I just witnessed one of the most idiotic plays by an afflete possibly ever. 3rd and 10 15 seconds left and in field goal range. Osweiler throws it to rookie bust Isaiah McKenzie 7-8 yards and a few yards from the out of bounds line. He proceeds to run horizontally right back into the middle of the field and prances around trying to get a first down and time expires right as he gets tackled

"Somehow", the blame will be pinned on Osweiler, I'll bet, and used as more ammo on how poor the Bronco QBs are as opposed to their precious AA receivers.

If, after playing "pee wee" ball up through college and into the NFL and you still don't have the mental game down...what to do in every situation...you never will, and should be put out to pasture.

Would you expect anything else?

One of the announcers in the Bears - Browns brought up the possibility of making a quarterback change. Why? cried another announcer, incredulous that such a thing would be suggested.

How about so you can get better quarterback play, maybe win the game and avert an 0-16 record.

Kizer remains the Browns quarterback due to black privilege, not because he deserves the job based on merit.

Now an announcer said of Kizer "We all know he has the physical ability to do this."

We all know nothing of the kind. He doesn't have the physical ability to "do this." He can't throw accurately.

The lovefest for below average black quarterbacks continues.

Kizer throws an interception and an announcer says "You can't fault anyone on that." How about faulting Kizer, you know, the guy who threw the interception. Unbelievable.

Kirk Cousins is having yet another outstanding game. 19-37, 299 yards, 3 TDs, 1 Int. It is great to see the solid, devout Christian doing so well. I hope he gets a huge contract in the offseason, if not in Washington then somewhere else.

Patriots are now up 30-16 over da Bills. Closing in on home field advantage.

As for the Packers debacle I was going to defend Hundley because all the drops, but on one play that Hundley extended and then threw a bad pass to someone after the play I caught a glimpse of Cobb venting his frustrations that even with an extended play Hundley cannot find the open guy.

And the Kizer thing is just horrendous, and I'll blame the coaches since he is obviously not ready for prime time their answer if they choose to stick with him is for him to outlet to Vitale. And the Cleveland GM former Packers player and front office flunky is I hear leading the charge to claim Rogers off of waivers if he has to go there.

What a day for the "'revolutionaries' at the QB position".

Besides Kizer, Hundley, and Newton's poor performances...

Late in the 3rd Qtr:
Russel Wilson 8/14 for 41 yards, 1 TD 0 INT
Dak Prescott 11/21 for 109 yards 0 TD 2 INT

Only Winston had a good game.

Some solid QB, WR and defensive play today by our guys.

Zach Vigil went off today for the Redskins with 14 tackles, 12 of them solo and 1 TFL, leading both teams. He certainly brought his lunch pail today.

Want to be a bottom feeder team in the NFL? Go get yourself a special kind of quarterback who will panic every time he's pressured and try to run; this type really loves getting sacked, but lives for his 1/10 chance he can get a first down by running so that he can dance alone like he just won the game all by himself.

Vigil was released from the Bills practice squad this year. Yet when he gets an opportunity he responds with 14 tackles.

I wonder how the DWFs rationalize this. The truth is he wasn't given opportunities because he's white.

Garoppolo leads the 49ers to their 4th straight win, showing why he is a franchise quarterback.

The local rag here, the Washingon Compost, had Jax as having an 87% chance of beating the 49ers today, despite San Fran playing at home and gaving won three in a row. Guess they were wrong.

He may be looking at a 20 million plus per year contract next year.

Some analysts wondered why the Patriots traded him. Due to salary cap issues they couldn't afford to keep both him and Brady so they got what they could for Jimmy G.

Sean Lee is flying around out there, blowing up screens and making huge stops behind the line. Him and Kuechly are tops in the league, hands-down.

Don't forget Blake Martinez. He's been a tackling machine of the highest rank this season. Joe Schobert also. Those two are right behind Luke and Sean.

Great to see the 49ers coming on strong to close the season. John Lynch has righted the ship and the trade for Garappolo will prove to be a big feather in his cap. The rise of the Vikings and Rams has made this season much more palatable, the Eagles with Wentz before he was hurt, and next season San Fran should be a contender with Garappolo, Trent Taylor and George Kittle all continuing to improve.
