Jared Allen is great and he is a fan favorite up there. The media almost have to give him his due. His numbers, except for last year dropped a bit, are among and even better than the hype machine's "superstars".

That was an incredible play by Jared Allen. One of the best defenders in the nfl. Too bad he has been on a very poor vikings team the last
few years but at least he is a fan favorite like you said. It's great to see a few or our guys that are appreciated.

Hillis has 6 rushes for 18 yards. So he is averaging 3 yards a carry. Far superior to the supposed superman a.peterson. Haha. Hillis will improve in the 2nd half and as the season goes on. It's so good to see him being a factor in the run and pass game for only being with the team a week at tops. Way to go Peyton! I really want the Giants to win this game. Keeping my fingers crossed.

One last thing. Toby Gerhart get the hell out of Minnesota as soon as possible. A total waste of the prime years of your life.

Houston became less relatively White friendly this season. Not saying that's the sole reason they've been the biggest disappointment so far (along with Atlanta), but you can bet it's a contributing factor. The only team that stays consistently (relatively) White friendly year after year is New England and they just happen to be the most consistently successful team in the league, and by a wide margin.

I hope that continues Don, and especially when the Jets come to Foxboro to get killed (hopefully) for that fluke yesterday. My biggest fear is what will happen to the likes of NE once Brady is gone, GB once Rogers is gone, NO once Brees is gone, same thing dreaded with Cutler in Chicago... Heck, even the lowly Rams have talk going on that Bradford is needing to be shelved for good with his injury and despite the O-line being less than formidable...

This could be the end if the System wants an agenda instead of true talent. I don't put it past them.

Freeman with an INT. Gruden rambling on about how hard it is to pick up the offense making excuses for Freeman.

The assumption aimed at DWFs is that once he has some practice time, he'll be "great". Of course, he has stunk up the field for 2 1/2 years in Tampa, but all that is required is for the "experts" to say otherwise and it's all down the memory hole.

Announcer says 'this is a horrible quarter of football, both these teams are BAD' I was thinking the same thing.

That was a CLASSIC black self-tackle and fumble! That one may make my night. Of course, they have Hillis in the backfield at the 4 to try to punch it in.......

I know. Freeman had 2 weeks to prepare and this is what you get.

That's that patented black quarterback mobility being exhibited by the great Josh Freeman.

Peyton needed to cash that one in. If he'd been stopped twice in close like that. . . but he was determined to score and that was great to see.

Tom Coughlin's reactions when his team makes one bonehead play after another are hilarious to watch. Fortunately they've been happening with regularity for years now. NFL games need laugh tracks.

I don't mean to be off-topic, but Gruden IS a chick, right? I mean he's one of those trangendered females who wants to be an actual man?

That's the only explanation I have for his off-putting, effeminate and faggoty appearance and queeny attitude. He hasn't testosterone-implanted all of the b*tch out of himself yet.
