Because he'd be such a good fit is why he likely end up exactly where he'll be the least needed.

Its sad and pathetic that Janis only gets snaps when the upsiders are banged up. I hope he has a huge game to remind the coaches how mistaken they have been about him.

The packers treatment of Janis is pure criminal. He is a potential superstar risking injury to field kickoffs.

Injuries at wide receiver force the Packers to start Janis and McCaffrey. Janis responds with 8 catches for 165 yards and 2 TDs. Max lights it up with 12 receptions for 375 yards and 3 TDs. He's not. He's been injury prone and his production has declined almost to zero! He finished with 24tkls and 5 sacks this year. Not nearly enough of a factor for an already pathetic Packers defense. Especially their all black secondary, where maybe one afflete can break a 4.6 40! Clay is on the downswing of his career. I'd like to see him bounce back but he looked slow and average every time I watched him this year. Could be the end of the line for this guy.
