Though I would LOVE for Nelson to win the MVP, in the grand scheme of things, what matters is:

1) The whitest roster in the NFL wins the Super Bowl!
2) A real quarterback (vs a black quarterback) wins yet another championship
3) Jordy Nelson- 9-140yds-15.6 YPC- 1 TD; that's what the record books will say
4) Another small blow to the Caste System

Everything else is icing on the cake

Agreed about Legursky. An awesome game for the supposed "weak link" on an otherwise sumo O-line. Hope he goes to a team that lets him play next year.

Jordy's performance was the best yardage wise in a Super Bowl in 7 years (February 1, 2004 Super Bowl XXXVIII)!

Very exciting Game, Awesome to see our guys pull it out. Would have been nice to Kuhn get some carries or catches but jordy was highlight the coverage of it was terrible two of his drops were uncatchable the other was legit but he made a huge play the next down. Awesome job, I though Mathews was the MVP he was right there on the biggest plays, causing that fumble truly changed the game. The man is an animal. Funny to see polamalu in comparison, what exactly did he do in this game?<div>

I don't see them giving Jordy Nelson the MVP, but I'm thrilled at his overall performance tonight, 15.6 YPC! Congrats to the Packers! The Whitest team in the NFL is also the best team in the NFL!

he deserevs it, hes the one that kept the drives going, even if he did have a few drops. The announcers replaying and talking about every target he didn't catch hurts his chances. Rodgers should definetly get it if Nelson doesn't. Winning with basically no running game (which is why Jordy was so important, he was basically the guy that kept drives going). 7.8 yards per attempt, 3 tds no interceptions 304 yards 111.5 passer rating.

Jennings would get it over Nelson because he had more TDs and not as many drops, but Nelson had some good yardage.

I simply don't understand why anyone would think that anyone but Jordy Nelson would be the MVP of this game......his numbers are better than many WRs who have won the MVP...

The league is still a QB league. Rodgers; 24-39, 304 YDS, 3 TDs, 0 INT, 111.5 QB Rating. He will be MVP and he does deserve it.

I think the MVP will go to Rogers, and it's hard to make a case against him.

His catch rate was lower, Rodgers didn't throw to him as much because the more targets the lower his catch rate wouldve been, and his drops were easier catches. Hard to argue with Rodgers being the MVP, but Nelson was the guy that kept the chains moving, it could be argued either way. Without Nelson who knows what Jennings wouldve done with the same amount of targets. Obviously Nelson was trusted more, getting a target right after a drop.

Superbowl summary:

A horrible pre-game national anthem.

A TD by Jordy Nelson.

A half-time show that could have been mistaken for amatuer night at the Karoake bar without a single white male star - not even an effeminent one from a boy band.

Anti-white male superbowl commercials.

Troy Proudlysamoan getting beat on his second TD.

Clay Matthews with a pivotal forced fumble.

Jordy Nelson with another huge catch to the 2 yard line.

Troy Aikman talking endlessly about Jordy Nelson "drops" and remaining silent on his great catches.

The Whitest team in the NFL truimphant over on of the darkest!

We heard all year how Green Bay's all-white O-line just wasn't supposed to be very good. Well, they sure played a great game tonight!

Doug Legursky was supposed to be a scrub, an unfortunate fill-in at C for the Steelers. From what I could see, though, he played very well.

The whitest NFL team has won the Super Bowl against one of the blackest.

Once again, Caste Football and its supporters are right!

Interesting stat, Colonel Reb. That says a lot about Jordy Nelson. Hopefully, he proved himself tonight and his long racial apprenticeship (that no black 2nd Rd WR would have to serve for so long) is finally over!Edited by: Toby Hillis

Let's hope so! Meanwhile I'm already getting facebook grief because I dare point out that the Whitest team in the league is also the best. Ha ha!

A small point, but I'm glad to see Rogers wear that championship belt at the end. Usually, there is some black gimmick like the Icky Shuffle, The Dirty Bird, The Fun Bunch, The Super Bowl Shuffle, "He Hate Me" or some other silly nonsense. Aaron Rogers little display of putting the championship belt around his waist was both humorous and classic. The first time I can recall a white-inspired gimmick being honored.

it sure was nice to see Rodgers standing tall behind the Great White Wall of Green Bay, throwing downfield to a White receiver, over and over again. maybe that is what madethis bowl game so Super ...

I didn't see the Superbowl, but it's good that the NFL team with the most White players won the world championship.

I'm fairly certain that the correlation between having a relatively higher number of Whites on a roster and eventual victory is not lost among the powers-that-be, no matter how they want to ignore it and call it something else.

Anyway -- prepare for the jock-sniffers to whine and say that the Packers victory is somehow invalidated for whatever gay reason they have.

Get em, Colonel! As a wise man once said: "Facts are stubborn things; and whatever may be our wishes, our inclinations, or the dictates of our passions, they cannot alter the state of the facts and evidence"

Yes, Jimmy, it was fun seeing Nelson targeted repeatedly. Thank You God that Titletown won. I don't even mind that the Pack beat my Eagles twice (RS and playoffs) along the way. Congrats Pack.

Jordy had one real drop, the others were passes no WR could have caught. Overall he had an excellent game. As someone pointed out, that floppy-haired chubby girl who won the defensive player of the year award was conspicuous only for absence, and for having been faked out of a jockstrap twice on the same drive.

And yes, that halftime show looked and sounded like karoake night in Newark.

After the last pass to Jordy Nelson missed before the FG, the blogger for Cold Hard Football Facts wrote "another drop for Butterfingers Nelson."
