Since they are running very thin on White players to use as scapegoats, it looks like it's the White coaches turn. That's the typical Caste way.
First, do well with a (relatively) White-friendly team, by either winning a division, conference or league championship. Then, start purging the White players that were on those winning teams and replace them with inferior or mediocre black players. Then, when you are close, but no longer winning any championships at any level, purge most of the remaining White players and replace them with more inferior or mediocre black players. Then, when you start losing badly, start firing the White coaches, and, probably the GM too (if he's White) and the head coach too (if he's White). Then, finally, only when you hit rock-bottom and almost all of the White players, many of the White coaches, the White GM, the White head coach, etc. have been purged, fire either the (black) head coach or (black) GM. Then, start all over, hiring a White GM, White head coach, and start assembling a team based more on merit (become more White-friendly again). Then, start winning championships again and then "rinse-and-repeat"...
