Great news for fans of the “Die Mannschaft,†as their evergreen striker, Miroslav Klose, appears to have recovered from his muscle tear and was included on the German squad headed to Brazil. A single goal will tie the German stalwart with Brazil’s Ronaldo de Lima for the all-time goal scorer in World Cup Finals history with 15 goals (and two goals would make him the sole record holder). From BBC Sport…

Germany striker Miroslav Klose could become the record scorer in World Cup finals history after being selected for the tournament in Brazil. Klose is set to go to his fourth finals after being included in Germany's provisional 30-man squad. The 35-year-old needs two more goals to beat the record total of 15 held by former Brazilian forward Ronaldo. "Miro always hits top form at tournaments. It will almost certainly be his last," said coach Joachim Low. Klose scored five times in the 2002 and 2006 World Cup finals and four in the 2010 tournament in South Africa, when Germany were beaten semi-finalists. The Lazio striker shares second place in the list of all-time World Cup finals scorers with compatriot Gerd Muller. The pair are also joint top scorers for Germany with 68 goals each. Klose has been restricted to 22 appearances for Lazio this season but has scored seven times in Serie A and Low expects him to make an impact in Brazil.

I’ve heard that Low’s squad is moving away from having a lone striker, so we’ll see if Klose gets an opportunity to score.

Unfortunately, the 30 players chosen for the “provisional†German squad (soon to be cut down to 23) also included 3 non-whites, which I’ve bolded below…

Goalkeepers: Manuel Neuer, Roman Weidenfeller, and Ron-Robert Zieler

Defenders: Jerome Boateng, Erik Durm, Kevin Grosskreutz, Benedikt Howedes, Mats Hummels, Marcell Jansen, Philipp Lahm, Per Mertesacker, Marcel Schmelzer, and Shkodran Mustafi*

Midfielders: Lars Bender, Julian Draxler, Matthias Ginter, Leon Goretzka, Mario Gotze, Andre Hahn, Sami Khedira, Toni Kroos, Max Meyer, Thomas Muller, Mesut Ozil, Marco Reus, Andre Schurrle, and Bastian Schweinsteiger.

Forwards: Miroslav Klose, Kevin Volland, and Lukas Podolski.

*It should be noted that Shkodran Mustafi is of Albanian descent, but certainly appears as white as any of the German players. He may not even make the roster…

4,w=467,c=0.sport.jpg

CAPTION: Mustafi - A True White Muslim

We’ve discussed this at length over the years, and I suppose the “general consensus†is that the talented (yet ball-hogging) Turk, Mesut Ozil, comes close to “passing†for an incredibly ugly white person, but to any trained observer, he clearly isn’t white…

MesutOzil_2450297.jpg

CAPTION: Bug-Eyed Turk

Like Ozil, the half-Tunisian midfielder, Sami Khedira, almost passes the “eye test,†but falls short due to his Arabic hook-nose, soulless black eyes, and dark olive complexion…

36915.jpg

CAPTION: Racial Amalgam

This roster could have been much worse, as Negroes such as Antonio Rüdiger, Dennis Aogo, and Sidney Sam, or Asian-looking Turks such as Ilkay Gundogan, were all mercifully left off the roster.

There is a good chance that all three of the non-whites who made the roster could be featured in the starting eleven, but Ozil is the only definite. With so many talented German midfielders (Draxler, Gotze, Kroos, Reus, Schurrle, etc) in addition to long-time starter, Bastian Schweinsteiger, “Ugly Sami†Khedira could be a spectator. Likewise with the slow-poke Negro, Jerome Boateng, who could be replaced by Durm, Hummels, Mertesecker, Grosskreutz, or Schmelzer.

As for the other national teams in the WC Finals, I suppose the only other squads worth rooting for are: Croatia, Russia, Belgium, Australia, Spain, Greece, Italy, Switzerland, Bosnia, and to a lesser extent, Argentina and Uruguay. Like Germany, all of these “white†teams (with the exception of Russia and Bosnia) feature non-whites in their starting lineup or on their roster. Obviously, teams such as the USA, Netherlands, France, and England could feature up to a half-white starting eleven, with blacks, mulattos, and Muslims comprising the other half.

Thanks for starting the thread, Thrashen! I was just about to come on and post it myself, haha. As a German fan myself, I'm glad that Klose should be fit for the World Cup. I hope he smashes the World Cup scoring record!

Schweinsteiger is dealing with injuries now, but I expect him to be ready for the WC. I think that Toni Kroos will be starting alongside him in midfield. Khedira shouldn't be starting at all; he hasn't even played since November, and Kroos has been playing great this year as well. I think Germany should have at minimum 9 whites, with the white-looking Ozil as well, Germany should definitely be a team to cheer for! :) I'm also hoping that somebody can unseat Boateng; he has no business starting for Germany, and he's looked terrible at times for Bayern Munich this year.

Also, England released their 23 man WC squad today. http://www.espnfc.com/news/story/_/...-squad-world-cup-michael-carrick-only-standby

It has 16 whites and 7 blacks*. I know Ross Barkley is 1/8 black, but to any DWF, he's probably seen as white. Some great news for England: I'm expecting 8 white starters for the English: Hart, Baines, Jagielka, Terry, Gerrard, Wilshere, Rooney, and Lallana. In addition, subs like Frank Lampard, James Milner, and maybe Rickie Lambert should play a lot as well. I'd definitely cheer for that squad. Ashley Cole was left off England's roster as well in favor of 18 year old Southampton youngster Luke Shaw! Good news there! If the standby squad is counted, that ups the count to 22 whites and 8 blacks.

Here's the Three Lion's full squad:
England squad:
Goalkeepers: Fraser Forster (Celtic), Ben Foster (West Bromwich Albion), Joe Hart (Manchester City).
Defenders: Leighton Baines (Everton), Gary Cahill (Chelsea), Phil Jagielka (Everton), Glen Johnson (Liverpool), Phil Jones (Manchester United), Luke Shaw (Southampton), Chris Smalling (Manchester United).
Midfielders: Ross Barkley (Everton), Steven Gerrard (Liverpool), Jordan Henderson (Liverpool), Adam Lallana (Southampton), Frank Lampard (Chelsea), James Milner (Manchester City), Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain (Arsenal), Raheem Sterling (Liverpool), Jack Wilshere (Arsenal).
Attackers: Rickie Lambert (Southampton), Wayne Rooney (Manchester United), Daniel Sturridge (Liverpool), Danny Welbeck (Manchester United).
Standby: John Ruddy (Norwich City), Jon Flanagan (Liverpool), John Stones (Everton), Michael Carrick (Manchester United), Tom Cleverley (Manchester United), Andy Carroll (West Ham United), Jermain Defoe (Toronto FC).

I'll note that the United States released their 30 man provisional squad today. It has 16 whites, 11 blacks (inlcuding 6 Blermans and the ever useless Maurice Edu) and 3 hispanics. I expect only Brad Davis among the whites to be cut, but no doubt Klinsmann will surprise me. If the USA starts 8 whites, I'll cheer for them.

It should be a great World Cup!!

I'm supporting Bosnia-Herzegovina, Spain, and Iran the most. I am Bosniak so I have to show support! I'm a huge fan of Spain because they've stayed true to their culture, history, and race (in comparison France and England should feel ashamed). But I also support Germany, Argentina, Russia, and Portugal. I'm a huge fan of Cristiano Ronaldo and he is by far the best footballer in the world. Teams I can't stand include USA, African teams (excluding Algeria), and most of all France.

Seeing half-black France lose in the 2006 final to an all-white Italy was fascinating. In 2010, yet again we see another all-white team dominate and win in Spain. France, England, and USA dont seem to grasp the pattern and that is why their affirmative action black teams are consistently losing...

Any of the teams Thrashen mentioned in the first post (along with England if they do indeed start 8 whites) would worth rooting for in the WC.

I'm not sure on Belgium and Switzerland, though. Belgium will have at least 4 non-whites in their starting lineup. Their captain is the overrated Vincent Kompany, and the ever worthless losers Marouane Fellaini and Axel Witsel are also locks to start. With Benteke out injured, the striker duties will probably fall to another African, Romelu Lukaku. That's not even counting guys also on the team like Mousa Dembele or Nacer Chadli yet, who will most likely be playing. They do have a lot of exciting white talent like Hazard, Mertens, De Bruyne, etc, but they'll easily be more non-white than England, and (excluding France) could be the most non-white nation at the WC.

And Switzerland will probably have a multi-kulti team as well.

Aside from Russia and Bosnia (white Muslims), none of the “whiteâ€￾ teams are perfect. Germany could have Boateng, Khedira, and Ozil. Italy has Ballotelli. Croatia has Sammir. Greece has Holebas. Australia has Cahill and a few others. Spain and Portugal have multiple non-white and “iffyâ€￾ players. France, Netherlands, England, and the U.S. could all have countless Negroes/Muts/Arabs/Hispanics.

I’ll have to see the starting eleven before I make my choice of who to support. In the last major tournament (Euro 2012), I believe the only European nation that featured an all-white roster was Russia and Ireland.

Thanks for the update on Belgium. I watched them play an international game against the U.S. a few months back and there were two straight-from-Africa looking Negroes in the starting lineup. As you said, Switzerland features a Negro striker and several Arabs.

yes, beware of belgium, i think that the white players will work and the black striker will get the goals
overall there are many black teams and black players
more than in any tournament i have seen
france will aslo have an easy group, and will possibly face nigeria in quarter finals
and with all these black teams involved, there is no room for error for the white teams
i have a bad feeling about this world cup
i'll root for argentina
england could surprise and go far

italy gave a 30 players list for the world cup, and balotelli is in it, despite being criticised a lot in italy
the coach said that he was going to take him to the world cup
so he's going to leave a more deserving player out from that 30 players list to make it 23
luca toni isn't in the list despite his incredible season with hellas verona (2nd top scorer of serie A): http://www.sportsmole.co.uk/football/verona/world-cup/news/toni-questions-italy-squad_155216.html

but don't worry, he called a player from hellas verona....romulo, the brazilian fullback

There was something a commentator said about Prandelli during Euro 2012 that made me suspect the Italian coach might be a leftist. I can't remember what it was but his recent behaviour reinforces my suspicions.

Luca Toni would give them some height up front; he scores lots of headers doesn't he?

I see Giuseppe Rossi is in the provisional squad.

Yeah Matra, from everything I know about Prandelli, he seems like a leftist to me as well. Romulo might not even make the final 23 for Italy though.

On another note, Didier Deschamps and the FFF have filed a defamation complaint against Samir Nasri's girlfriend, Anara Atanes. After Nasri was left off the team, she went a tirade on Twitter, calling Deschamps a sh** manager and called France a bunch of racists as well. How the hell does that work out? :icon_confused: Nasri is a bum who doesn't deserve to make the team. He's a locker room cancer that would only divide the team.

I put a bet on Italy to win at 22/1 odds. You can still get Uruguay at 50/1 which is pretty good, they have the best strikeforce at the world cup in my opinion.

argentina has: messi, aguero and higuain
that's better
higuain has perfectly replaced cavani in napoli, he scored and performed well in every important match except against juventus
cavani has been a disappointment in france: he played as a winger for most of the season but when he was offered a chance to play as the striker he was horrible
he is the main reason why PSG lost against chelsea in the champions league
messi is the best player in the world
and aguero is better than suarez, when not injuried he is 100 times better than him

generally speaking, argentine strikers are better than uruguayan or brazilian strikers, they are more european and more efficient

Maybe. We shall see who scores the most goals. Cavani has scored 25 goals this season, which is pretty good for a "disappointment".
Argentina are rubbish odds though to win. They're about 5/1 at most places according to oddschecker.
http://www.oddschecker.com/football/world-cup/winner

Uruguay's price has now dropped to 28/1.

it was the same way everytime he was offered a chance to play as the team's main striker
considering he is the biggest transfer ever in france...

An article on Belgium's team with an emphasis on "New Belgians". It says Vincent Kompany plans to get involved in politics when he retires from football.

http://grantland.com/features/world...incent-kompany-eden-hazard-marouane-fellaini/

BTW Belgium made the Euro finals in 1980 and were World Cup semi-finalists in Mexico 1986. They were unfortunate to lose to England in 1990 in Italy. In the 80s Belgium was better than the Netherlands and one of the best teams in Europe yet other than ethnic Italian Enzo Scifo they didn't seem to need "New Belgians".

Parrot - 22/1 odds for Italy is excellent. I would definitely put some money on them. It's hard to understand this lack of respect for Italy. Maybe because everyone is obsessed with the idea of Brazil winning at home? It's as if they just have to show up to win.

in the article:

The condensed version goes like this: For many centuries, the land north of France was a quilt of duchies, cities, and bishoprics that marked the border between Romance (French, Latin) and Germanic Europe.

france is so latin that it bears the name of a germanic tribe
france is a fake country too, there were people speaking flemish in france , but france had a policy of exterminating all regional languages
lille for example is a flemish city, but it's part of france

I won't call him a flop,he's a disappointment.
25 goals may look good, but considering that his team is PSG and the opposition is chock full of blacks most of the time.......

And like Fred said, you have to take into consideration his price tag and too.

Yes,Argentina's strike-force is simply mouthwatering, and they also have Di Maria who is now one of the best in the world to play in the left-midfield slot in a 4-3-3.

Also, there's Ezequiel Lavezzi to take in to account.

I crossed the Channel over to Lille in March. It felt like more of a soccer city than Paris where bars are more likely to advertise upcoming rugby games. In Lille a lot of people were wearing the local football colours.

The food in restaurants was different from Paris with things like Andalouse sauce which I'd only ever seen before in Belgium.

Of course, one American restaurant chain is the same everywhere in France, though different from the Anglo countries. I guess the burger names reflect a French stereotype of America:

algeria so far has a 30 players list + 5 reserve players
so 35 players
out of these 35 players, only 8 were not born and raised in france

Occitan language used to spoken by over 40% of France's population but the French government basically exterminated it. Breton used to be the majority language in Brittany. French wasn't even the second most spoken language in Brittany, it was Gallo.

French will soon head down that same way,and will soon be usurped by Arabic,if things don't change drastically.

What do you think of Donovan being left off the U.S. team? Seems like Klinsmann is trying to pull a France and fill the team with sub par blacks. Thankfully, this team will not make it past the first round with Portugal and Germany in their draw.

Klinsmann is one of the biggest libtards going. Strange how he dropped Donovan yet included the black Jozy Altidore who only scored 1 goal in 30 games this season. When he was on loan at Hull a couple of seasons back he only scored 1 goal in 28 games as well. Can these premiership teams seriously not bring through a youth player who can score more than 1 goal a season. If we were this bad at our jobs we would get sacked yet some footballers just seem to steal a living.

Leaving Donovan off is a HUGE mistake. I can't believe he got left off for Julian Green and Brad Davis. If I'm down 1-0 against Germany and need a goal to advance, you want Donovan in the game.

He also left Clarence Goodson off the team, which means that Omar Gonzalez will is entrenched, and will be free to have his "brain farts" now, likely giving up a lot of goals.

Klinsmann also has 5 of his Blermans in the team as well. In addition, he picked DeAndre Yedlin over Michael Parkhurst.

There was a chance I'd cheer for the USA team. Not anymore. Go Germany and Portugal!!
