Police chief wants to end mobile strip club at Lions games Brad Biggs, The National Football Post 5 hours, 43 minutes ago
The chief of police in Detroit might be taking the Booty Lounge off the road, at least around Ford Field on gamedays for the Detroit Lions.
The Detroit News reports that police chief Ralph Godbee Jr. wants to see to it that the bus which allegedly serves as a mobile strip club isn’t doing business with the crowd outside the stadium. Recently, the Facebook page for the Booty Lounge showed two of Detroit’s finest posing in a photo with a dancer in front of the bus.
“Ostensibly, it's an illegal establishment," Godbee said, per the report. "The same thing that would regulate that type of activity in a strip club would be applicable to that vehicle. We're going to police it very aggressively through our investigation.
"I'm appalled at this kind of conduct because we have families and children around. We need to make sure these events are fan-friendly for children and their families."
Godbee is looking into the matter and it could be that the Booty Lounge is nowhere near Ford Field when the Lions play at home again on Oct. 10. That night they’ll face the Chicago Bears in the first prime-time game ever at Ford Field.
Mobile strip clubs make the rounds from time to time at sporting events, so the Booty Lounge isn’t one of a kind. Sounds like it’s the kind Godbee wants to do away with though.
Lions started 7 whites last night -including three on defense!
Also played many subs. Just wish they let a white man run or catch the ball once in a while. But that taboo is slowly being erased so you never know.
This wild, immature, and violent conduct is rather surprising (even for a non-white), as Suh was an entirely different player during his time at Nebraska (well-spoken, quiet, etc).

He went to Detroit, that cesspool changes a person for the worse. In his case he now gets the opportunity to indulge himself in TNB on a team that encourages it.
Apparently they also encourage ghetto trash talking as he and the rest of the coal line were taunting and trash talking Matt Ryan as he lay writhing on the ground yesterday.
I don't think Suh spends an extra minute past game time in the city of Detroit. I doubt he knows anyone there.
He's a different guy. If you were to hear him talk and not see him you would think he was a white guy, he has almost no discernable afro-american speech accent.
I also question the Falcoons comments about Suh and Avril. Neither were anywhere near Ryan when he went down.
And if you were to hear an opposing player make that comment about your stricken teammate or see him kick his leg (as has been alleged) then what kind of a player would not retaliate but wait to twitter about it?
It sounds more to me like TNB on the part of the Falcons, making more of the incident.
Dirty tactics aside, Suh is actually one of the better black DT's in the league, and has a physique which more resembles Jared Crick than Vince Wilfork. If scouts start to look for this body-type in DT's, it's a good thing for white DT's who are seldom sumo's.
Of course, posting in this thread is also an excuse to post a picture of Thrashen's favorite player;-)
yeah but Mike Hass tried just as hard and didn't even get to play in a regular season game, although I agree Whites should keep trying. The guys that get a shot seem to be picked randomly.Gotta give Lance Long some props for doggedly pursuing his NFL dream. He's a good WR, but not spectacularly so. There have been many, many white WR's that were better than Long that "gave up" and went on to other professions. Of course, this is a big difference between the races, many whites move on to good professional careers, while black washouts often simply return to the 'hood. If more white wideouts (RB's DB's DL, etc) were this tenacious, and showed this kind of attitude, Sundays might not have as "dark" a view.
