I'm not much of a fan of either of these teams, but I will root hard for Joe Burrow and root against Hurts. First play resulted in a 6 yard loss sack of Hurts and then a quick 3 and out. Camera zooming in on Hurts' eyes, he looks bewildered.

Same here. I counted 3 mighty whiteys starting for LSU and one lone paleface for Oklahoma. I will be turning the channel on this coal bowl.

8/10 OL starters are Sumos in this game. Ughh. At least LSU has Burrow otherwise I wouldn't bother watching. Oklahoma's Offense struggling early. Not used to a stout Defense.

Burrow with 8 total TDs. The broadcast team is now talking about how Lamar Jackson has changed the prototype for a QB and trying to hype up Hurts who has had an absolute dud as a game. Any angle to push the agenda.

Burrow meanwhile looks as dominant as any QB I can recall at the college level and has shredded the Oklahoma defense.

and their offensive team to step up now and give the defense some rest. The defense has held OSU to 3 field goals and 1 td. Keeping the Tigers in the game.
