Josh Thomas, their perennial backup DE was not resigned (and still is without a team...) so they are down to two backup LBs: Jordan Senn, and Adam Seward, both are listed as second string.

Giordano was waived today, replaced by Pacific Islander (or some other mix)safety Aaron Francisco.

why would you do that? Bob Sanders is going to get injured again and wouldnt you rather have someone who knows the system.

Matt was wasting away on Colts, let's hope he will get a chance to actually start somewhere else.

CBS sportsline reporting Jordan Senn has been resigned by Colts, on the same day that Giordano is signed by Packers. Great to see both of these guys back on rosters.

Giordano signed by Packers? Wow, now packers are a complete anti-caste team (meaning they have white players at every caste position), hopefully he gets some PT

Wow, the Packers are one injury away from having a white starter at every level. This was another brilliant move by McCarthy. The Ravens and the Packers are very similar on defense.

The Packerslack a white defensive lineman now that Kampman has moved to OLB, but I guess he can still be called a type of hybrid linebacker/pass rusher.

he could not play 3-4 end anyhow, he's too small and would waste their as his main task would not be pass rush. he's better off at rush-LB.

Agreed he would end up getting hurt. The Packers D already looks improved over last year so he may have made a sacrifice for the better of the team. Although the D's performance last week kinda scared me..

Interesting practice squad re-addition for the Colts. Samuel Giguere, a Canadian wideout. He camped with Indy before being a late cut. He also has his own website, you can see why his nickname is "guns".

I've noticed that they seem to bounce Giguere back and forth on and off the practice squad. Hopefully at some point either the Colts or someone else activates him, and he can bolster the slightly growing ranks of white WR's.

Considering his level of "American football" experience, the fact that he's white and able to get this far is amazing in itself. It speaks volumes about his athleticism and potential.

i like those moves! Thomas can definitely play straight away, whereas Giguere could be their number 4 receiver easily, i mean Wayne, Collie and even Garcon proved to be a very solid WR corp but Giguere definitely has something to add to the mix!

on another note Bob Sanders is out, again, after missing first 5 games of the season... he probably won't be back for at least 4 weeks, possibly a season... i loved this comment by a Colts fan:

"I hope Sanders get paid by the game."

Has there ever been a more overrated player than Bob Sanders? A who is never able to stay on the field yet is incredibly hyped year after year as one of the best defenders in the league.Edited by: Bear Backer
