Jeff Demps, the olympic sprinter, was placed on IR by the Pats. When they signed him the internet lite up with rumors of Woodhead and/or Edelman being cut to make room for this afflete. Many DWF's still don't realize that Woodhead was clocked at nearly the same speed as Demps in the 40 and ran 10.5 100 in High School. Demps didn't qualify for the Olympics as an individual as he only ran a 10.40 this last year. Demps is also about 20 lbs lighter than Woodhead as well as being weaker and less athletic in every measure except staight line speed.

Demps is your classic track athlete playing football. If he was skilled he should have been the number 1 non qb pick in the draft but he doesn't really have any moves and his hands are bricks in the flat. He is a good return man though... I also think he has niggles and BB is hiding him on the IR and trying to get him stronger for 13'.

Excited for Patriots this year. They really must improve their Super Bowl performance though. Of course, Gronk's injury didn't help them last time out. He is an awesome talent, though his off field manner is a bit "contemporary" for my tastes. Then again, I suppose, in the current clime, beggars can't be choosers.

Assuming Waters doesn’t return to the team in the next five days and magically regain his starting right guard position, it’s safe to assume that New England’s offensive line will again be entirely white, with their offense featuring eight whites within their starting eleven…

The sure-tackling, rookie strong safety, Nate Ebner, is the backup to often-injured starter, Pat Chung, and could receive some playing time opposite of Gregory.

Overall, New England should start 10/22 whites come opening day. Although the Patriots offense featuring a white WR, TE, and RB is nothing new, their defense hasn’t featured a white starting safety in over a decade, when Matt Stevens started during a 4-game span back in 2001…

Just a little History on Matt Stevens. He was quoted by many draft gurus to actually be a 1st round draft pick as a cornerback coming out of Appalachian State. He was injured his senior year so he was eventually picked in the 3rd round by the Buffalo Bills which immediately moved him to safety. In the early 90's the Bills took a chance on Eastern Washington cornerback, Kurt Shulz and once again moved him to safety. This is what first opened my eyes to the caste system. It does not matter how athletic or talented you are. If you are white you are stereotyped immediately. It kills me when I watched corners like Gregory and Weddle shut down black wr after wr and the wr's get drafted high and they get moved to their stereotipical roles. This is why I am here.

Interesting from Welker

FOXBOROUGH -- Receiver Wes Welker had a curious answer to a question when he appeared on Comcast Sports New England's postgame show.

It was either an awkward joke, or a veiled shot at coach Bill Belichick for the way Welker was used in a supporting role early in the season.

You be the judge. The question and answer come about halfway through the one-minute clip.

Michael Felger asked the following question to Welker:

"Your 13 catches have got to put you in the top five in the league in receiving, which is a far cry from the three receptions you had in Week 1. A month later, it has to be more fun to come out of a game with 13 versus three."

Welker's response, which did come with a smile and a wink:

"Yeah, it's kind of nice to stick it in Bill's face once in a while, so this is definitely a good one."

What makes it strange is that Welker was the one who brought Belichick into it, apparently unsolicited.

Definitely a curious exchange, at least.

Hmmm.... Welker isn't going to be a Patriot next year, is he....

Good for Wes. It's obvious that the New England offense runs through him. Without him as a weapon they are average. I have long asserted that Bill Belicheck is motivated by proving that all the success is based upon him and his system and that the players are interchangable.

This is pricisely why he uses White players, to show the league that he can win with guys they consider cast-offs. Danny Woodhead would not be playing football if it were not for the fact that Bellicheck can rub it in the Jets face everytime he makes a good play.

I see this in the Patriots style of play all of the time. The whole running-back-by-committee thing is part of that. Watch the Pats games, yesterday they had Ridley basically run them to the goal line, on any other team in the league with a big lead and a back that has carried them there, that back gets the chance to rush it in from the one. That is what a RB expects to get, stat inflation that they feel they deserve. However for the Pats in that situation you can bet that the back that did that is pulled and someone else comes in to vulture the TD. Which is what happened.

Welker probably realizes that his time there is over so he can afford to take a jab at Bellicheck, who is pretty sensitive to that kind of thing as I understand. Welker has been a bit of a wise cracker (empahsis on the "cracker") as his comments about the Buddy Ryan foot incident show, and I support it. At this point in his career he does not have to constantly be the aw shucks huckleberry that each and every White player in the league is mandated to be.

Wes Welker has been without question the best WR in the NFL for the last five years. I really was stoked about him and Woodhead being on the same team (obviously from my handle) but I guess that probably wont be the case next season huh? Belicheck might just stubborn up, and take him out of the game plan, and lose a few games now that he smarted off like that.

For all the anguish being expressed over the Patriots' offense, Wes Welker leads the NFL in receptions and yardage -- 54/688. Rob Gronkowski, playing with a bad hip, leads the league in receiving yardage by a tight end. He's roughly on pace for 80/1,000/10 for the season, which while not as lofty as his amazing recording breaking performance last year, by any objective and historical standard is still elite for a TE.

And Danny Woodhead is the only White RB getting anything more than the occasional token carry (maybe that will change if Peyton Hillis can get healthy), so although I also can't stand Josh McWigger, the New England offense is still remarkably White friendly for the NFL.

Many readers of this site are familiar with how members of the media attack white players no matter how well they play or good they are. They always want white players replaced with non-whites.

This is called ethnic cleansing. It's a form of genocide. The anti-whites who control most of the media have an obvious agenda to replace whites in football with non-whites.

If you're reading this and you find this hard to believe, pay attention to how the media consistently demeans white players. Observe how they continually extoll the virtues of black players to the point of fawning hero worship.

I was just mentioning this in another thread, only ONE other player had more all purpose yards their first 3 years in the league, and that was Gale Sayers. Not only has nobody had 3 consecutive 110+ reception seasons, none have had 3 110+ seasons ever. He is tied for most 120+ catch seasons with Chris Carter having 2. He is tied with a few people like Jerry Rice for most 100+ reception seasons but that will probably end after this year since the record is 4. This is a guy that is potential HOF material, if he made that catch in the Superbowl which would be incredibly hard and most receivers don't make it, he would be a lock imo. Hopefully he gets another Superbowl to make it up. I often wonder, if he made that catch, does the average person realize how great it is? Not just Patriots fans and us but all football fans.

As for his lack of production last week, I read that he has a minor injury and has been limited in practice. Not looking good with the news of him and Nelson, hopefully its nothing serious. Not only is Gronk dealing with a hip injury, I read that his back has been bothering him as well, thats some hard stuff to shake off and play, still doing better than Jimmy Graham who was supposed to be his equivalent.

There are a few YouTube videos of Welkers amazing 99 yard TD catch, and run in Miami last season. Under them there are endless comments that basically range from contempt, to ridicule. There are a few favorable comments, but the majority of them are poking fun at him.

For example the number one comment with something like 115 "thumbs ups" is " This is NOTHING! Greg Jennings does this with a broken leg!"

Now imagine that. The small white WR makes a 99 TD reception, and in the eyes the negro worshiping DWFs its "nothing". Castethink is really ingrained in the pea brains of these pathetic emasculated punks. Its so obvious from reading those comments that they hate that video. It makes it worse that the commentator gushes over Welkers straight line speed. It really slaps them in their fat painted faces with a dose of reality. To see that little White man blow past the dread locked negro, and then make a great catch followed by a nasty stiff arm, and blazing speed for a record long TD makes them resort to ridiculous statements like " this is nothing".

And once again, the NFL's most "white friendly" coach lusts after an odious black thug. The perpetually arrested, pedestrian CB Aquib Talib, most recently noted for trying to blame his own mother in a shooting incident, was obtained by the Pats for a 4th round draft pick.

Corey Dillon, Albert Haynesworth, Ochocinco, Brandon Meriweather, the list goes on and on. Belichek may give more whites a chance on offense than other coaches, but he really, really loves those criminals. He reminds me of your typical "battered wife." Sticking with those "bad boys" that Hollywood has told you are so sexy. Deluded into thinking you can "change him." I guess BB thinks he can "change" the criminal propensities of these despicable thugs he insists on signing.

I don't think hes trying to change anything with this pick up, its out of desperation because his corners can't cover worth a damn. Talib is actually talented and if actually put some effort in it would be a top corner. He isn't and I am sure BB knows that, but there is a high possibility of him being better than what they have. It would be nice to see him put Gregory at corner which is his natural spot, but Gregory is injured right now regardless. He basically played a White cb last year in Edelman, yeah he was playing safety but many packages where he was technically a nickelback.

In fact since most teams are using 3 to 5 receiver sets more frequently all of our safeties have to play like a corner some of the time, whether it be against a hybrid te/wr like Gronkowski or Graham or a slot receiver like Welker or Harvin. Many corners struggle having to play on the inside like that, on the outside they often use the sideline as a helper, in the middle of the field its tougher, Revis struggled with it and he is considered one of the top corners. Teams don't have the talent to cover talented guys who line up in the slot so often put two and play zone, try and force the qb to fit it in a tight window. Teams still can't cover Gronkowski consistently and he looks to be half of the player he was last year, hopefully he gets healthy soon.

BB has had some success with black troublemakers, Randy Moss, once he was done with stretching the field, reverting to being lazy in his route running and blocking he was gone. He probably would have stuck around even though he lost a step had he put in effort.

Ochocinco gone after one season without producing. He managed to milk alot out of Corey Dillon. Albert Haynseworth was a risk but has played well in the past.

I don't think Bellicheck thinks about it in too much in racial terms. I think he thinks about the game logically. How do you get the best players, well the best players that will lead you to win when you only get 7 draft picks per year, and you might have a 50 percent success rate on rounds 1 and 2 if you do your scouting well. He trades back all the time and acquires massive amounts of draft picks. His draft success rate is no different than most coaches, he just has more of them. How to get the best free agents and late round picks? well they can be underrated White guys like Welker or known trouble makers. I am sure he is well aware that there is only a certain amount of Whites he can start without having it backfire with the media/etc., The owner of the team probably controls that aspect.

He was a defensive guru but has been winning with his mostly White offense. Why? first of all it is now an offensive league, if you don't have a great offense your chances of winning it all is low, also because it is easier to find talent on offense. Even in college White defenders at other positions than linebacker are rarer than on offense, well there are also a bunch of White dbs playing safety and he has 2 of them . Could he draft these few for pretty much every position? yes but then his team would really stick out, people would notice a White defense more compared to a White offense and the fact that his offense is White friendly compared to the rest of the league would really stick out. He was a 3-4 guy, but since a majority of teams have switch to the 3-4 he is playing more 4-3? why because more talented guys that don't fit the 3-4 are going to fall through the cracks.

I don't thinks he expects any of these guys to change their personal lives, he just wants them not to be lockerroom distractions. Ochocinco wasn't one from what I remember during his time with the Patriots. Haynesworth was and was let go during the season. I believe the year Woodhead saw a good deal of action is when people were talking about how "White" their offense was, that might have been a lockerrom distraction (2nd problem, can't have an all White or at least 70 percent White team so have to keep the blacks happy on the squad) and maybe the reason why he has been reduced to a blocking back role, almost identical to the one Brian Leonard had with the Bengals, 3rd down back that may get the occasional draw up the gut which is really just to keep the defense honest rather than to get a bunch of yards, mostly blocks to keep the qb upright and once and a while has a pass thrown his way. This seems to be the appropriate role for Whites now, 3rd down backs that just block. Its comical to think that they expect us to believe Woodhead isn't used more because of his size when he is constantly blocking guys that are 250+ pounds and does a great job at it (although those who notice it say "he just has great technique")

All the pieces to win are there except defense. Right now they are where they left off last year, points per game, around 21, almost dead last in passing yards allowed. Those are going to turn into points allowed in the post season. Then he won't have to worry about getting his team a 2 td lead so they don't blow it with around 3 minutes to go in the 4th quarter in TWO different games, the first one led by Eli Manning going 83 yards down the field, the second one also led by Eli Manning going 88 yards down the field. You would think after having this twice you would just say screw what people think and go out and get some White guys that can cover, but Welker has been the scapegoat in the last one. The first one was just considered clutch play and a freak catch. Eli Manning is clutch but a db should have been able to dislodge that ball.

He's been a reliable cog in New England's offense for two-plus seasons, and quarterback Tom Brady can't figure out why the Jets gave up on Woodhead, who they released during the 2010 season. New England pounced on him and the rest is history.

It's a painful subject for the Jets, who can only watch as Bill Belichick coaches up a player they couldn't flip the switch on. That's rarely an issue in New England, where Woodhead is just one of a handful of complimentary parts in a reborn backfield.

Two programs with vastly different approaches and philosophies on running a football team. Woodhead has landed in a better place, and -- while we're at it -- one can only wonder what Tim Tebow might accomplish were he to relocate from Florham Park to Foxboro.

Nice to see a future Hall of Famer say these things. Notice how much Bill O'Brien liked Danny? No doubt him leaving for Penn State hurt Danny. Now that PSU has become much more white friendly, they are one of only a few college teams I follow or watch at all (NDame, BC, Neb are some others). So I guess the "upside" in this deal is goys like Zwinak and Zordich actually get to run the ball. That would never have happened prior to O'Brien showing up.
