The "famous" Jameis Winston hype is out of this world ! What's CF's take on this guy ? I find it awfully strange how he ran a 4.9 40 his senior year of high school and now he can run a 4.6.

By the end of this year, Matt Barkley will be pushed out of the top ten picks on all the draft boards.
You are probably correct. In another thread I alluded to the fact guys like Tyler Wilson and Barkley are going to be minimized during the predraft process and everything is going to be done to push them down draft boards.
Jameis Winston is coming off as either Pondo Sinatra(lead from Party Animal) or Jamarcus Russell II (without the food addiction). "Stealing" refill sodas is the height of stupidity.....:icon_mrgreen:http://espn.go.com/college-football...minoles-questioned-bb-gun-battle-records-showbearclaw and Leonardfan were correct in their predictions. Barkley ended up going in the 4th round.
Other white quarterbacks who should have gone higher include Landry Jones and Ryan Nassib, both drafted in the fourth round.
In a league in which having a quality QB is paramount, the fact that these prospects went so low shows an anti-white bias.
If any of these men were black the media would have hyped them and they'd have been drafted much higher.
Guess this future millionaire cheapskate got a hankering for some grape soda that he could no longer contain. :heh:This line makes him sound pathetic though "saw him using ketchup cups to take soda"
Great news we will have more police blotter fodder for Winston for another year at least.....:thumbdown:http://espn.go.com/college-football...ston-not-charged-sexual-assault-investigationToday is the day a decision will me be made whether they will prosecute da afleet winston for raping white wimmenz. Hopefully he does get charged so he gets suspended and loses bid for heisman.

Okay, so a woman finally realising who her attacker was a month after=lying, but a man who denies the allegations, in fact knew about them since January, instead of saying he had consensual sex, turns down a police interview in January, in November denies them when they go public, then finally after DNA proves he raped her does he finally claim consensual sex.
Apparently the key to getting away with rape, is to claim it was consensual after the evidence is stacked against you.
Good post. You have a knack for putting things into a proper and historical perspective. I can only imagine what the "good ol days" were like....Another sickening part of this case is that the prosecution decided not to prosecute when another man's DNA was present along with Jamesissies. They felt it would be too hard to prove with two suspects. So another way to get out of a rape charge--make it a gang rape. Then the prosecution won't charge you because it's just all too confusing.
I saw video of a bunch of southern white guys celebrating the dropping of charges against a black man (Winston) raping a white woman. My how times have changed!!
John Rocker points out some of the double standards taking place (yes, that John Rocker):
What if Jameis Winston Were a White Lacrosse Player?
by John Rocker
With each passing year, we regrettably get more stories of college athletes acting up and getting in trouble with the law. From armed robbery to rape, there appears to be no crime that college athletes aren’t capable of committing.
Dominating the sports world right now is the story of a likely nominee for the Heisman Trophy standing accused of sexual assault. Jameis Winston is the star quarterback for the Florida State Seminoles, who are currently undefeated and ranked No. 1 out of all college teams in the country. In other words, we could potentially have an alleged rapist win both the Heisman and the National Championship.
It’s no wonder this has become a national news story and has risen far above other reports of bad behavior on the part of college athletes. The only story I can remember having this much traction is the Duke lacrosse rape hoax from a few years back. But both cases have major differences and the media are giving this story a much fairer shake than what they gave the poor guys who were accused of rape in the Duke lacrosse case.
For one, the races are switched in the two cases. Jameis Winston is black, while the lacrosse players were white. The police and district attorney’s office responses to both cases have been completely different as well. The allegation against Winston was first docked in December of 2012, and the police have been dragging their heels in handing the case to the district attorney ever since then. The D.A. received the case just last month, and he still hasn’t pressed charges as he “carefully considers†the allegations against Winston.
The case against the Duke lacrosse players, on the other hand, was handled with as much precaution and sensibility as a medieval witch trial. As soon as the accusation was made, the case was immediately taken up by the Durham district attorney, and he made it into a public spectacle that grabbed national headlines. The lacrosse players were proclaimed guilty before their trial even started, and they were transformed into representatives of the vile bigotry that still lives in America, all thanks to one crusading district attorney.
The media also swung the hammer down on the innocent lacrosse players once news broke about the allegations. They were demonized as vile racists, and arguments that they might be innocent were not to be heard. It was beyond a reasonable doubt that they were guilty … until the actual evidence was investigated and it turned out that the whole story was fabricated by the accuser. But that was too late for the reputations of the young men from Duke to be ruined and their educations sidetracked as they were instantly expelled from school once they were charged with rape.
In Winston’s case, there has been much caution in throwing him to the lion’s den, and there have been several arguments made in the media that he might be innocent. He has yet to be expelled from either the team or the university as he continues to lead FSU as the team’s starting quarterback. He has attracted an incredible amount of support and a fair share of positive media on his character and personality. Basically, he has been able to receive the type of fair and balanced coverage the Duke lacrosse players didn’t receive until after they were acquitted. (Most importantly, no members of the Florida State University faculty have replicated the infamous Duke “Group of 88″: those professors who signed an advertisement in the Duke Chronicle that implied they sided with the accuser, Crystal Mangum, only a few weeks after her – ultimately – false accusation were made public.)
So, let’s imagine that Jameis Winston isn’t black or the star football player for the Seminoles. Let’s imagine that he is instead a white lacrosse player, who happens to play for Duke. Let’s say an allegation emerges that he might have raped somebody. Do you think the student body and the school’s fans would rally to his support? Do you think that the Durham Police Department would’ve sat on his case for nearly a year before sending it to the district attorney? Do you think police would’ve made veiled threats against the accuser for deciding to press charges? Would the district attorney carefully deliberate the case?
The likely answer to all of these questions would be no. And if the accuser were black, this story would be another racially charged national news case, and Winston would be portrayed as a modern-day Klansman by the national media, or the reincarnation of the Duke lacrosse players.
So why were the two cases portrayed so differently by the media and pursued so differently by the authorities? I can’t say for sure, but I’m sure if Winston looked a lot more like the average Duke lacrosse player, we’d hear a different story than the one that is currently being pushed by the media.
The key point to remember throughout all of this is that Jameis Winston is still only “alleged†to have engaged in a sexual assault (though DNA evidence was found in the accusers underwear; mind you, DNA evidence from the three white Duke lacrosse players charged with sexual assaults on Mangum was never recovered – but there was still a rush to convict).
Another point to remember is that Ms. Mangum – the woman the media, the Durham district attorney and the Duke 88 were so quick to side with when she made those infamous allegations against members of the Duke lacrosse team – was just convicted of murder and will spend the next 14 years in jail.

Good post. You have a knack for putting things into a proper and historical perspective. I can only imagine what the "good ol days" were like....
Note this TMZ story is graphic in nature. It looks like the bimbo in this story has the morals of an alley cat (at least according to Winston's buddies). Of course this goes on at various campuses across the country with star players but with his minor run ins with the law and this the crow bar motel could be his home in the future.....eep:http://www.tmz.com/2013/12/05/jameis-winston-friends-oral-sex-more-than-willing/?adid=tmzhero1Indeed, Jaxvid hit the nail on the head. I'll be rooting to no end that FSU gets routed by whoever they play, and that the charges are re-instated somehow, and the idiots mourn his downfall.

Hopefully this turd loses to Manziel by some
miracle.

Maybe if the South had not stopped at "Bull Run" and continued to kick the North's A$$ across the Potomac and into Washington, things might have been different.
I could be wrong, I believe the majority of people that live in Florida are either transplants from the "North" or of Cuban ancestry!
Every year there is a player that seems to come out of nowhere. His face is thrown on the cover of every paper, every website, there will be a Heisman Campaign in his honor, and he will some how emerge from relative obscurity to suddenly realize his talent. He will also play OB, and be black, and previously unproven. Due to all this attention, by the end of the season he will rise to being a fringe first round NFL pick. By the time the talking heads, "experts", and unnamed NFL executives are done and the combine is around he will be an unquestioned Top 10 pick. After the combine (regardless of performance) he will be the "smart" choice for # 1.
This thread is one where I will try to ID and follow this progression. No better proof of a system in effect then a prediction proved true. Who are your picks this year?
Here are mine. With their accompanying stats from last season.
B.J. Daniels Jr. USF (143-245 1685 YDS 58.4% 6.88 YPA 11TD 13INT)
If Daniels is in fact the NBH(NextBlackHype) it would have to be a terrific piece of work on the part of the media. But with his picture on the front page of SI.com this morning I would not rule it out.
EJ Manuel Jr. FSU (65-93 861YDS 69.9% 9.26YPA 4TD 4INT)
My personal pick to be the NBH. I can hear it now "He was unable to showcase his talents hidden behind the less talented Christian Ponder. But oh my isn't he just amazing." After being a top high school recruit Manuel has been unable to see the field due to the incredibly talented Ponder. This year starting as a Jr. I am almost certain he will be the one, he has all the markings of NBH.
Geno Smith Jr, WVU (241-372 2763YDS 64.8% 7.43YPA 24TD 7INT)
Smith is also a very viable candidate he also players for a very dark school. If WVU wins some games this year, don't be surprised to hear his name rocketing up draft boards.

they're brainwashed by the mediaI have to ask a question that, no doubt, many others have asked.
What is wrong with these people?
