As the announcers said, Air Force is trying to get their "runningback of the future" (black) some extra work. Stealing carries from Getz.

For anyone with CBS Sports Network, BC has been playing 11 whites on offense on about half their plays against Army, with freshman RB David Dudek making some big catches. Also look for Sean Sylvia playing CB on defense.

Interesting game for the purposes of this board. If everything the caste system says is true about black athletic superiority, then Navy should win in a rout. These are teams with similar resources, similar facilities, similar academic standards, etc... Air Force should lack loose hips, explosiveness, and arm length (and so on, and so on); all of which are required for good football players. So far the game looks very even. In a perfect world five caste clowns would be forced to comment extensively on how this is happening, with a moderator (I volunteer) on hand to remind them of their various moronic statements.

All that said, Navy is going to win in a rout if Air Force doesn't do a better job of hanging on to the ball.

Dang...Mitch Burroughs injured his wrist badly and will not return. Hopefully it's not too bad and he can return yet this season.

Boise State up 14-0 at Southern Miss in a big Caste matchup. The DWFs in the stands (one I saw with a small White daughter dressed in Southern Miss regalia) must be wondering how this can be possible.

Trevor Siemian has been in the game at QB for Northwestern for most of the game so far today. Mike Trumpy has also been the in the game a fair amount, although he hasn't been getting many carries. He did have a couple of catches today though too.


Siemian just led the Wildcats on a 8 play, 66 yard scoring drive to end the 1st half as Northwestern takes the lead, 14-10.

Beau Blankenship off to a slow start for Ohio. Partly because Buffalo has been slowly grinding on offense. Partly because Ohio had a 100 yard kickoff return for a touchdown that took away one possession. 12 carries for 53 yards and a touchdown at halftime.

Real nice 21-yard TD run by Getz. Now at 167 yards and a TD at the end of the 3rd QTR.

Zach Zwinak has been running hard today for Penn State, especially in the 3rd quarter right now.

EDIT: Also, for some reason, Ryan Boykin was in at RB on Ohio's last drive and scored on a 1-yard TD run. Don't know why Blankenship wasn't in with such a close game. Hopefully he isn't hurt.

--Looks like Beau is now in on the current drive, so at least he's not hurt.

If there was going to be any chance for a Heisman campaign to get rolling for Getz, Air Force needed to win out. Now he could run for 3,000 yards and it won't matter.

I agree Highlander, I love how O'Brien has been using Zwinak and Zordich this year! According to Joe and the rest of his old staff, Zordich and Zwinak were only "fullbacks." Also, I like seeing McGloin succeeding in a big way this year after Joe Pa and Co. were about to chuck him by the wayside.

Absolutely. Zwinak was a 4-star recruit (from Rivals) at 6'2" 230 lbs with a 4.5/40. Why not utilize that size, speed and skill at something else besides being a "battering ram"? He should've been, at least, their "power" RB. He's a Junior, so it'll be interesting to see if he's "allowed" to do this next year. Also, McGloin only lacked the confidence...of his coaches (not himself) under Paterno. Now both of their black quarterbacks are gone, the other one being a supposed 5-star "supa"-star. McGloin was 35/51 for 281 yards, 2 TDs and 0 INT today with a 127.9 QB Rating.

not only is Zwinak a positive story, the entire backfield. It doesn't seem to matter which White "fullback" they put back there, they all produce. Zwinak is at the top as terms of ability, but the other guys could be starting on numerous FBS teams as well.

Wow are there some great games and individual performances today. Never have I seen such a great year in college football for white running backs. If only some of these kids can get more publicity and an honest chance to get drafted and play on Sundays.

I am anxious to see Burkhead and the Huskers taking on Ohio State tonight. This is a great chance for him to get his name back in the heisman race and also for Taylor Martinez as well. Man oh man do I love college football.
