Well, according to Don Zeus deleted some of his posts (covering his tracks?), but in one he mentioned Anglo-Saxons, and he consistently denigrated western Europeans and American whites as soft. I don't have time myself, but I would say look for pretty much any thread he started. Okay, the favorite KO thread should have been fun and simple enough, but somehow at some point started going downhill. I would go through that, if his posts are still there. I think, I don't have time right now to go through it I'm headed out the door right now.

At least the man who appears to be dethroning him and could win multiple golds is another White American in Ryan Lochte, so that's good. Agreed about Korean and Chinese swimmers having gotten off to good starts. Normally, Americans, Australians, and Europeans dominate swimming, and it may well end up that way by the time the week is concluded.

This is my first "aware" Olympics, so I'm paying attention to lots of little things. You can see that I joined CF in 2008, so Beijing doesn't count and Vancouver Winter Olympics (as with all Winter Games) was a snow white affair anyway.

In the early going, I'm noticing that if an American team in a given sport is predominantly White (swimming, volleyball, gymnastics, etc), and there's a token negro or non-white, they seem to get all the face-time and publicity. For instance, there is this one promo of the men's gymnastics team that's been shown in the NBC throughout the day, where 5 men are posing in front of the camera with their arms crossed. The black guy is front and center, and to his left (our right) is what appears to be some Middle-Eastern/Latino looking dude. The 3 Whites are behind these two and are somewhat of an after-thought.

Then you have sponsor commercials (Visa, Citi, BP, etc) and almost all the athletes featured in these ads are either black or women. I only saw Michael Phelps in a Visa commercial, and that was it as far as White men go. I'll continue to pay attention to this further.

As others have indicated, I'm rooting for these Olympics to be a subbar event, overall. I'll tune in at various times to watch and root for White athletes, but otherwise, do not plan on wasting my time on the round-the-clock coverage.

I taped the opening ceremony in order to fast-forward through it to satisfy my feline curiosity concerning the "multicultural" tripe I had anticipated.

Sure enough, it was a stomach-roiling Negro-fest, so brazen that it managed to exceed even my notoriously pessimistic expectations. Using that garbage as a yardstick, one would believe that blacks comprised something like 80% of the UK's population...

I'm surprised that they didn't go the "coal hog" and show a Negro Cassivellaunus, a Negro Alfred the Great, and a Negro William the Conqueror defeating a Negro Harold Godwinson at Hastings.

The leftists couldn't resist portraying the "typical British family" as a textbook case of miscegenation - black male plus light-haired White woman. Agendas? What agendas...?

As a glistening cherry on the steaming heap of crap, they just had to trundle out the drooling semi-corpse that is Cassius "Ali" Clay, whose prime physical condition is obviously a testament to just how difficult it was to hit "the greatest ever boxer" in the ring - no sign of dementia pugilistica here...

The good old "Louisville Lip" didn't even appear to know where he was and looked in dire need of a nice cup of warm milk, a straw to sip it through and a specialist nurse to stick it in his slack gob. Too bad they didn't boot the black prick into the flames. That, at least, would have been entertaining...

If it wasn't obvious before, there is no question now that a strict black quarterback system exists for U.S. (and almost certainly U.K.) Olympic teams. I was astonished to see that one of the four American female swimmers in the relay last night was black.

I'm sorry, but this is just impossible. There are thousands of young white kids, with pushy, wealthy parents, who spend inordinate hours on swim teams, at meets, incredibly early morning practices, etc. In my experience, I've never seen a single black child in this category (and rarely any non-whites at all).

The same thing goes for gymnastics. Again, tons of white kids from wealthy or solid middle-class backgrounds, with aggressive parenting and countless hours of highly organized training. And yet, we see two of the four American male gymnasts that were featured last night are non-white; one black (with a highly visible white mom, with a U.S. flag in her hair, Don King style) and one mixed up looking Cuban.

I only saw pics of the female gymnasts but there was at least one highly visible black girl front and center. I'm sure there weren't scores of more qualified white girls who were more deserving of being on both the swim and gymnastics teams. But this is the world of Affirmative Action; what we see in government and the corporate world is just as much a part of the sports world, including the Olympics.

They have the nerve to talk about sportsmanship then bring out one of the most vulgar unsporting athletes of all time. Not only that Clay used to ridicule Frazer for his looks - ie too black - but that's all gone down the memory hole.

Apparently Stephen Lawrence's mother was one of the Olympic flag carriers. For Americans who not aware of Lawrence he's been the Trayvon martyr of England for the last two decades.

It's not all that rare to see blacks in swimming. At the elite high school level and in the NCAA, you will always find a smattering of black swimmers. That was even the case when I swam nearly 30 years ago. That said, they will get an inordinate amount of attention and air time from the media when the world is watching.

I've watched water polo in the past, and we even had it as a sport in my high school, but I had forgotten just how tough that game is. Those guys beat the crap out of each other, and are swimming non-stop. USA over Montenegro in a close game. And last night I did find myself asking, "why the heck would you do that - deliberately misrepresent a country's racial mix like that - what could the point possibly be?". A day on, no sensible answers forthcoming.

Sensible answers will be forthcoming when you are ready to attribute some malignant motives to those who made the misrepresentation. It clearly wasn't an accident, so the truth is out there (or in here). What possible agenda would cause such a misrepresentation to be made? You might dress it up as "celebrating diversity" or something, but is there a need to lie to do that? If "diversity" needs to marshal deceit to its cause, what does that tell you about "diversity"? The pedant in me wants to say that no sensible answers are forthcoming because you are unwilling to ask the right questions, so I'm sorry if it comes off that way.

The gold was won by a quite fat blonde American, who was flanked on the podium by the two normal sized women from other countries who won the silver and bronze. Contrary to my last post, I will cut Lochte just the tiniest bit of slack for one reason. When looking into the private lives of swimmers ....... it's probably best to just not look. The sport consumes so much time, and is so individually oriented, that swimmers tend to be (for lack of a better word) dorks. Swimmers are exhausted all the time from training, and training isn't at all social because your head is mostly underwater. They are usually a bit awkward on land. Lochte is probably just an awkward guy who seized on the wigger persona as a way to be cool and rebellious amongst the rest of the speedos. That said, he's playing the fool in front of the world, and could have picked some other way to feel different than emulating the lowest our society has to offer. Okay, that's as charitable as I care to be.

I, too, remember when we lauded our athletes as perfect, while portraying the commies as robots. Sylvester Stallone made an entire movie on the subject. That's an interesting topic. While our women are pretty muscled up these days, there's still nothing like the East German "women" swimmers from the late 70s and 80s. That coach ended up in China in the early 90s, and their women suddenly got VERY muscular, too, while the Germans shrank back down to the norm. Sort of like when another coach arrived in Jamaica, and their sprinters got VERY muscular. It's all pretty dirty, and "ours" are no exception.

"Alexander the Great"). Dr.Karelin won 3 Golds and 1 Silver as is the most physically dominant Olympic wrestler of all time...as his reverse body lift, the "Karelin Lift" demonstrated. Dr.Karelin (like MMA GOAT Fedor Emelianenko & the Brothers KlitschKO) is another example of a (Russian) true world class athlete.

Thanks for the entertaining expose of Lochte, Thrashen. I don't like Phelps much, as he seemed to tecome a bit of a big headed jerk after the last Olympics, but clearly this guy is no one to root for.

My experiences with swimming and gymastics must be different from some others, in that I never saw any black kids in either sport. I refuse to believe that, with all the incredible numbers of dedicated and talented white youngsters in both sports, blacks just happened to beat them out for Olympic spots. To me, it's just more predictable Affirmative Action.

It is impossible to root for present day Americans in any event. As Don noted, for years Americans were on their high horse, blasting the dirty commies who were using professional athletes, working them too hard, drugging them, etc. Otherwise, of course, "we" would win everything. With the birth of the original "dream team," all that history was shoved down the memory hole. The idea that Koby Bryant and his ilk represent the Olympic tradition is ludicrous.

They took Jim Thorpe's medals away because he played some pro baseball. Why haven't they reinstated them and apologized to his descendents? Don King's America is no country to cheer for.

Yep, and metro/wigger boy Lochte blew a half second lead, and got smoked in the 4x100 relay today. He gave up a freaking full second over 100 meters. I don't care how good the guy is racing you (Very good, in this case), that is awful. He had a half second lead when he left the blocks, and lost by a half second. That is horrible for an anchor, unless you want a literal anchor. His personal coach said that his lack of experience in the event led him to "overswim" the first 50 meters. WTF? How does one overswim an all out sprint? That race is nothing but desire; a**holes and elbows for 47 seconds. He was almost as slow as the lead-off man, which is inexcusable, seeing as the lead off doesn't get a rolling start. Incidentally, Phelps had the fastest split for the Americans by far, the lead guy beat the best freestyler in the world, and our token swam an acceptable, if unspectacular, leg.

The silver lining (pun intended) is that Phelps was super fast, and will probably taste some more gold before he's done. The sooner the cameras are off Lochte's grill, the better.

I give Lochte a break because he is a talented swimmer, and is winning medals and showing what the white race can do. I can think of examples of way worse behavior by whites, that puts down white peoples accomplishments.
