2014 NFL Season Week 7

Yes, it was another fantastic post by Don. He has a magical gift for “summing up†the current predicament of Western whites.

Anyway, back to the NFL. Barring a miracle 9-game stretch for Rob Gronkowksi (he’ll need to average around 110 yards per game), the following white players have chance at a 1,000-yard season…

1) Through seven games, Eric Decker has 42 catches, 627 yards and 3 TDs. He’s on pace for 96 catches, 1,433 yards and 7 TDs.

2) Through six games, Jordy Nelson has 32 catches, 532 yards and 5 TDs. He’s on pace for 85 catches, 1,418 yards and 14 TDs.

3) Through seven games, Jordan Cameron has 45 catches, 515 yards and 6 TDs. He’s on pace for 103 catches, 1,177 yards and 14 TDs.

4) Through seven games, Wes Welker has 44 catches, 474 yards and 8 TDs. He’s on pace for 101 catches, 1,083 yards and 18 TDs.

5) Through seven games, Julian Edelman has 46 catches, 455 yards and 2 TDs. He’s on pace for 105 catches, 1,040 yards and 5 TDs.

6) Witten and Hartline are each on pace for around 900 yards, but 2-3 100-yard games could change that outlook.

With the return of Gronkowski, the Patriots started 11 whites yesterday, not counting DT Chris Jones, who we’ve established to be perhaps 1/8[SUP]th[/SUP] black. With another laughably-poor performance for LB Donte Hightower (another Nick Saban player too obese to run, cover, or tackle in the NFL), one might anticipate that Dane Fletcher could certainly see increased playing time in the next week against Miami.

It should be noted that Dan Deirdorf, one of the great sultans of Casteon Announcing, was stupendously anti-Caste in his commentary yesterday. He expressed great displeasure when RB Stevan Ridley “high-stepped†into the endzone. He disparaged the lack of speed possessed by Spikes and Hightower. He said he was happy to see Austin Collie back in the NFL. He spoke about Gronkowski as though he were superhuman. He continually praised Julian Edelman’s speed and athleticism, particularly so on his electrifying punt return (and the one that was called back), which might have been the best exhibition in “jump cutting†and raw speed I’ve ever seen in the NFL…

I fully anticipate New England to reload and win next week, as they always seem to match up well against Miami. Aside from the Atlanta game and the end of the Saints game, Brady hasn’t been sharp this season. Undoubtedly, most of his misfires are likely due to the loss of Welker, Woodhead, Gronkowski, Lloyd, Hernandez, Vereen, and Branch. If anyone can right the ship and lead this team into the playoffs, it’ll be him.

well, he's already been given one... c'mon man, a bit of positivity!

EDIT. he's been there what, 4 days? give him time, Cox at least has been with Giants since preseason so he's got the playbook down. let's hope Giants start scoring so they can run more.

Sorry - don't mean to be so negative but this game is just perfect example of the caste system in action.

Weatherford ran down the Vikings returner. It was too late to save the touchdown, but I remember someone on here mentioning that he's an incredible athlete and that it's an injustice that he's stuck playing punter.

He ran down an afflete last season and made a great tackle. He was featured on bodybuilding.com and has an insane workout regimen. Great athlete overall

Last week this MNF match-up would have received little interest*(minus the NFL's Whitest Defense)...I'm totally stoked to See the Albino Rhino Peyton Hillis playing tonight! Wish he had a healthy O-Line to play with...but hey.... it sure beats him wasting away on the street! Only player missing is Harrison Smith.

Kyle Rudolph had a break-out game last week... Freeman needs to keep this in mind! Ponder will be back starting before season's end...

For the life of me can not understand why Gerhart does not get some carries; no matter how good Peterson is....

Thanks Football Dad...that was me that said they continue to slow Andrew Luck down...the low information dwf's won't notice...

Great post Don & Thrashen!!

Hillis wide open! Manning misses him....

Hillis with a fumble but luckily he recovered it. Gruden with his dweebie little boy/lesbian hairdo does his best to disparage Hillis.

Hilarious how they are trying to talk up Freeman. Peterson looks pedestrian as well.

Adrian Peterson has 5 carries for 2 yards. Of course they will keep feeding Adrian the ball and he'll break off longer ones as the game progresses to bump up his YPC. But a White runningback would have been benched and cut after that production.

I actually watched some of this mess. Neither team is any good. Any port in a storm I know, but nothing good will gome out of this for Hillis.

joegoofinoff...

Jared Allen will probably get credited a half sack, but that doesn't measure just how impressive that was. He grabbed Manning with one hand and kept him from escaping, all while being completely blocked by the o-lineman. Great play.

DWFs will blame the Vikings offensive line for Peterson's poor performance, funny considering the Giants have an even worse offensive line.

Indeed. Houston fans need (not deserve) better than those overpaid knuckleheads.

Houston became less relatively White friendly this season. Not saying that's the sole reason they've been the biggest disappointment so far (along with Atlanta), but you can bet it's a contributing factor. The only team that stays consistently (relatively) White friendly year after year is New England and they just happen to be the most consistently successful team in the league, and by a wide margin.

Jared Allen is great and he is a fan favorite up there. The media almost have to give him his due. His numbers, except for last year dropped a bit, are among and even better than the hype machine's "superstars".
