on Line from weenieworld:
"Line was placed on I.R. with a September knee injury, but took the opportunity to have his shoulder repaired. A favorite of measurables-based football metrics sites, Line stands 6-foot, 232 and ran 4.65 at his Pro Day. He's been compared to Mike Alstott. Line is a player to monitor during his first full NFL offseason as a potential in-house replacement for free agent Toby Gerhart at No. 2 tailback. Feb 12 -"

I'm guessing that would be opposed to emotion-based DWF sites.

Football metrics are definitely a good thing for white players. Football metrics focus on things that can be measured. They focus on production statistics and athletic test statistics.

For example, Jeff Janis caught 83 passes and ran a 4.37 40, had a 3.98 20 yard shuttle and a 6.64 3 cone. These are objective measurables.

A scout with an anti-white bias might describe Janis as "looks slow," "doesn't have a burst," "not quick enough to get separation." The athletic tests would belie that description. White players who test well athletically have been described this way.

The more people focus on football metrics, the better for white players.

With Janis, its "track fast, not game fast."

Even though the highlight video shows him fearlessly shooting gaps between 2 defenders instead of running to the outside.

Yeah, they always come up with some reason why white players aren't fast, even after they run fast.

Just a quick recap of some of the Undrafted free agents to keep an eye on, along with my two cents:

Glenn Carson - LB - ARZ - Wouldn't be too surprised if he not only makes the team, but gets some snaps on defense too.

Ryan Hewitt - FB - CIN - Has a pretty good chance to beat out Orson Charles, and become the starting fullback

Connor Shaw - QB - CLE - Should hang as the third stringer

Carlo Calabrese - LB - CLE - Aside from Kruger, Mingo, and Dansby, bunch of no names at LB; should stick

Jack Doughty - LB - GB - Will easily make the team; will challenge for defensive snaps

Tanner Miller - S - GB - Green Bays safeties have been laughable over the last few seasons; may at least stick as a backup

Max Bullough - LB - HOU - Could very possibly start next to Cushing

Jordan Lynch - RB/QB - CHI - Too talented; should easily make the team

Tyler Hoover - DE - IND - Could hang as a rotational guy

Daniel Sorenson - S - KC - Aside from Eric Berry, virtually no competition; should easily make the team

Andrew Wilson - LB - MIA - Ellerbe and Wheeler are just barely adequate as starters; shouldn't have problem making the team

Eric Lora - WR - MIN - Could hang as the 4th or 5th

Jake Snyder - DE - MIN - Could get into the line rotation

Spencer Hadley - LB - NO - Lofton and Gallette appear to be the only sure things in his group, everything else is up for grabs

Ty Zimmerman - S - NO - on any other team, he's a sure thing, but for once, the Saints are pretty deep at safety; it'll be tough for him to stick, but should catch on somewhere else

James Morris - LB - NE - Should easily make the Patriots roster

Dan Fox - LB - NYG - Should have every opportunity to take roster spot

Steele Devitto - LB - NYJ - David Harris is the only sure thing; everyone else is a scrub/no name; should make the team

Josh Mauro - DE - PIT - lot of deadweight on PIT's d-line, should nab a roster spot

Morgan Breslin - LB - SF - will probably have a tough time making the 49ers roster, but should catch on somewhere else

Colt Lyerla - TE - GB - Should easily make the team; I predict he'll be starting by week 4

I wish the Bears would give Lynch a shot at QB. If he was black he would already be named the unquestioned starter.

They have Cutler locked up and drafted Fales - a QB I think has some potential in the league. I don't want to get over excited but we need players at RB and the fact the Bears decided to think outside of the box and sign him and move him to RB gives me a little hope he may get a shot at playing time this season. Emery and Trestman both seemed to be complimentary of him and his abilities as a runner.

Great list Upside. I enjoyed your insight and predictions. However, you're probably thinking that these decisions will come down to talent and merit. If that were the case, most of these guys would have been drafted and given 4 year deals and guaranteed roster spots. Knowing how this works and having many years of disappointment, I'll predict that half the guys you mentioned will get cut in heart-wrenching fashion. I think Bullough, Morris and Lyerla are locks. Sorenson would be too but Andy Reid is a wicked man.

Yea unfortunately it happens every year - unheralded white players come out of nowhere during training camp and preseason - they perform very well and always seem to get cut.

I did enjoy the recap from Upside - I hope that some of those predictions do come true. Sorenson may have the BYU connection along with the lack of any DB depth on the KC roster going to him. Totally agree on Bullough - he should of been drafted in the third round - he is one guy I would almost guarantee makes the roster as an UDFA. Morris from New England may get jerked around a bit like BB seems to do with Iowa LBs like Tarpanian and AJ Edds. Lyerla is the already the most talented TE on the roster, much better than that black TE they drafted in the 4th or 5th round. He just needs to keep himself out of trouble and the spotlight.

There's a lot of talk again about moving Brooks Reed to inside linebacker. Didn't happen last season but maybe Reed and Max Bullough will battle it out to start next to Cushing. It's pretty amazing even for the Caste NFL that Bullough wasn't drafted, but it'll be surprising if he doesn't make the Texans as at least a backup initially.

Would be nice to see Jared Crick win the open spot at end given that Clowney may be primarily a pass rushing outside linebacker. Houston and Minnesota are the only two teams out of 32 who give Whites a bit of an opportunity on defense, though the Vikings all-black contingent of 12 draft picks last month led by Bridgewater looks like a sharp change of direction is taking place up north.

An astute personnel man might pick up some ideas from reading this site.

There are many interesting prospects that are going under the radar because they're white.

Last year Paul Worrilow was mentioned on this site as a sleeper prospect (by me and others). Look at how well he's played.

If, by chance, you're a personnel man and reading this, try giving some underrated white players a chance. It can only benefit you and your team.

Don, I’ve mentioned this before, but the Eagles have 10 white defenders on their current roster, however, all but Barwin are currently back-ups. They also just drafted two white defenders (Allen and Hart). Here is the positional breakdown…

FS – Chris Maragos
NT – Beau Allen
LOLB – Connor Barwin, Bryan Braman, Joe Kruger
ROLB – Travis Long
LDE – Brandon Bair
RDE – Taylor Hart
RILB – Jason Phillips, Casey Matthews

If they develop these players of the next 2-3 years, Philly could easily surpass the Vikings and Texans and having the NFL’s most white-friendly defense. It should be noted that, barring injury, Maragos isn’t likely to ever start at free safety. Like Colt Anderson, he will likely contribute exclusively on special teams. Braman was also a special-teamer during his time with Houston, but he’s likely to get a fair chance to contribute on defense. Casey Matthews started a few seasons back (when Andy Pig was the coach) as a rookie on a bad defense and disappointed. Hart, Allen, and Bair could contribute as rotational players behind Negroes such as Bennie Logan, Cedric Thorton, and Fletcher Cox, all of whom are decent NFL starters.

Would it be overly simplified to blame this on new head coach Mike Zimmer? This cretin was Cincinnati's defensive coordinator since 2008 and under his reign never ever featured any Whites. Rare exceptions occured, like when Corey Lynch, Tom Nelson and Dan Skuta got some playing time, but this was only temporary and due to injury.

I would say that Zimmer is the catalyst for the total black draft. Spielman did draft quite a few white players including taking Harrison Smith in the first round. I bet Audie Cole is going to be cut even though he showed great promise. I am sure Mauti and Zach Line's days are more than likely numbered in Minnesota as well.

In other news Manziel is getting mocked by the national media on an almost daily basis for being a back-up QB. Derek Carr is also slated to backup Schaub this year. I do agree with the approach to let QBs sit but the obvious double standard is there and the leash for quoatbacks has much more slack than white QBs. Bridgewater is going to be the latest beneficiary of this treatment - Geno Smiff and Manuel are both affirmative action examples from last year.

You forgot LB Jake Knott as well.

On the contrary, Looking at the Eagles position breakdown defensively, I'm expecting Maragos and Hart to sneak into the starting lineup sometime this season. Nate Allen is laughably bad; Malcolm Jenkins is very inconsistent; Don't know much about Earl Wolff. Looks like an open competition if you ask me, so why not Maragos?

As far as the line goes, Cox is the only one who's starting job is safe. At NT, it's Logan's job to lose, but I certainly wouldn't classify him as great, so Allen should get some reps for sure... Thornton has been average at best, so I would think his job is definitely up for grabs....

Also I've always been a huge Bryan Braman fan and expect him to contribute plenty. I'd really like to see Casey Matthews get another shot to start, but probably won't happen in Philly.

Thanks for the reminder on Jake Knott. I remember him excelling during the 2013 pre-season, but he too was merely a “special teamer” last season. When was the last time an NFL team had 11 white defenders on their roster? Jeff Fisher’s early-2000’s Titans? Of course, a few of these guys aren’t going to make the roster…perhaps Kruger, Long, and Phillips?

After watching his tackling ability and straight line speed under “Plantation Pete,” I know that Maragos has the ability to start (especially considering the Eagles’ atrocious pass defense), but in the NFL, ability is never the issue when it comes to white players. From what I’ve seen, Colt Anderson flashed more defensive ability than Maragos, and he was exclusively a “white special teams demon” under Kelly. I hope you’re right about his chances, but I won’t hold my breath.

Fletcher Cox was a 1[SUP]st[/SUP] round pick in 2012 and Bennie Logan was a 3[SUP]rd[/SUP] round pick. Both guys are slightly above average (by NFL standards), so they’ll probably remain starters with several white rotational players subbing in.

The best thing about teams with loads of white back-ups is the potential for injury. [fingers crossed]

Pars cut James Morris despite 20k signing bonus.. Retards and Brett Smith a development dual threat has been cut by Bucs who already have Glennon,Kafka, and McCown.. Hopefully these guys surface elsewhere!!

Its just how the NFL is overall. NFL is a scummy enterprise that allows you cut players that got injured.

Apparently Morris he was cut because he failed his physical.

Smith being cut is strange. A lot of people thought he had promise as a quarterback.

Then again, the head coach of the Bucs is Lovie Smith, who, when he was with the Bears, wouldn't give wide receiver Mike Hass a chance and who cut running back Brock Forsey, saying he looked like a waterboy.

That sucks about Morris; I was expecting him to eventually put Hightower on the bench where he belongs... Hopefully he is still on the radar of a few other teams.

The campaign to bash and undermine Manziel is at full force, led by the very organization who drafted him, from the owner down to the coach and even some players:

http://msn.foxsports.com/ohio/story/hoyer-ahead-of-manziel-by-substantial-margin-052114

The media is doing its part, the headline on the MSN homepage reads: "Manziel Getting Butt Kicked in QB Battle?"

In Bigunreal's absence, I'll go ahead and state that the league, the Browns, and the media have come together to destroy this man's career before he has a chance to become a star and threaten the agenda. They did it with Tebow, so they have a successful template to follow now. It's utterly disgusting.

After seeing the media circus and the hatred of Johnny Football, it has me wondering if he will ever get a chance. When Tebow got screwed over, I knew it was mostly because of his devout christianity. Then after that he was a white mobile qb which isn't wanted. Well Manziel has guys like Lebron in his corner but the powers that be that run this country/world still hate the kid. He isn't even christian. He drinks, chases women, etc. but damn he is still white afterall. They just can't allow americans to think that whites can be athletic freaks too and that they can do alot of things even better. It would show up their boys. Disgusting but somehow in this case, I still think the cream will rise to the top. Manziel is staying quiet and working his ass off. He is too competetive to just sit there and hold a clip board. He will find a way to become the starter regardless of what the media, scouts and owners want. Trust me guys. Be patient. The kid is another Steve Young type and he is just too good to be held down for too long!

It's not the rookie minicamp, these are the OTAs. Still, this early in the process, why is the organization continually giving out negative feedback about Manziel? What is the purpose of so vehemently telling us all that Johnny Football is way behind in the QB battle?

They are setting the narrative at the earliest possible time. Too bad you can't see it, dwid.

i was actually agreeing with you, in the comments section a guy said it was his 2nd day taking snaps so i figured it was rookie minicamps, haven't kept up with football that much recently, way too early to tell anything about the guy, not sure how he is behind a guy not really practicing yet this year, Hoyer is still recovering from an injury.
