Despite some of the social media oligarchs appearing to now support Trump at least to some degree, very little has changed as far as corporate behavior. The advertising industry remains beyond-absurd black-centric and nearly White-free, the search engines still marginalize and censor the way they did before the '24 election (CF is still as ignored as ever), and hiring practices are much the same despite no longer being called "DEI." It's still pretty much (anti-White) business as usual nearly a year into Trump 2.0. Lots of great rhetoric, always followed by flip-flops or inaction, with bones here and there being thrown to the shrinking MAGA base.
