My guess at this early stage is that the Seahawks will dump Tarvaris Jackson and enter the season with Matt Flynn #1 at QB and Russell Wilson #1A. Wilson is already a DWF favorite and will likely make some plays during preseason games to further increase his popularity. At 5' 10" or 5' 11" he'll be a great media story as the black version of Doug Flutie. His supposed instant poise and leadership skills will be praised to the sky. Flynn will be on a short leash, and as he has very little experience in NFL regular season games he's going to make his share of mistakes, which will increase the clamor for Wilson to be the starter.
From Weenieworld:
Coach Pete Carroll indicated that Russell Wilson is splitting quarterback reps evenly with Matt Flynn and Tarvaris Jackson in OTAs. The three-way competition is more than just lip service, but keep in mind that it's only May. The top two candidates will need more reps by training camp, eliminating whichever quarterback is falling behind. Unless Wilson opens eyes over the next month, he's the most likely candidate to fall by the wayside.
