No time to put a long write up, but I fully expect Loma to at least win if not by a late round knock out. Donaire, Amagas, and Cordoba (with a jab!) have put Rigo down. And some other fighter almost had Rigo down with a sweeping left hook -can't remember the name. So why can't Loma do the same?
Some observations:
Rigo gets hurt when he squares-up or crosses his back foot over his front. He also gets caught when he tries to step out of crowding. He doesn't do as well when the fight is tight. Loma loves to fight in a telephone booth. Bad omen for Rigo.
Rigo has excellent defense when his opponents stay a yard or more away from him and attack straight on. Don't expect Loma will be in front of Rigo very much. Although it may seem so, but if you watch carefully Loma is usually in the 11 o'clock and 1 o'clock positions when he seems to be at 12 o'clock. Rigo has some power, but everyone loses power when the dial moves. And Rigo's power was 122 power anyway.
Age and size are factors, but Loma and his father are brilliant strategists. Loma has had a year to prepare for Rigo so by now they must have the attack plans well worked out and have a basket of tactics prepared to get to Rigo.
Rigo really has only one punch that Loma needs to work around: the straight left. Look for Loma to feint him out into throwing it and then biting in like a mongoose.
Loma by TKO 11.
