Great posts gents! Should I be worried about Wisconsin Basketball guy's ?!

Cuz im kinda worried at this point. Only 37pts last night and they're continuing to struggle to find scoring besides Happ! More worrisome is lapses on defense, turnovers, free throw percentage. Traditionally all things the Badgers have excelled at last 16yrs when they've made the Tourney!

I wouldn't worry quite yet. The Badgers lost a lot from their 2015 runner up team and lost to teams like Milwaukee in 2016 and still made the Sweet 16. They've got a few new pieces, and their black players (and white players like Van Vliet and Pritzl, for that matter) aren't as good as the guys they replaced yet. Happ is playing at an All-America level, but guys like Trice, Iverson, Pritzl, and one of their white bigs REALLY need to play better. Trice and Iverson have cost the Badgers games this year with their mediocre play at times. Pritzl has been non-existent, and Van Vliet has fallen out of the rotation in favor of Nathan Reuvers. Wisconsin usually always rights the ship, so we'll see if the team around Happ and Davison (a freshman stud who'll be the next great Badger) gets better.

The Hawkeyes are young, and missing their leader in Nicholas Baer, plus back-up PG Connor McCaffrey is out right now. I hope they improve soon. Most of their key guys are freshman and sophomores. There is definitely room for them to get better, and I think they will get better.

In terms of Riggin's list, put Creighton on there too. They'll be a more palatable team again when starting stretch 4 Toby Hegner recovers from an ankle injury. With Mitchell Ballock coming in for 20+ minutes per game, Hegner's return will give the Blue Jays 2 white starters and three guys playing 20+ minutes, with a couple more playing less. That sounds like a good team to me.

Maybe Wichita State?? When I watched them in Maui, they had Conner Frankamp starting, plus Nurger and Austin Reaves coming off the bench for around 15 minutes or so every game.

Arizona State is another team in the Top 25 we could cheer for. They start 2 whites, and they'll have a huge presence in Mickey Mitchell eligible very shortly, giving them three whites with consistent PT.

Although not preferred over more white teams, teams like Duke, Villanova, and Florida all have white men in their top players. Allen is the face of Duke, so they would be very preferable to an all-black side. Same with DiVinenczo and Villanova and Koulechov and Florida.

Just a few notes from last night's play.

NC's Luke Maye had a 24-17 rebound stat line. May not be a run/jump athlete which is the standard take on white players but he has some quickness and is very smooth and skilled. In the same game Davidson has a 6'4" guard JL has brought up, Jon Axel Gudmundsson. He is putting up a nice all around stat line for the season and looks smooth and skilled as well.

Elsewhere Dakota Mathias had a 20 pt. 9 assist game and along with big man Haas as Purdue defeated Maryland. Kevin Huerter scored 19 on only 9 shots. Give this impressive player the rock more often.

Finally Gonzaga won behind a 22pt. 8R 2S 3BL 3A all around game by rising Killian Tillie. Watch him rise up for a nasty throw down see below.

Anti-White piece of garbage Mick Cronin is at it again. The Cincinnati Bearcats head coach, who hasn't stated a White player in a decade and was married to a negress, had an "exchange of words" with Xavier's star White player JP Macura. Xavier's head coach has strongly come to JP's defense.

Here are some of the interesting details.

Cronin claims JP told him to "eff off 3 times". He followed up by saying, "If he was playing for me, he wouldn't play," [Freethinker: I'm sure he wouldn't play AT ALL if he had the misfortune of being on Cincinnati, huh Mick?]

Xavier coach Chris Mack then came into the news conference after Cronin finished and was heated, saying, "There's two sides to the story," and, "There's a reason their coach was issued a technical in the game."

"J.P.'s my guy," Mack said of Macura. "J.P. will fight for every inch on the basketball court. He's a great kid. I'm not going to let anybody control the narrative on who they think J.P. Macura is." [FT: Good for Mack setting the record straight.]

Mack then referenced an incident from 2009 or 2010 when former Cincinnati guard Lance Stephenson was with the Bearcats.

Perhaps the biggest storyline of the college basketball season thus far is North Carolina's Luke Maye. Maye has been an absolute stud so far this year, and is a double double machine. I've been able to watch him a couple of times this year, and he's VERY impressive. He can score in any way possible, and is an absolute beast on the boards. Maye is currently leading the Tar Heels in scoring at 20 PPG, and in rebounding, at over 10 per game. Maye can also play defense; he's first on the Tar Heels in blocks, with over 1 per game. If Maye keeps this up, he'll be an All-American and Wooden Award candidate. If you haven't watched Maye and the Tar Heels, make it a point to catch him at some point. You wanna know how good he's been? His last four games he's been unstoppable. Against Michigan, he had 27 points, 6 boards, and 3 assists; against Davidson, he had 24 points and 17 rebounds; against Tulane, 22 points, 10 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 blocks, and against West Carolina, 12 points and 12 boards in limited minutes.

Maye makes the Tar Heels watchable, even more so than Duke this year. So far, Maye is the guy for UNC, and is the guy that announcers have been talking about. Grayson Allen seems to have taken more of a back seat role this year to Duke's hyped freshman. Freshman guard Andrew Platek has steadily been getting some more minutes; he's up to over 11 per game.

Another great story thus far is NC State freshman Braxton Beverly. He's been doing great after the NCAA finally allowed him to play. Kevin Keatts deserves some credit as well; although he wasn't exactly a white-friendly coach at UNCW, he fought for Beverly to become eligble after Beverly committed to NC State. Beverly came off the bench his first game back, and he's ascended to the starting lineup and is now the Wolfpack's PG. He's been playing some big minutes. He's also got a nice 3.17 assist to TO ratio. Beverly is going to be terrorizing ACC opponents for four years, and he's gonna be fun to watch.

I guess I was wrong with Wisconsin; thought they'd be better this year. Their offense is so anemic, Brad Davison is still growing, and Brevin Pritzl has gone AWOL, in that he's not producing at anywhere near the level Wisconsin needs him to. Trice and Iverson just aren't very good either. Trice is definitely not as good as previous Badger PGs. This is where the Tyler Herro decommit really hurts the Badgers. I'll just be hoping they'll be able to send Happ off with a good team next year.

Some stats from today:

Paul Jorgensen has rapidly become an important part of Butler's team. When Jorgensen is on, the Bulldogs are simply way better than when he isn't. He had 15 points in the Bulldogs' blowout win vs. cupcake Youngstown State. It'll be interesting to see what happens when Sean McDermott returns from injury; Jorgensen has been starting in his spot and playing well. Either way, I'm expecting both of them to play 25+ minutes per game at some point this season. Nate Fowler had 12 points and 3 boards in just 14 minutes off the bench.

Celtic mentioned Rowsey; he lit it up against Wisconsin today! Rowsey led Marquette with 24 points, with 4 assists and 4 rebounds. The Golden Eagles get a great player in Aussie Harry Froling eligible now; Marquette should be heading back to the NCAA tournament this year. Sam Hauser had 16 points, 3 assists, and 3 boards.

Maryland's Kevin Huerter had 15 points, 3 assists, and 3 boards in Maryland's easy win against Gardner-Webb. Michal Cekovsky had 12 points, 6 boards, 2 blocks and 2 assists.

Creighton's Mitch Ballack and Martin Krampelj both had big games today. Ballock had 13 points, 6 rebounds, 4 assists, 2 steals, and a block in 30 minutes off the bench. Krampelj had 10 points and 11 boards. Of note, senior Toby Hegner has returned from his injury, and started today. The Blue Jays pulled away late against Nebraska.

Florida's Egor Koulechov had 21 points, 7 rebounds, and 2 assists in the Gators' win over all black Cincinnati.

Notre Dame's Matt Farrell had 24 points and 7 assists in an easy Irish win today.

Moritz Wagner had 23 points in Michigan's come from behind win against UCLA. Thomas Welsh had 22 and 10 in the loss.

Mid-major team Fort Wayne has a star in their hands in starting SG John Konchar 6'5 207, whose gone under the radar gaining NBA interest. (Jr) Konchar is viewed as a Late-round sleeper candidate for next years draft. This man literally does it all on the court averaging 14.7 points, 9.5 rebounds, 3.7 assists, and 2.5 steals! Konchar oozes elite NBA 3-and-D potential, with his 2.5 SPG among the best in the nation, and a .477% 3-point stroke to go with it. By far Fort Wayne's best player and the Summit league's too for that matter. He possesses a unique rebounding ability, as he leads the team in rebounds as a 6'5 guard! The down side for Konchar is he plays in the mediocre Summit league, in which Fort Wayne sits 4th with a 6-5 record. However when Fort Wayne played Kentucky earlier this season Konchar lit them up, posting 19 points, 6 assists, 6 rebounds, and 3 steals on 7-13 shooting and 5 3's!! He reminds me of Pat Connaughton, as their the same height at 6'5 and share similiar "deceptive" athleticism! John Konchar is definitely one to keep an eye on!!!

Great post deceptive. I think I'll have to disagree with you on Konchar being the Summit League's best player, however. Don't get me wrong, Konchar is great, but there's one guy who I think is better. That is South Dakota State's Mike Daum. Now a junior, the "Dauminator" is a stud who is getting legit NBA consideration. At 6'9 250, Daum is everything for the Jackrabbits, and a threat to score from anywhere on the floor; he's got some great moves, and is a legitimate outside threat. Daum is scoring nearly 20 PPG, leading SDSU, and is also leading the Jackrabbits in rebounds with just under 8 per game. Although Daum's start isn't near as good as his previous campaign, he's still a great player who'll definitely be on the All-Summit League team with Konchar. Daum plays great against the best. Against Top 10 Wichita State (a game in which SDSU nearly upset the Shockers), Daum had 31 points! Against Kansas, he had a double double with 21 points and 11 boards.

The other guy in the Summit besides Daum and Konchar who could be Player of the Year in the conference is mercurial South Dakota guard Matt Mooney. A 6'3 junior, Mooney can completely take over a game when he's on, and he's the engine that makes the Coyotes go. Mooney is a good athlete who can score from anywhere on the court, and is a deadly catch and shoot threat. Also capable of playing defense, he's first on the Coyotes so far this year in steals with 14. He's a legit talent that may power South Dakota to an NCAA tournament berth this year. Mooney is first on the Coyotes in scoring at 16.3 PPG, and second in assists with 38 on the team. He's capable of blowing up. For instance, against a good TCU team (a game that South Dakota nearly won) Mooney led all scorers with 31 points! Mooney also opens things up for the other Coyotes on the floor; the team seems to be very balanced this year from looking at box scores.

Overall, it looks like the Summit League has three great players, with one of them in all likelihood getting the the NCAA tournament.

Wisconsin won a close game against Western Kentucky tonight 81-80, snapping the Badgers' recent slump. Two of their black players, Trice and freshman Kobe King are both out for the year. King is definitely a bigger loss; I'm not a fan of Trice and his tendency to jack up shot after shot. With those injuries, the Badgers often had four whites on the floor for long periods of time tonight. Ethan Happ and Brad Davison are both studs. Happ and Brevin Pritzl (who FINALLY stepped up) led the Badgers with 17 points. Davison got a charge called on a Western Kentucky player on an out of bounds play, and sank the game-winning free throw with 2 seconds left. He finished with 16. Hopefully the Badgers pick it up a bit, so Davison and Happ can get proper recognition. This should be GREAT experience for next for the young Badgers; they pretty much return everybody. I'm hoping this win sparks a Badger run.

Western Kentucky has a good player in senior forward Justin Johnson, who had 13 tonight and nearly averages a double double with 11 points and 9.6 boards per game. However the guy that drew my eye from Western Kentucky was a freshman guard. That is Jake Ohmer. He's got a great three point shot, and is instant offense off the bench for the Hilltoppers this year. He's a scorer who's going to be a force at the mid-major level. He's already averaging over 10 PPG, while playing 23+ minutes per game, pretty good for a freshman. With Ohmer and Johnson on the court for the Hilltoppers for the majority of the game, the Hilltoppers would be a good team to have out of C-USA.

Here's another guy whom I believe I mentioned (either in the recruiting thread, or in last year's thread): Fletcher Magee. The bouncy shooting guard plays for Wofford, and has absolutely been tearing it up so far this year! He hit a last second shot to knock off Georgia Tech already, and he's been a scoring machine. Magee is averaging nearly 24 PPG, good enough for 6th in the nation! He's also averaging over 56% from beyond the arc to go with nearly 5 made triples per game. A Bleacher Report article even calls him "Steph Curry and JJ Redick rolled into one." That might not be too far off; Magee may be able to brake Curry's 3-point record of 162 made in a season. Playing in the Southern Conference should definitely help him in this regard. I really hope Magee is able to power Wofford into the NCAA tournament. America deserves to see this star. Now that most schools are done with their finals, there are some actual scores to report on. Here are a few:

Butler's Paul Jorgensen continues to confuse DWFs who thought he "wouldn't be very good." He had 15 points, 8 boards, 2 assists, and 2 steals. Sean McDermott also returned to the rotation after sustaining an ankle injury. Butler's "star" Kamar Baldwin had 13 points... on 5/19 shooting to go with 5 TOs... ouch!!

Isaac Haas had 15 and Dakota Mathias had 14, 5 assists, and 4 rebounds in Purdue's win over Butler.

Michigan's Jon Teske had 15 and 10 starting in place of Mo Wagner in the Wolverine's win over Detroit.

Kyle Guy had 19 points in Virginia's win over Davidson.

Nicholas Baer had 11 points, 14 rebounds, and 5 assists against Drake as Iowa blew them out. Jordan Bohannon and 15 points and 7 assists, with just 1 TO.

DePaul's Max Strus has been a pleasant surprise this year; he had 33 points as the Blue Demons fell just short against Northwestern.

Oklahoma freshman Brady Manek had 21 points as the Sooners knocked off Wichita State.

Sunday

Luke Maye had 15 and 8 in a UNC win.

Wofford's Fletcher Magee had 27 points and 5 boards in a Terriers win.

In his first extensive action, Arizona State F Mickey Mitchell had 8 points, 13 rebounds, and 2 assists.

South Dakota's Tyler Hagedorn had 27 and 6, and Matt Mooney had 18 points in a Coyotes road win against San Jose State.

IPFW and Jon Konchar (mentioned above) took Indiana to the woodshed in Assembly Hall tonight!! The Mastodons won 92-72 with a great 2nd half! Jon Konchar and a couple of IPFW's black players (Scott and Harrell) were impressive tonight. This was my first time watching Konchar in extended minutes, and it's clear that he should be playing at a better school. He was in complete control tonight. Konchar had 16 points, 7 assists, 7 boards, and 2 steals, with just one turnover in 36 minutes. I love the way he's able to rebound against bigger guys at just 6'5. He also hit several long three pointers in the last stages of the game, putting IU away and helping to extend the Mastodon lead to 20. IPFW often had 3 whites on the floor at a time when I was watching, including Dylan Carl (who had 14 off the bench), freshman PG Matt Weir, and their 2nd white starter in Jax Levitch along with Konchar. The 3rd black starter only played 12 minutes, so Carl and Weir effectively combine to be the 5th starter given their minutes.

Gonzaga's Killian Tillie had a HUGE game tonight, with 27 points, 4 rebounds, and 2 assists. Corey Kispert came off the bench for 8 points and 3 rebounds as he continues to return from an ankle injury.

Creighton's freshman guard Mitchell Ballock and sophomore forward Martin Krampelj were impressive when I saw them tonight. Krampelj is a great forward who can play above the rim. The media types will never give him credit for his athleticism, even though he's on the receiving end of a couple off alley-oops per game. Krampelj also uses his athleticism to his advantage in rebounding. His line of 8 and 11 tonight is a typical one for Krampelj, who's nearly tied for the team lead in rebounding with 8 per game. Ballack was sensational again tonight. He had 14 points off the bench for the Bluejays.

Sam Hauser had 21 points and 3 boards for Marquette, with Andrew Rowsey chipping in 11. Rowsey exited the game with a foot injury, but returned to the bench within a few minutes; I don't think it's very serious, and he shouldn't miss much time, if any. Of note, Harry Froling played a bit for the first time today for Marquette. Expect his minutes to go up as he gets up to game speed.

Svi Mykhailiuk torched Nebraska Omaha tonight, leading the Jayhawks with 26 points, 4 boards, and 4 assists. Sam Cunliffe also played his first extended minutes after his transfer from Arizona State; he scored 9 points.

A pleasant surprise has been Texas forward Dylan Osetkowski this year. The man is built like a tank, and he's having a surprisingly productive season under Shaka Smart. Osetkowski led Texas in scoring and rebounding tonight with 16 and 7. On the season, he is 2nd on the team in scoring with 15.1 PPG and 2nd in rebounding with nearly 8 per game. Not too bad, and now doubt the most any white player has produced under smart. Gotta give Shaka credit for actually using him.

A few stats from tonight...

Notre Dame's Matt Farrell had 22 points and 6 assists as Notre Dame topped Dartmouth in a closer than expected game. Dartmouth is a young team that plays some balanced basketball and looks to be improving - they started 4 white athletes, with several more coming in off the bench. Hopefully, they can be competitive in the Ivy League this year.

Oklahoma freshman Brady Manek had another strong game with 22 points. On a side note, Oklahoma's black freshman, Trae Young, has definitely lived up to the hype thus far. He had 26 points and 22(!!) assists tonight. He only had 4 turnovers as well. That's an almost unheard of number of assists for one guy; he broke the NCAA record for assists.

Virginia's Ty Jerome had a nice game tonight in an easy Cavalier win; he had 17 points, 4 rebounds, and 3 assists, with no turnovers. Jack Salt had 10 points, 5 boards, and 3 blocks.

South Dakota State's Mike Daum had another outstanding game; 35 points, 14 rebounds, and a block against Drake!! If there's a small conference tournament worth watching, it may be the Summit League, with with South Dakota, South Dakota State, and IPFW all vying for the lone NCAA berth. Daum, Mooney, or Konchar would be a great star to have in the NCAA Tournament.

Belmont's Dylan Windler had 19 points and 11 boards as the Bruins beat Western Kentucky. Forward Mack Mercer had a nice game off the bench with 13 and 9. Justin Johnson had 16 and 9 for Western Kentucky in the loss.

It appears Iowa has gotten back on track a bit more with now three blowout wins in a row against cupcakes. Tonight it was Southern Utah; the Hawkeyes won 92-64. It was a balanced night, with a lot of Hawkeyes scoring. Luka Garza led the way with 17 points, 5 rebounds, and 2 blocks.

Kodi Justice and Mickey Mitchell both had great games for the No. 3 Sun Devils in their blowout win over Longwood. Justice had 18 points, 3 boards, and 3 assists, while Mitchell had 12 points, 5 boards, 2 blocks and 1 assist. It looks like Arizona State may be one of our most white-friendly teams in the top tier of teams so far this year.

UCLA pulled out a close win against South Dakota by 3 points tonight. Thomas Welsh had 19 points, 11 boards, 4 assists, and 3 blocks for the Bruins. GG Goloman had 12 points, 7 boards and 2 assists. Despite sitting the last 10 minutes of the game after fouling out, South Dakota's Matt Mooney had 23 points, 7 rebounds, and 3 assists. Tyler Peterson had 12 off the bench for the Coyotes.

Butler's Paul Jorgensen continued his good play tonight as the Bulldogs woke up in the 2nd half and blew out cupcake Morehead State. Jorgensen had 16 points, 4 assists, and 4 rebounds. Nate Fowler came off the bench for 11 points and 3 boards. Despite Butler playing 3 white athletes at the same time for a good amount of the game, they were still "more athletic" than all-black Morehead State. How could that be??

No problem, icsept! Glad you were able to tune in! I watched most of the game as well, and I was VERY impressed with Magee in my first time seeing him live. Even the announcers were talking him up! It was great seeing Wofford get their first ever win over a Top-25 team. That's now two ACC wins for the Terriers, and I hope they are able to make March Madness. The Terriers started 3 whites, and had 4 or 5 on the court for parts of the game. UNC DWFs are no doubt going to be confused as to how so many lunch-pail carrying, blue collar guys were able to knock off their superior athletes.

For UNC's part, they did play Luke Maye and freshman guard Andrew Platek together for stretches. Maye led UNC with 17 points and 14 boards, but my goodness, does he need to improve his shooting; he was 4/16 from the field... ouch!! He missed a few bunnies from around the rim which really hurt the Tar Heels.

Thanks for the list, deceptive!! I'll admit, I haven't even heard of Heidegger before! Great to see Thomas and Elmore having great years.

In regards to Thomas, I'm glad that Thomas has become the man for the Bison this year. Everybody was expected their black center Foulland to command all of the attention, but Thomas put a rest to that early in the year. Thomas also leads the team in rebounding with nearly 9 per game in addition to his scoring. Thomas is also tied for 1st on the team in steals and 2nd on the team in blocks. In addition, he's shooting over 48% from beyond the arc! Bucknell currently has a losing record due to their tough nonconference schedule, but expect them to win the Patriot League again this year and make it back to the NCAA tournament. They're a great team to support; the Bison start 2 whites, and play 2-3 more 10+ minutes off the bench.

A few results from yesterday:

Butler (playing 2 whites for nearly all of the game) beat odious all-black Georgetown yesterday in double OT. Sean McDermott had a nice game, including the game-tying tip-in to send the game to OT. He finished with 8 points, 12 boards, and 2 assists. I'm guessing he'll be back in the starting 5 soon. I'm hoping it's not at the expense of Jorgensen, who's been having a fine year so far. He's better than magical black freshman Thompson in nearly every statistical category. He's a scorer (averaging 11.5 per game), can rebound well from the guard position, has BY FAR the best assist to turnover ratio on the team, is tied for 3rd in steals on the team with 15, doesn't foul very often, shoots over 40% from beyond the arc, and shoots over 84% from the free throw line. Thompson (who I'll admit does play good defense and shares the ball) on the other hand averages less than 6 PPG, doesn't concern himself with rebounding (just over 1 per game), shoots worse than Jorgensen from the field, despite NOT having a jump shot (he doesn't event take threes), and shoots less than 53% from the FT line. Despite having 53 assists to Jorgensen's 34, he has 33 turnovers to Jorgensen's 9! He's tied with Jorgensen on the team in steals.

So, with this, who do some Butler fans want McDermott to replace? Jorgensen of course. They say Thompson has those "intangibles." Well, having watched Butler a few times this year, I think Jorgensen plays good enough defense, and his ability to score adds another dimension that Thompson doesn't. Hopefully, it's not Jorgensen that's taken out of the starting lineup. He'd still play a ton regardless, but his play has been good enough where he shouldn't be benched.

Georgia Tech's Ben Lammers had 23 points, 11 boards, 6 blocks, and 3 assists in an easy Tech win.

JP Macura had 15 points and 3 rebounds in Xavier's win over Marquette. Andrew Rowsey, who's quite possibly the most exciting offensive player in the country besides Oklahoma's Trae Young, had another huge game with 31 points. Sam Hauser had 12 points, 8 assists, and 7 boards.

Ethan Happ had 18 points, 12 rebounds, and 6 assists in a Badger win.

I was watching Boise State dismantle Colorado State last night, and the Broncos are another good team for us to cheer for. The Broncos are currently 11-2 and have been playing some good basketball this year. Boise State has three white starters, with 1-2 more getting time from off of the bench. 6'6 sophomore two guard Justinian Jessup has been playing some great basketball this year. He ascended into the starting lineup last year as a freshman, and after playing off of the bench the first couple of games, Jessup has been starting, and lighting it up. He's second on the team in scoring at just over 14 PPG. Jessup is also an effective rebounder, with over 5 per game. Jessup's primary role, however is lighting it up from deep, and he can do that well. He's a deadly shooter, shooting over 48% from deep, and 90% from the charity stripe! Christian Sengfelder, a graduate transfer, starts at the four spot. Sengfelder is a stretch four, with most of his looks coming from beyond the arc. He shoots 39% from three, so he's effective at his job. The 6'9 senior is a graduate transfer from Fordham, and gives Boise State another threat from the outside. The five spot is a rotation for the most part this year, with Zach Haney starting. Haney has played most of the minutes so far this year, which is a welcome development. Consistency at spot only helps the Broncos. Fellow big men David Wacker and Robin Jorch will fill in for Haney at times off the bench. All in all, a great squad to support, especially in the Mountain West!!

I hope some of you guys got to watch some hoops today, because our guys absolutely CRUSHED it!

Butler knocked off the No. 1 team in the country in Villanova 101-93! The Bulldogs were absolutely deadly from 3-point range. Paul Jorgensen had the game of his life, shooting the lights out on his way to a career high 23 points to go with 5 boards and 2 assists. Some of the shots he hit were just ridiculous, and Jorgensen helped lead Butler to a huge upset. Sean McDermott and Nate Fowler played a lot today as well, contributing 10 and 8 points respectively.

Duke's Grayson Allen had 22 points, 6 boards, and 3 assists today in the Blue Devil's win over Florida State.

DePaul's Max Strus lit it up today, totaling 33 points to go with 6 rebounds and 2 assists. JP Macura stuffed the stat sheet with 19 points, 6 boards, 5 assists, 4 steals, and 2 blocks in Xavier's win over DePaul.

Boston College could not stop Virginia's Ty Jerome. The point guard got whatever he wanted today en route to a career-high 31 points in a 59-58 Cavaliers win. Jerome also had 5 rebounds, 2 assists, and 2 steals.

Luke Maye continues his great season for North Carolina. It was just an average day for Maye, who had 17 points, 15 rebounds, 2 assists, and 2 blocks in a Tar Heel win.

Gonzaga's steller freshman Corey Kispert appears to be on his way to recovering from his ankle injury; he had 10 points, 6 rebounds, 4 assists, and a steal and block in 23 minutes off the bench in a Zags win over Santa Clara.

NC State's duo of Braxton Beverly and Omer Yurtseven both had good games in a loss to Clemson. Yurtseven had 12 points, 10 boards, and 5 blocks, while Beverly led NC State with 15 points to go with 4 rebounds and 3 assists.

Western Kentucky's Justin Johnson had a double double in the Hilltopper's win vs. Southern Miss with 15 points and 13 boards.

St. Mary's Jock Landale had a huge game in a big win over BYU. Landale had a game-high 31 points, 13 rebounds, 2 steals, and 2 blocks, while Emmett Naar had 12 points and 10 assists.

Wisconsin's Brevin Pritzl had 18 points and 7 rebounds in an easy Badger win against a cupcake.

Marquette's Andrew Rowsey exploded for 35(!) points today against loathsome Georgetown! The Golden Eagles won 74-65.

South Dakota's Matt Mooney had 20 points and 6 steals, leading the Coyotes to a conference-opening win against Denver.

Belmont's Austin Luke had 19 points and 10 assists in a Bruins win vs. Tennessee-Martin.

Finally, Marshall's Jon Elmore had 32 points, 9 rebounds, and 5 assists in a Thundering Herd win over Louisiana Tech.

So, all-in-all, pretty great day for our guys!
