Boston Globe writer looks at 6 Recent N.F.L. Draft Busts who are now on 2d (or 3d) chances. (The irony these bums still sticking around in the league!!!)

Pretty much the entire 2009 NFL draft was one big bust. But I see in the link you posted, they limited the list to just six turds.

** Third overall pick in the 2009 draft has played 4 season in Kansas City, mostly as a starter, and has just 5 career sacks.
** Mark Sanchez and Josh Freeman might both be replaced this season and they've probably been among the most productive non-whites in that draft class.
**I don't really track how the black players are doing via free agency, but I'd venture to bet both Beanie Wells and Knowson Moreno are either out of the NFL or close to being gone for good...the mulatto RB pick by the Colts gives the NFL a nice "hat trick" -- three tailbacks picked in round one; 3 busts!
I could go on and on with the busts from 2009 (and other years), but why even bother? It appears NFL teams have little say in the matter anyway, as they are pretty much only allowed (as a group) to draft a limited amount of whites each year -- about 24 to 26%. The are also allowed a white kicker, punter and Long Snapper, bringing their total (collective) percentage of whites on 53 men rosters to about 30 to 32%.
Beyond that, about 67 percent of their rosters have to come from America's (shrinking) pool of young, black males not in prison in their early 20's. Would anyone expect different results, considering blacks are only like 12% of the total population in the United States (aka Israel's Western Colony)?
P.S: I'm absolutely stunned that Vernon Gholston did not make that list, as some consider him the biggest defensive end draft bust ever:

Just for kicks, check out the few white players taken in the first two rounds in 2009. It is amazing what a good draft that was for white players. Four Pro Bowlers, and you have to think that Stafford and Kruger will get there at some point, not to mention Vollmer. Eric Wood is a good player, as is James Laurinaitis. Good ammo for a DWF conversation.

Another recent bust is DWF favorite Rolondo McClain. Everyone thought this dude was going to be the next LT but the stupid idiot just couldn't stay out of trouble and out of "da hood" Now he's gone after 3 lousy seasons in Oakland.

Titus Young, who played his college ball at Boise State, was drafted in the 2nd round of the 2011 Draft at wide receiver by the Detroit Lions despite his already looooong record of off-the-field "issues."
after sucker punching a teammate in offseason practice in early 2012, the Lions sent him home. in November of 2012, he was sent home by the Lions again after intentionally lining up in the wrong place two times in a game and yelling at his position coach. he wouldn't play another snap for Detroit and was told to stay away from the team's facility.
after being placed on injured reserve in December, Young was finally cut by the Lions on February 4 after tweeting that he didn't want to play if he didn't get the ball.
only one team put in a claim for him off waivers, but he only lasted 10 days with the Rams in their offseason before they cut him loose. he is now completely out of football ... but barely out of jail.
he's been arrested at least 3 times since May of this year (2013).
now get this! the latest "hiccup" in the "development" of this "explosive playmaker" came yesterday, June 12, when his MOTHER was granted a permanent restraining order against him. :doh:

Interesting that when you make a traditional list of draft busts, you always get a handful of token crackers, yet when you make a list of busts who are on second and third chances, the list darkens.

Two affletic WRs - AJ Jenkins and Jonathan Baldwin - both 1st round busts were traded for each other. Baldwin to the 49ers and Jenkins to the chiefs
Colossal bust Aaron Maybin was cut again the other day, should be out of the NFL for good now, but one never knows with the league's ultra-affirmative action, blacks only need apply policies, one of which is that a black player need only change "environments" a few times for his limitless upside to begin showing itself.

He signed with New Orleans after being released by the Jets earlier in the offseason. The Saints tried Smith at left tackle, but he's a slow-footed, turnstile right tackle-only lineman. He'd compete for the swing tackle role again with Gang Green.

Just about every black player is described as fast with unlimited potential. Very few of these sumo linemen actually pan out and the ones that do are always overrated. You rarely ever hear of a white player who is out of shape and lacks motivation, yet this is the norm for black players. Just about every time a undrafted white offensive lineman is given a chance he out plays and starts over the highly regarded sumo bust. Don Barclay is a perfect example this year. He will most likely start over sumo Newhouse.
Another epic bust. Never let it be forgotten that Curry was universally hailed as "the most NFL ready player" in the 2009 draft by the media and draft "experts," the same draft in which super-bust Brian Robiskie was proclaimed "the most NFL ready wide receiver." You can't make this stuff up.
Giants released LB Aaron Curry. The former No. 4 overall pick in the draft continues to prove himself a total bust. The most telling sign for Curry's roster chances was that he was a bubble player who didn't even earn significant preseason snaps.

It's glaringly obvious to those with objective eyes to see that the media and public are more forgiving of Black failure than White failure.
This is true in the example of Ryan Leaf, who was of course a bust, though similar dregs such as Vince Young, Duh-retard-marcus Russel, Byron Leftwich, Jason Campbell, and future failures Cam Newton, RGIII and Geno Smith were/are not only not called busts, but are given chance after chance to succeed.
Even if they DON'T succeed (a virtual guarantee), the media's perspective (and thus, that of the majority of our braindead vegetable society) will be appropriately skewed to give the APPEARANCE of success. Such as Michael Vick's pathetic career being called a triumph because he came back from [his self-imposed, animal-abusing] adversity to continue being a mediocre also-ran of a sh*tty quarterback.
Really I think the media only uses White examples as punchingbags because to tell it like it is with the brothers—you're going to be called racist even if you're just telling the truth.
That's why Black people will never really approach the level of success of Whites unless it is given to them like charity—because they lack the mental maturity to accept their shortcomings like everyone else when apparent and adapt to them. And if and when those guys do eventually bust, there will be more black quarterbacks coming into the league to take their place. Guys like Teddy Bridgewater, Tajh Boyd, and Logan Thomas are already being anointed as top picks in next years draft. I mean is college football really in such bad shape where piss poor prospects such as these are considered to be the cream of the crop? I wouldn't be surprised if AJ McCarron, David Fales, and Johnny Manziel take a Matt Barkley-esque slide all the way to rounds 3-4. This is the way it works in Don Kings America/NFL.

Injury prone in college, Dowling has lived up to his reputation in the pros, appearing in just nine of a possible 32 games. His play has been decidedly ordinary in the 176 snaps he's managed to take the field for. Dowling's draft pedigree could earn him a look on waivers, but it's possible he's already viewed as damaged goods.

That's because black players don't fail, white coaches and trainers just fail to mold their upside into a pro-bowler. He didn't amount to anything on that other team, but that's because their coaches didn't bring out the best in him. I can do better, let's give him another chance.

Think about what these egotistical owners must be thinking, getting gamed by the black athletes with help from the KosherKaste media publicity wing? One mistake we make is that we tell ourselves every black is a dim witted imbecile and that they are individual islands of human idiocy. I found them to be very hierarchal and with intricate social interactions (meaning they actually talk to one another). So it would not surprise me one bit to find out that blacks have coordinated to screw these new plantation masters but good, and probably having a good laugh about it.

I remember all the draft "experts" and DWFs proclaiming how Aaron Curry was such a sure pick and would be a sure thing. Once again Kiper, McGay and the rest of the lot were wrong - and they do not have to be held accountable.

Back to all time busts to illustrate the point that team management is usually in thrall to the hype is GB's pick of Tony Mandrich a guard at Michigan State in a power running game, barely used his first year, second year moved out into space where he was atrocious all because he had the hype machine behind him. Point being these draft gurus are floating on the ether of nothingness. Literally the only ones holding those caste system enforcing goons accountable is this little group here. Here is what I would do to arbitrage the hype put out by the caste master hypesters, say my team sucked and I had a high draft pick, I would trade down if there was no Andrew Luck available and take two Clay Mathews or Toby Gerharts and fill up on mobile technique savy OLs and mid round hungry D players. 1st round of the draft is where there be monsters and way too much TNB. But then again I could follow the Dan Snyder method of actually believing my own tribe's political/social BS waste my pick on a RG3, have him and his hype run around the field till he gets clocked by a mid round drafted safety with a chip on his shoulder, then fire the coach.
