it doesn't look like there is much worth watching right now. Burkhead isn't playing. Michael Campanaro has been ignored in the passing game, which would explain the 38 to 0 score. N Illinois vs Army is a good game to watch but it keeps blacking out for me.

And it seems my two primary sources of online games have been shut down*. I'm only aware of one source right now, and their selection is poor.

Tuned in to the Montana vs. Liberty game and saw that Montana has a black quarterback playing for them and it looks like Gill is quickly putting together a coal-black D at Liberty too as I saw only 3 or 4 palefaces on it...although I don't know much about Liberty football, and don't know what their racial makeup was before Gill got there, but I'm sure they're well on their way to being pure coal.

Mark Weisman got the majority of carries for Iowa in their victory over Northern Iowa today. I didn't see the game, so I'm not sure how that happened. But he had 24 carries for 113 yards and 3TDs. The next closest runner for Iowa had 13 carries. Maybe Ferentz was just resting his "real" runningbacks during this nonconference game.

I think "Fullback" Mark Weisman's carries weren't a fluke today, unless he was the "closer" for Iowa against the Panthers, but Damon Bullock (the RB who had 13 carries) has been Iowa's primary ball carrier this year. I'll be watching intently next weekend to see if Weisman is again the Hawkeye's primary ball carrier.

Never mind, I just read that Bullock and Garmon left the game in the 2nd quarter, so they were down to Weismann. THe Nile Knapp curse strikes Iowa again.

In his weekly press conference, East Carolina head coach Ruffin McNeill said they wanted to get more touches for Hunter Furr this week.

Furr got zero carries in today's game versus Southern Miss.

Georgia Tech RB Zach Laskey had 113 yards total offense and a TD against Virginia today.


Montana FB Dan Moore had 112 yards total offense & a TD against Liberty.
