Take an unknown young white actor who used to play football, someone who looks like an athlete. It would be true to life, Toby Gerhart coming "out of nowhere" onto the national scene.

Toby has 45% of the Doak Walker fan poll vote now, compared to 41% for Ingram and 14% for Spiller. I'm hoping for a second lousy game in a row from Ingram, and a lousy game from Spiller as well.

Who is going to star as Toby? Misguided dweeb Matt Damon or less of a dweeb Owen Wilson?

You guys are killing me with this movie talk.

Maybe if Matt Damon Ladouche plays the part, then his dorky buddy Ben Affleck can play the roll of the one dimensional friend character who cheers him on from the background. Hey maybe Owen Wilson would be good if it was comedic role as the cool, yet overly introspective and slightly neurotic guy. "I don't know coach, sometimes I just don't feel like a real football player. Do you know what I mean? I know I am leading the nation in rushing and all, but these other guys are just so black. Fans seem to look for that in their players" Or maybe Matthew McConaughey can play a loose translation of the part of Toby as the shallow guy who despite being a California boy talks with a down home Texas drawl and always wants to take his shirt off. His big line in the movie could be "Hi Y'all, Im Toby." Also don't forget Jennifer Aniston in the role of the young sexy yet somehow seemingly older and motherly girlfriend that balances his life between football and the real world. Ah Hollywood. I finally realized what ESPN is doing to counter the likely white-out of the Heisman ceremony. They are showing "The U" (more like Thug U) immediately after. Pretty much they are showing the good old days of "black athletic dominance" in college football. From the previews for it, it will be rife with showboating, unsportsmanlike conduct, and other various antics. I wonder if they will highlight the off-field issues as well which surely helped with the downfall of Miami's dominance. Fortunately the NCAA cracked down on Miami's semi-pro style approach to college athletics.

It will be an interesting contrast to see three excellent and upstanding white players in 2009 going for the Heisman, with lots of athletic yet underwhelming black players from the 80s right after.

Here's more about the heart-warming story of The University of Miami football story:

The Heisman vote is as such: There are 926 votes out there; 870 for media, 55 for former winners and one fan vote.

Here's a sad article on how Toby might lose the Heisman because he won't be playing this weekend. It does mention his race making him an "atypical back." It asks the question "how often do you see a white RB" and then never answers the question or explores WHY we never see white RBs.

Reb, on that AJC article's poll...(so far) 40.5% (the current majority) of Heisman vote is for Toby.

**Anyone who clicks on Col.Reb's linked article (above) please cast a vote for Toby on the AJC's poll!

You could also have the one and only McEminem (Josh McDaniels) cast as Toby Gerhart. No that would be a horrible idea...a bad omen of the destruction of a white RB's career?

I could only wish McDaniels to "break a leg" as an actor stunting the role of Gerhart on the field. Then maybe he'd realize how athletic you have to be, to do what Gerhart and Hillis do at such a high level!

Read what this latest clown poster posts under the ESPN article about the case for Gerhart as the Heisman winner. He throws out all the article's brilliant arguments- and implies that they want to give the Heisman to Gerhart because he's "a white RB". All evidence points to just the opposite. The best RB in the FBS is white (leading rusher and point scorer), yet there are virtually no other white RBs allowed in the entire FBS. Rivals ranks one white WR in their top 100, despite Jordan Shipley likely winning the Biletnikoff award, Eric Decker and Blair White being voted 1st team Big 10 by the coaches and many other dominant white WRs performing this year. A white NON QB, hasn't won the Heisman since RB John Cappelletti won it in 1973. Is this guy really this much of an idiot to actually think they are TRYING to give Gerhart the Heisman because he's white. Anything "pro-white" automatically gets you called a "racist", so it would be just the opposite. A sociological fact is that a person who is "different" has to fight an uphill battle to "fit in". Here is this clown's comment, he must have been hit on the head by a 2x4 by his father- he couldn't be any dumber. Interesting that his username has "Doh" in it.

find it interesting that the census is that there hasn't been a dominant player in this year's Heisman race, so now the current hype is for 'a white runningback'. once they gave the Heisman to gino torreta, it lost all its meaning. when the voters get out of the ESPN overhyped offensive stats race and start looking for the most outstanding, dominant football player - then they will see Ndamukong Suh is by far the most deserving.

White Skill Players Can Never Do Enough To Make People See Past Their Skin- Defensive Players Rarely Win The Heisman And Suh Hasn't Stood Out Defensively As Much As Gerhart Offensively...Doh!

I just read an article on draft daddy blog that had an ESPN article stating clearly how Gerhart should win the heisman because he has been the best player in the country this year. Castes whores or not the article shocked me coming from that network. I clearly think that Toby's undeniable talent is finally coming to the surface even if he is white, and a running back. I feel like all of our work just might be paying off for white skill players. Anyway it's another chinc in the armor of the wall that stands in front of most white skilled players. Anyway go to draft daddy and read the article yourselves if you wish. ESPN for the 1st time ever is on the side of a white skilled player the times they are a changing finally. Tebow is out. If McCoy has a poor game, it will likely be between Gerhart and Ingram. Personally, I don't think Ingram did enough, but I think it will be enough for the voters. He had 3 touchdowns, 113 yards on 28 carries for just a 4.0 ypg. He also had two catches for 76 yards. He had a very good game, but he still never had that Heisman moment in my mind.

I am also quite sure that in addition to good White presences in the midwestern states, probably a lot of their voting for Toby had to do with the Big 12 and them being sick of the SEC "Worlds Greatest Athletes" Conference or the "Sayonara European Cuacasions" conference like Backrow posted. The SEC has been jammed down everyone's throats as the premier conference in college football for a long time now.

A playoff system is needed. Only then will we really know which conference has the best team. They do it in the FCS so it could be easily done in the bigger FBS. However, that would mean that certain teams and conferences would now have to actually prove they are the best on the field.

BTW, thanks for the link to the Heisman voting link. Cast mine for Toby G. because he's obviously the best running back and probably offensive player in major college football. He's been good for a long time, but this year, he's got company with a good QB, good receivers, good team, etc. Anybody who has followed the Pac-10 has known for a long time this guy's a real player. In my opinion, he's improved greatly this year, and I still can't believe Harbaugh didn't give him the damn ball at the end of the Cal Bear game. Toby gets better and better as the game goes on, and by the middle of the 4th qtr, many defensive players, especially defensive backs, do not want to get near him, let alone attempt to tackle him. Not only does he punish and crush defenders, he can be pretty slippery and elusive at times. He's also got great feet and plenty of speed, especially for his seize. Finally, he almost always seems to know where the soft spot is on a given play and adjusts his running accordingly. Oh, and just look at his stats; has he had one mediocre game this year? I don't think so. He consistently plays at a very high level. If he was playing black, he would unquestionably be the Heisman darling the MSM media.

Colt McCoy has 2 interceptions so far. Tim Tebow lost so the Heisman door is slightly ajar for Gerhart. It would make my year if Toby can win this award and the Doak Walker Award as well. He deserves them both. I would be happy if he just wins the hesiman. They could give the D.W. Award to the alabama back.

Come on Toby. Let's win this thing.

So far two thirds of my prediction is panning out. However, Ingram did have a good but not great day. I hope the traitor white sportswriters and coaches call this one fair and give the Trophy to Toby.

A bit of a worst case scenario is taking place right now:

1. Tim Tebow had a sub-par game and his team lost. His chances of winning the Heisman are over.
2. Colt McCoy and Texas are struggling right now, and Colt's numbers will not be pretty when this game is over. It's his Heisman to lose, and right now, he's losing it.
3. The guy who should win, Toby Gerhart, sadly does not have another game to once again remind the voters why he's the best RB in the country and should be the Heisman winner.
4. Ingram had a good day, not a great day, but Alabama won, and that may be just enough for the white voters and other caste-clowns to give it to him. No way he deserves the Heisman.

So, unfortunately, everything is coming together at the wrong time, and in the wrong way. Let's hope I'm wrong.

foobar75, another thing to consider is that the SEC is notorious for sticking up and voting for their own league players. Since Tebow lost, most if not all of their media votes unfortuantely will go to Ingram. Also a West Coast bias of everything not USC, and even USC losing today may hurt Toby's chances. The talk on the other boards are already stating that USC's defense was overrated and Ingram ran for 100 against the #1 defense in the nation (statistically speaking).

Don't get too upset if Toby doesn't win the Heisman. We know the media is anti-white and we shouldn't expect them to deviate from that MO this year, no matter what we know SHOULD BE. I have personally seen the Heisman as a joke since 1997, so I have no illusions about Toby being treated fairly in the voting. It would be a great bonus for Toby to win the Heisman or Doak Walker Award, but we shouldn't view a loss devastatingly.

Actually I think today's games work out as the best case scenario for Toby to win it. Sure it would be OK if Colt or Tebow won it, but a white RB winning the prize is the ultimate. Ingram and Colt's team are undefeated - between the two the obvious best player is Colt McCoy. He and Gerhart were the leaders in the race going into today's game. Frankly, Ingram is a rather average looking running back. His numbers don't come close to Gerhart's. In today's game Ingram did nothing special. Colt McCoy had a poor game in a win - nearly making a huge mental mistake at the end of the game. In a reasonable world Gerhart wins this easily.

What arguement is there to give the award to Ingram? Undefeated? If you go with the most outstanding player on an undefeated team you have to go with Colt McCoy - not Ingram.

I agree, I wish it were that simple. In a just world, there is no question who the Heisman should be. If you go by purely the most dominating player in college it is big Toby. Even it is convoluted such as an MVP type award like in professional sports, then its McCoy. However, as long as there are slimy sports writers and media personalities, many of whom are tribesmen with definite anti-white agendas, it should come as no surprise if they end up giving it to the Afrolete.
