White Quarterbacks

The league is doing exactly what Rush Limbaugh said years back. Wanting to promote black QBs. Even worse now than when Rush said it. The liberal sports media along with game day announcers, will promote black QBs as if they are the next sensation. Cam ward will be a joke eventually as is jamis winston. Anthony Richardson was a puzzler when the colts drafted him. That made no sense at all. He was an average at his best in Florida. All these black QBs in college are pumped up in the media. Daniels at Washington will not bring a championship, nor Love, nor Williams , nor penix . And over hyped Moore at Oregon will not either when he arrives .Prescott will not at Dallas either. He has been good but not good enough to bring the cowBOYS to a Super Bowl win. To be fair there are good white QBs that won't win Super Bowls either. But in general, the white qb is not build up in the ugly sports media like the black QBs are. Ahhh for the good old days in sports . Gone forever.

To be a good quarterback a man has to be quick on the draw and quick in his head. Being quick on one's feet doesn't cut it. That's why a certain group are good at the job and the other group are good at not doing it.
If you're of that second group no need to sulk about it, the NFL favors you, and if you're out of luck or out of work you may serve as a coach or a tackler.

Just bumping this so it doesn’t get lost on the previous page.

2025 White vs black
Week 1: 9-2
Week 2: 7-2
Week 3: 8-1
Week 4: 3-1
Week 5: 4-3
Week 6: 6-3
Week 7: 3-1
Week 8: 4-5
Week 9: 6-1
Week 10: 5-3
Week 11: 4-2
Week 12: 4-3
Week 13: 6-5
Week 14: 6-0*
Week 15: 6-3
Week 16: 4-2**
Week 17: 6-3
Week 18: 6-3***
Total: 97 - 43 (.693)
*not counting Dolphins over Jets, as Taylor started not Cook. However that was the closest a non-White QB came to a win over a White QB.
**counting Titians over Chiefs since Minshew started, however he was hurt and a black played the balance.
***not counting Jags over Titans, as Cam Ward was hurt after the opening drive. Not counting Raiders over Chiefs either as KC had a black QB only half of game.

I wasn't planning on following this again in 2026, but after 2 weeks I just could help but notice this trend was again forming. So this year we're here in the White Quarterback thread to track how our players do against their black peers.

Week 1: 5-3*
Week 2: 5-3
Week 3: 4-2
Week 4: 3-4
Week 5: 3-2
Week 6: 4-5
Week 7: 6-4
Week 8: 8-1 (so far)
Total: 38-24 (.613)
*counting Vikings over Packers as Carson Wentz came on early and lead the team back from behind to win

Keenum getting some appreciation on X and the WAGs getting some underhand critique for being one done and run QBs

There were only 15 White starting quarterbacks in week 4….

yeah not a good look, im sure the league is dancing up and down. i think its dead even 16/16 with all QB's healthy right? White vs Black this week we were like 2-4 i believe, bleh. think 6 of the top 10 teams in power rankings still have White QB's at least.

As of right now we've got 17 White starting QB's to 15 black in the NFL with Tanner McKee and JJ McCarthy taking over for the Eagles and Giants. There is a White QB on 7 out of 10 of pretty much every power rankings list, and 10 of the 15 best records in the league have White QBs. Most lists have Vikings #1 who, despite their poor QB situation, have a ton of White players on their highly ranked defense which is the main reason for their success.

The other thing I’m watching is the backup situation for poorly or oft injured black qbs. There are white backup qbs in Tennessee, Miami, Minnesota, Arizona and NY Jets, which might be areas where a QB change happens.

I’d imagine we see Klubnik and Beck as soon as NYJ and Arizona are more “officially” out of playoff contention. Minnesota should make the switch if the offense continues to be historically bad for a top team. Miami is complicated because they just invested in Willis. I can see them drafting a 1st round QB next year more so than an in season benching, even though McCord has a lot of untapped potential. Tennessee is not going to bench Ward for a veteran backup while they remain a last place team. They need to know if Ward is a total bust so they can confidently draft his replacement.

So 2 or 3 more White QBs by season end seems pretty realistic.

Yes indeed Freethinker!! Appreciate all of your research in your post!

Mike LaFleur was noncommittal, but Cardinals reportedly expected to keep starting QB Gardner Minshew after win over Cowboys

Gardner Minshew replaced Jacoby Brissett in the third quarter on Sunday afternoon in Dallas, and ended up leading the Cardinals to a wild overtime win

Standout week for White quarterbacks as our guys won every interracial matchup this afternoon. The Sunday Night Football game ended the streak, but still an impressive 8-1 week with the MNF game still to come.

I was tempted to add the Arizona vs Dallas game with an asterisk. Gardner Minshew came on with 1:35 remaining in the 3rd quarter and made up a 17-3 deficit. If a QB is hurt or replaced early on, like the week 1 situation with Wentz, I’ll count it but this might go against the spirit of the exercise. Anyone have thoughts on this?

Minshew came in and outperformed 2 black qbs including the most overrated and protected from criticism in the league. Let’s count Minshew.
