I wish Loma would have stayed at 130. At that weight, he is the best of all time. At 135, he is fighting people who are physically bigger than he is. I admire his integrity and greatness doing this, but I don't think it is fair. Duran absolutely dominated the lightweights. When he went to welterweight, he was fighting people with bigger bodies than his.

Ukraine sure as hell isn’t being run by Ukrainians. That much is certainly true.

As for symbolically joining an army unit for propaganda purposes well that doesn’t stun me, I just hope this whole mess ends soon.

Ukraine can’t beat Russia and the rank and file of that country are having their lives ruined so the elite Americans can fight a proxy war on their turf.

Zelensky also is already asking for rebuilding money - if anyone needed further proof what a racket war really is.
It tears me apart to see the Jewish elite turn Ukrainian and Russian brother against each other. They have been doing this to our people for centuries. This site talks about sports. Think of all the great genetics lost in WWI and WWII in brother wars.

Ortiz was rehydrated up to a welterweight. In the early rounds it put him at an incredible advantage. Later on, it went against him a little bit. Haney will do the same thing.

Yes the size gulf was enormous it allowed the ethnic PR fighter to take more blows in the early rounds. Admittedly I had two screens on when this fight happened as saw the Paul vs Silva circus too but Loma was in a dogfight until about the midpoint of the fight and then he won 5 or 6 of the last 6 rounds and won fairly comfortably after that but if that was Haney he wouldn't have let Loma walk in and score with shots without getting by a string of jabs and dealing with movement.

The Loma that destroyed the Japanese national and paper champion Commey beats Haney but the Loma of last night at best is a coin flip with Haney for a decision victory.

I just logged in to post the same thing. It's been frustrating me for a years as a Loma fan, I just don't understand it. He looked unbeatable at super featherweight and featherweight, his prime weight.. he just dominated guys. He's always at a disadvantage giving up height, weight and reach, and losing punch power by fighting at lightweight. Which is why he's had plenty of close fights at lightweight. Wish he'd have just won a title and moved back down again and whooped everyone at super featherweight.
