Also, Borussia Dortmund have had some pretty good signings so far: They signed Barcelona's Marc Bartra, who I believe spurned interest from BPL teams to sign with Dortmund. They've also signed Portuguese fullback Raphael, who's coming off a successful campaign for Portugal in the Euros. They've signed midfielders Sebastian Rode and Mikel Merino as well.

Of course, they signed Turk Emre Mor for marketing reasons (Gundogan is gone now), and their obligatory black French player Dembele, but overall, not too bad of transfer window so far, especially compared to the BPL teams.

Yes! I mentioned Dortmund were in talks with Goetze, and I'm glad to see it's now official. He will slot right back in with the starters (I believe). He was criminally underused at Bayern Munich, so I think this move will be good for Goetze; it will hopefully help him recover his form, and make Dortmund better in the process.

Yes,Dortmund now look dangerous and very white.The only bad thing about Dortmund is that now both their strikers are black,after they bought that Dembele kid from Rennes(for another exorbitant sum).Kagawa is there too,but I expect him to be pushed to the backseat by Gotze and Schurrle.

In other news,Liverpool bought Wijnaldum from Newcastle for 25 million,after Newcastle only paid 15m for him a season before.And he predictably flopped,just like he did in the 2014WC(remember how he was the black Dutch midfielder who did the least on the pitch?) and the recent Euro Qualifications.The worst part is that Joe Allen,who had an excellent Euros with Wales,has been sold to Stoke to make room for this black flop.To be fair,I also must add that Joe Allen wanted to go as he was behind both Henderson,Can(yes,the "German" one) in the midfield two.

Not sure how Dortmund fans will take Goetze's return, after a very acrimonious transfer to Bayern just a couple of years ago. There were some polemics a few years ago about him being racist (he called Patrice Evra a "negro", he was punished for that and Evra was very angry toward him). So for me Suarez is white (the fact to be suspected of racism is reserved to people considered as white).

I've never witnessed more ridiculousness in a transfer window period than all of this Pogba hype over the past couple of weeks, especially on ESPN FC.

It's really reached a crescendo here the past few days with speculation that he's going to ManU. The (((press))) on ESPN FC are completely over-the-top in their praise of him, saying that ManU desperately need him, even though they just won the FA Community Shield without him. Their effusive praise of him is almost as intense of their denigration of Wayne Rooney. They make him out to be some sort of demigod, when he's nothing but a mediocre talent, at best. Toni Kroos is twice the player Pogba is, sans the hype. Of course, there's no agenda.

Now they are starting up with the ridiculously overrated Lukaku, whether he will stay with Everton or go to Chelsea. More ludicrous praise compared to the actual amount of production...always betting on their ever elusive "upside" that never seems to come to fruition.

As for Pogba, there were flashes of quality, but there were also times when he seemed as much a spectator as the rest of us. These were not the kind of performances you expect for those prices. The Premier League is impossible to stomach for a fellow like me. I’m rather perplexed that so many Caste Football members persist with watching the NFL, which obviously features a far lower percentage of White players than the English Premier League does. In fact, I’m sure that every US-based Caste Football member would love to see the percentage of White NFL starters mirror that of the White portion of Premier League starters, which generally equates to between 58 and 60%. I, on the other hand, find the Premier League unbearable. But there it is…

I feel the same way as Rebajlo. I've watched exactly one Premier League match this season - the Manchester derby - as well as bits and pieces of the Slovakia v England borefest and some Champions League highlights this past week. To get the Spanish and Italian leagues I'd have to pay a subscription fee to a Qatar government-owned channel that would bring my satellite bill well over $100. If it were entirely up to me I'd get rid of TV altogether because every time I turn it on I'm subjected to propaganda from the commercials and programmes alike.

It's not just football though. I started to watch a baseball game the other night. When the very first batter (Baltimore Orioles) of the game came up the commentator informed us that the player had spoken out about baseball being too white or something. A few minutes later there was a lecture from the commentators about the social injustices blacks face. I switched it off in disgust. The NFL - ie the National Felons League? No way. Right now it's only tennis and Formula One that I'm paying much attention to. I'll try the NHL's so-called World Cup of Hockey even though it's very gimmicky. As for football I'll probably watch the occasional Champions League match as the Premier League looks close to unwatchable this year, again.
