Good Lord, how can anyone possibly allow that she-male to even compete? Here I am watching the 800 meter final, and all I see is one man running 25 meters ahead of 7 women who are running neck-and-neck trying to get to the finish line. I've never seen anything like that in my life!

So mastermulti, do you think Ramil has any chance to medal out of lane one? He would have to run the turn of his life. Usually he has trouble hugging the line as it is. I'm hoping for the best but I wanted him to be in the middle of the track!

Sad to see Sally not get a medal today. Still a good showing to make the final and finish in 5th. D.Orourke from Ireland looked good too finishing 4th.

Ramil is a minor chance of a minor medal, but I think realistically four people could be within a tenth or so and whoever recovers better from yesterday will place. He's still proven himself a superb 200 sprinter that other competitors will be wary of.

Sally slightly injured her back at training 11 days ago, just enough to cause stiffness and spasms which messed with her precious assett, her start. This meant running harder than normal to hold off the fast finishers, which is why she clipped the final hurdle. She wouldn't have beaten 4th place anyway, but her loss of momentum gave the Irish girl the chance to improve a spot and she did a PB, so good for her. This gives the Irish another great result to go with the 20km lady walker's silver, and Gillick and Hession's good showings.

I'm really impressed with Trey Hardee. His 13.84 hurdles puts him back in front with 5504 points after 6 events. Go Trey!

BTW, I was thinking about the top decathletes of the last 30 years and realised all three "black" champions in that time have been an equal mix of ancestry, probably explaining why they have so many cross over talents.............

The Mens Long Jump is moving on to the finals. Almost everyone of our guys qualified for the final. Craig Pickerings goood friend Greg Rutherford jumped 8.30 meters for one of the best jumps so far. It should be quite a final.

Bolt DESTROYS what was considered the most unreachable sprint record in the world: Michael Johnson's 19.32 in the 200 meters.

for Bolt, it was no problem. he SHATTERS the record by .13 seconds! Bolt's world record time = 19.19. furthermore, FOUR men in the race break 19.90, which has never happened in WORLD history!

butdespite this being the fastest 200 meter final in history, Bolt wins by over a half a second! or, in other words ... about 15 meters separated him from second place.

do any of you guys STILL think he's clean?

0 in the men's 110 hurdles (but they did have2 finalists who came in fifth and seventh).
1 in the women's 400 hurdles (as well as the fourth place finisher).
1 in the men's 200 meters (as well as the fifth place finisher).

so, of 21 medals given out in the sprints thus far ... 8 have been taken by Jamaicans. and their yam-intensive diet.

Bolt is a joke. Sure he has a personality but he is manufactured like a car. This is not real people. Take it for what it is. Marion Jones had the same effect on people. They called her the queen of track. She was loved and adored as she said over & over that steroids are bad. She fooled almost everyone. I knew then and I know now. Bolt seems to be an ok guy but the fact remains that he is cheating. Cheating the record books, cheating the other athletes, and robing the sport of dignity.

A time of 19.19 is just insane. It's so far off the charts that we can't even comprehend it. He won by a margin bigger than any 200 World Champs or Olympics Finals ever run. Yet we are supposed to belive he is clean. I'm sorry but I'm not a Bolt fan. In fact if you look closely, alot of the men in this race were on something. The fastest 200 meters race ever with 4 guys under 19.90! What a joke. Track is going to suffer. Or they can just keep hiding it like baseball has for decades. I personally hope they someday clean up the sport.

I look forward to the high jump final, the long jump final, 400 meters final and the 4 x 100 Relay. That is about it. The 100 & 200 has been rather dismal from my perspective. Except for the fact that Ramil made the final. You know why he is clean? He got tired like human beings do that are not on drugs. Most of these sprinters these days are like machines. They could run 10 rounds and still go faster. Oh well.

I still have hope for the future. We have young stars rising up. The one thing I wonder is will they be tempted to cheat? No one can compete anymore. This is like lab experiments. Who has the best doctor or chemist? That is who wins the medals. I hope our guys don't get tempted although I could understand if they did.

looks like 2nd place Edwards now holds the WJR at 19.81, which if you want to talk about someone with some crazy improvement, he went from 10.91 / 20.96 last year to 10.09 / 19.81. to give him credit he did run 10.28 / 20.62 two years ago.

I said last year that Bolt should run 18 seconds in the 200m. Last year he didn't really try and broke the WR. This year he did and broke it by .11 seconds...and he wasn't even pushed! I still say 18.90 is possible. However, even the blacks can't keep up with him. When he goes down hopefully it won't take as long as Marion Jones did. I got sick of looking at her crooked teeth for all those years. I don't think I can take Bolt for another 15 years

As for Bolt, I'm speechless and no idea what to say. At least he's not your typical negro thug, and on the contrary, actually a very likable guy.

But I feel that he's on a no-win situtation here. We have already decided that he's cheating. If he's exposed at some point, then we were right all along. If he's never exposed, that's because the powers that be covered it up so as to prevent the sport from being destroyed.

So that doesn't leave us with much at all.

Don't be too sure, he's been commentating for the BBC, and was saying that he thinks Bolt can break 19s. He also said that he think Bolt will step up to the 400m at some point, as there is no competition for him at the 100/200m. This may be Wariner's last chance at a gold.

He may say that but I can tell he is jealous. Alot of blacks have very fragile egos. M.J. is one of those guys. He was speechless during and after the race. I could tell he wasn't very happy. He put on an act but he was angry inside. Michael knows how this is making everyone that has ever sprinted look like turtles. Don't be suprised if alof of athletes, former athletes, and coaches find out what is going on and put a stop to it. One thing is for sure. The US hates to lose. They will not continue to stand by and do nothing. Take it how ever you want to but someone will find something at some point to level the playing field.
