Oh crap I had no idea gt is playing a black quarterback. Well I guess FSU is going to win

He's a glorified running back in the triple option offense.

Urban Meyer's passing system is good. It's obvious its the system as they can put anyone back there and have productive quarterbacks. The media and DWFs won't dare say that though like they do when they bash Baylor and the white QBs that have been there since the gremlin.

Oregon also has a system that allows the quarterbacks to be put up big numbers, yet I rarely hear that argument used against Marcus Mariota, though I think he's a solid QB.

Turned it over to the Temple-Tulane for a moment.
Worthless black quarterback P.J. Walker of Temple throws another incompletion, as per his usual this season (53% completion rate, more INTs than TDs). Black panther announcer Rod Gilmore then proceeds to blame every single persion on Temple's campus for Walker's struggles this season. That guy is a caricature.

He's not.
In his entire career, he's never complete a single pass to a covered receiver. He's a 100% system QB. Not that there's anything wrong with playing the hand that you're dealt. But he couldn't play for a current NFL team.
Of course, they alter rules and officiating every year in the NFL in an attempt to make black quarterbacks more successful. Maybe they'll finally be able to turn one into a superstar with Mariota.

You're absolutely right. It seems like Meyer can plug in anybody at qb and they'll be successful. A lot of people don't talk about it though for some reason, yet we're always reminded about Art Briles' system, just like you say.

Truth is I haven't watched Mariota play that much so I'll take your word that he's not that great. Either way he's not a member of the group that makes up 3% of the population but commits 50% of the violent crime in the USA. This same group that is glorified and celebrated by the society that we live in. So seeing Mariota hyped up by the caste media doesn't really offend me. I don't root against him and I'd much rather see him hyped up than some black piece of trash like Jamies Winston.

I disagree, he's made great throws in tight spaces several times this year, but I won't argue over it. I'm just calling it as I see it.

Bryce Petty has looked great against a good Kanasa state defense, coming back after taking a big hit last week. With the way things are going in the Big Ten Championship, win or lose Baylor won't make it into the playoffs unless Florida State loses.

Poor roster management by Johnson. That Perkins is WAY too slow to be a wingback in a flexbone offense.

If one of you guys were in control of recruiting and coaching for one D1 college football program what would you do differently and what do you think would happen when your team faced traditional powerhouses like Ohio State, FSU, and Alabama ?

Incomplete question.
It makes a big difference which team we would be in charge of. Install me as head coach at Eastern Michigan and I would do things one way. Give me the head job at Texas and my approach would be dramatically different.

You also have to take into account the motivations of the one answering, since you didn't specify.

Are you asking "How would you try to win games?" or just "What would you do if you were in charge"?

It matters because I would answer those two questions differently.

If I were hired as a head coach at a major "big name" school, I would endeavor to purge negroes from the football program as quickly as possible, both selectively and systematically. I would raise academic requirements significantly on day one and encourage the administration to write those requirements into law*. I would harshly enforce personal conduct standards, kicking out thugs and cheaters. I would begin regular drug testing. I would ban music from the locker room and gym at all times.
Give me a few days and I could think up a dozen other ideas that would encourage the mudskins to flee the program or never express interest in the first place.

On the playing field, I would install a 22-I formation offense, occasionally going with 3TEs. All my offensive line recruits would be white as well as all of my TEs and fullbacks (nobody would complain much about those moves). I would run a 3-3-5 defense. All of my linebackers and safety recruits would be white (again, little complaint from the DWFs for those positions). Assuming the prestige alone of my school was enough to win me the highly rated line prospects, a fundamentally sound ball-control offense would be enough to guarantee a winning record for many consecutive seasons. With the passage of time, the culture of the program would be solidified and the perception of the program would likewise be set in stone. Even if I was fired, it would take the next coach at least several years to win back the "black vote" and make them successful.
To summarize, my only concern would be awarding financial aid to my own kind and not my enemies. I wouldn't give a F@%# about winning championships.

(*At any university, there will always be plenty in the administration who hate the football program. Professors, feminisits, coaches of the other sports, etc. It would be easy to quietly get them on your side to force major rule changes regarding academic eligibility.)

But what if you had to win a championship soon. You're given 4 years to win a championship and you're fired if you don't. Caste rules don't apply either.

Four years or what? They execute me?
F&$% 'em.

I'm not a greedy fame whore. My agenda would be the same regardless.
I would try my best to stay employed as long as possible. But only so I could continue my methods.

Add: I understand what you're trying to ascertain. I'm just saying that I don't consider it to be anything worth my efforts. I wouldn't care at all about being a successful college football coach. If I did care about winning, I would attempt to be different. That's how programs become winners quickly. By doing something revolutionary. Most likely I would attempt to use two different offensive systems. I would recruit high school players specifically to run two different systems. Probably Air Raid and Doublewing. Nobody recruits players from doublewing teams, so I would get the best ones in the country by default. Depth would be an issue but I would try for some overlap in skills among my players so they could be trained on short notice.

Baylor's win was probably irrelevant. They would have to push out both Ohio State and TCU. And Jeff Long stated last week that he didn't consider Ohio State's loss to Virginia Tech to be significant.

I'm not following, don't you believe that the caste system not only discriminates in terms of race but also in terms of more talented players ? If you were to allow me to become the general manager of an NFL team and I could ignore caste rules then I'd bet my life I could assemble a super bowl contending team fairly quickly. Couldn't you do the same thing in college football or do you think there isn't that big of a gap between white players and black players in college ?
