Super Bowl LVI

I'd laugh if the game came down to a field goal with 4 seconds left.

Bust Eli apple with a big penalty there. No mention of Vernon Hargreaves idiocy - he was the player that ran onto the field after that int by the Bengals early in the game. He’s another 1st round bust

Prevent defenses prevent you from winning.

Burrow is playing great despite the sumo line, who have allowed 7 sacks!

Logan Wilson 9 tackles with 3 for losses. Hubbard 8 tackles with 2 for losses. Crazy for a DE. Two fantastic players.

This fawning over Aaron Donald is sickening. Sure he's a good player but they go way overboard.

Beckham is always crying like a f@g.

Happy the Rams won and hopefully Kupp gets the MVP. Feels like they are going to try to give it to Donald.

Aaron Donald is a great player. Seems like a bit of a hothead/dirty player at times, but there is no denying he is one of the all-time greats.

That being said, while he played a great game overall, it was not transcendent and that is the barometer for a defensive player to win SuperBowl MVP. I think only because Kupp is white is why Donald will likely win the most valuable player award.

Have to give credit to McVay - the Rams went all in to win a Super Bowl and they lived up to those expectations - Stafford delivered, Kupp delivered big time. Great to see Whitworth and Weddle get rings too.

I was rooting for the Rams, mainly because of Kupp, and Kupp came through.
But two things:
1/ every game the Rams under-utilized Kupp until the last quarter.
2/ that pass interference holding call on Logan Wilson - which was definitely not holding - basically gave the game to the Rams.
They probably would not have won without that 'gift'. It made it look like the 'fix' was in.
All those penalties at the end kind of ruined the game.
