Some brand new "expert" that I have never heard of is doing his part to hype up eraserhead. If I recall Tebow was blasted from the get go and all the way through his NFL career for his throwing mechanics and Jackson gets a pass to work on his. Interestingly enough Tebow had a much better completion percentage in college than Jackson :
Lamar Jackson - QB -
Cardinals
Louisville QB Lamar Jackson's draft stock is trending "upward," according to Yahoo Sports' Jordan Schultz.
"Hard to imagine him falling him out of the 1st round," Schultz tweeted. Picking at No. 15 overall, the Cardinals have suddenly become a hot hypothetical destination for L-Jax around the draft community. With stopgap veteran Sam Bradford on a one-year deal, the Cardinals are in a unique position to roll the dice on Jackson's ceiling
while affording him the one-year developmental redshirt campaign he needs to work on his throwing mechanics. Jackson's athleticism and arm talent are above reproach, but tweaks -- throwing with a wider base, incorporating his hips more, etc. -- will have to be made to improve his accuracy and consistency as a thrower.
