Let's get this started. Not much to look forward tonight, hopefully Boise State pulls and upset. Both A&M and SC are rancid teams, Manziel was the only thing that made A&M worth watching.
Oklahoma st vs free shoes university will be an intriguing matchup. I'm hoping for an upset and a down year for that Baffoon jameis (seriously wtf kind of name is that)
Kenny Hill = Geno Smith 2.0
I haven't seen him throw a ball more than 9 yards in distance all game long. And most of them are right at the line of scrimmage or less.
It's a shame Spurrier felt the need to have a "diversity approved" defensive coordinator. South Carolina is one of the least prepared teams I've ever seen on defense in this game. It's not like TAMU is running something different from last year. Yet the Gamecòcks haven't even breathed on either this freshman quarterback or any of the receivers. A truly pitiful performance.
Well, Max DeLorenzo just fumbled on UConn's very first offensive play. That's probably a quick trip to the bench for the rest of the year.
On a side note, Taysom Hill to Mitch Mathews is very fun to watch for BYU so far!!
For the past two days, the sports media can't stop hammering away at their narrative that Kenny Hill already has the Heisman trophy wrapped up.
Hill's numbers:
44 of 60 (73%), 511yds, 3TD
That's with all those elite SEC athletes on his team. And most of us saw the game. South Carolina's defense was one of the worst prepared squads for any football game, ever. Hill took long naps in the backfield while his receivers went for long lonely walks. The game was a farce. It almost looked rigged. In short, Hill's performance was a fraud.
Here's my Week 1 Heisman leader
Brandon Doughty, Western Kentucky:
46 of 56 (82%), 569yds, 6TD
