On a typical Sunday, I’d cheer for the team with the white quarterback and go from there. Tom Brady has become sort of a proxy for whiteness. He’s a quiet conservative, ultra successful, beautiful wife/family, and a model of discipline and work ethic. He’s also a classic “pro style” QB, a holdout from the new normal, and yet none of his current or former teammates have a bad word to say about him.

Hopefully, Miller and the tight ends see some extra looks.
