatred" and I certainly don't think they're comparable to the leftists' hatred of Trump. The Tonya Harding comment was a joke in poor taste, but that's not even comparable to the soulless, blind rage you'll see on virtually any thread on leftist sites like Democratic Underground or HuffingGlue Post.

For me, I have no personal hatred towards Mahomes, I just hate all the hype and worship he receives. He's also pretty damn lucky with his surrounding cast(e). Imagine if Mahomes and Josh Allen switched places. If Allen just had a tight end like Kelce to throw to, that alone would make a huge difference.

Pat Mahomes' sky-high stats are not sustainable over an NFL career. When ALL of the greatest quarterbacks over time have been white, and the best black quarterbacks play at the level of a mid-tier white starter, it's not statistically possible for him to keep those numbers up. It would be a like a seven-year-old kid winning the World's Strongest Man competition. At best, Mahomes will be Russell Wilson 2.0; at worst, he'll flame out like Robert Griffin.
