Well I've just about had enough of North Jersey's finest pig force. On Saturday, in Garfield NJ, the town I grew up in, a young black kid was killed by Garfield cops. He supposedly ran out the back door of the police station and these fat slobs couldn't catch him. It's becoming a huge racial issue here and Sharpton is supposedly getting involved. Here is that story.

A lawyer hired by the family of Malik Williams accused police of “foul play†Monday and asked for more details about what led two police officers to shoot the 19-year-old after he fled from their custody.
Malik Williams

According to the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office, Williams surrendered to Garfield police about 1:20 p.m. Saturday in connection with an aggravated assault warrant issued the day before involving his girlfriend.
Two hours later, as they were processing the complaints, Williams ran out a rear door and police eventually traced him to a residential garage in which he had barricaded himself, Prosecutor John L. Molinelli said in a statement released late Sunday.
When officers opened the door, they found that he had “armed himself with tools,†the statement said. One Garfield officer and one Bergen County police officer fired at Williams, striking him numerous times, it said.
Garfield attorney Victor Urbaez said Monday that the family has reached out to the Rev. Al Sharpton for support.
“There is more to this story than a young man turning himself in and then running from the authorities,†Urbaez said. “We feel there’s foul play here. We have questions that need to be answered.â€
He said Williams has a criminal history and is well known to police in his home city, which his family believes played a role in how police responded.
The Prosecutor’s Office did not release additional information on the shooting Monday.
However, Molinelli said in an e-mail Monday that his office, “will investigate this matter carefully and thoroughly and will reach a determination based on the facts.†He declined further comment.
According to the state Attorney General’s guidelines, county and municipal law enforcement agencies must immediately notify the county prosecutor when the use of force results in death or serious bodily injury. When a law enforcement officer employed by a municipal or county agency is involved in the use of force, the Prosecutor's Office must conduct an investigation as to whether the use of force was justified.

Garfield police officials and acting county police chief Brian Higgins did not respond to calls for comment Monday. The two officers involved in the shooting have not been identified and investigators have not released information on their status.
Authorities have not identified the kind of tools Williams was wielding when he was shot.
Family members described Malik Williams as being 6 feet tall and someone who had studied martial arts.
“Malik was in phenomenal physical shape,†Urbaez said. “He would not have run into someone’s garage when he had the railroad tracks right there. He would have just kept running — why hide, especially when it’s been stated that the police officers lost sight of him?â€
Urbaez said the family plans to file a wrongful death civil suit.
Shirley Williams, 44, a homemaker who lived with her son, said the last time she spoke with Malik he asked her to gather bail so he would not have to spend time in the Bergen County Jail in Hackensack.
"I told him that I didn't have the money,†Shirley Williams said. “That he can go ahead and send [Malik] to Bergen County Jail. And that was the end of the story.â€
Victor Colon, 29, of Garfield, said he has known Williams for about five years.
Colon called Williams “a kid,†and said he often stopped by the Colons’ house to swim in the backyard pool or play video games.
Colon remembered Williams as a dedicated young father, who was determined to support his infant son, who is 3 months old. Colon works at the Garfield Walmart and he said he was trying to help Williams land a job there.

Williams stopped by every night to show store supervisors that he was genuinely interested in working, Colon said.
“[He was] really trying,†Colon said.
Michael Rodriguez, 41, of Garfield, remembered Williams on Monday as a polite kid with good manners.
“People lost a friend. A mother lost her son. A baby lost his father,†Rodriguez said.

Now here is one that gets to me. A local cop who was on the force for only 7 years got a disability pension and 900 dollars a week for life. He got his job because his father was on the force. Didn't finish college like is required for a police officer in NJ. Last year he was convicted of drug crimes and got PTI which is pre trial intervention. A few days ago he committed murder and showed up at the crime scene to throw investigators off. Ohh by the way in NJ you can't touch a cops disability pension no matter what.

The former Hasbrouck Heights police officer accused of murdering a longtime friend in Wood-Ridge tested positive for narcotics use and repeatedly failed to report to probation while enrolled in the state’s Pretrial Intervention Program this year, court records show.

SPECIAL TO THE RECORD
Former Hasbrouck Heights Officer Scott Smith at the crime scene in Wood-Ridge on Sunday talking to an investigator.

Scott Smith, 33, of Hasbrouck Heights has been charged with first-degree murder, second-degree possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose and third-degree hindering apprehension in the stabbing death Sunday of John Amendola, 39. Smith was photographed with law enforcement officials outside Amendola’s home on Union Avenue after Amendola was found stabbed to death.
Smith was charged in January 2010 on 40 counts of fraudulently obtaining prescription painkillers, according to court records.
Jail records show that part of the case was dismissed and that Smith was released after about a week in custody when relatives posted $100,000 bail.
On March 29, 2010, Smith was placed in the Pretrial Intervention Program — called PTI — for 18 months after pleading guilty to obtaining a controlled dangerous substance by fraud, court records show. PTI can lead to the reduction or dismissal of charges if the program is successfully completed.
The PTI arrangement required Smith to remain drug-free and to report to probation officers, among other requirements. But court records reveal that Smith had difficulty adhering to these rules.
On Sept. 20, 2011, the probation department recommended his termination from PTI, saying, "The subject is not amenable to the Pre Trial Intervention Program. The subject has failed to report as directed and has failed to remain drug free as evidenced by continuing to submit positive urine tests. The subject is presently attending drug/alcohol treatment … and has paid probation fines."
The recommendation states that Smith tested positive for oxycodone and Suboxone when randomly tested in April and June 2011. Suboxone is a narcotic medication used to treat opioid dependence.
However, three weeks ago, on Nov. 18, Superior Court Judge Liliana DeAvila-Silebi extended Smith's PTI for another 18 months, subject to random drug and alcohol testing and intensive outpatient drug counseling.
If Smith had been terminated from PTI, the case would have reverted to a standard criminal proceeding with the guilty plea still intact. Smith would have faced anywhere from probation to five years in prison, according to the state’s criminal code.
State pension records show that Smith has been collecting $3,471.26 a month since he retired on a disability pension on Jan. 1, 2008, at age 29, after nearly seven years as a Hasbrouck Heights police officer.
Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli said Monday that drugs or money may have been a motive in Amendola’s slaying.
A friend of Amendola’s who came to his house for a visit on Sunday afternoon found him dead from multiple stab wounds, Molinelli said in a statement.
Authorities believe Smith was at Amendola’s home socializing in the early-morning hours when an argument erupted between the men, who had been friends for about 20 years, Molinelli said. Smith is accused of stabbing Amendola several times during the fight with a knife that he routinely carried and then fleeing with the weapon, Molinelli said.

Detectives found the knife, among other items, after executing search warrants Sunday night at Smith’s Hasbrouck Heights home and his girlfriend’s home in Wallington, among other locations, the prosecutor said.
Bail was set by Judge DeAvila-Silebi at $2 million, with no option for 10 percent payment, according to a statement from the Wood-Ridge police. Smith is due in court Thursday afternoon.

An article entitled "Obama signs Section 1031."

Obama signed the NDAA bill complete with section 1031. This section grants Obama and every future president the power to throw US citizens on US soil into “indefiniteâ€￾ military detention with no trial. Critics call it an explicit declaration of a US police state. Under Section 1031, US citizens face the prospect of being arrested on US soil and thrown into a “Guantanamo Bayâ€￾ style military prison.

I'm not expecting a quick sudden collapse with food riots and such that necessitate a complete police state. I think the collapse is going to be slow and painful. Here's how I see it going.

The city of Detroit will soon have a state appointed "manager". This will be done to try and balance the books of the city which is suffering under a huge and crushing debt and facing
bankruptcy (ie powerful jews that control the banks not getting their investments paid back).

Mostly based on the problem that black people are bad at math and are illiterate and unable to work after generations of being paid not to. This "manager" will have unprecedented power to restructure the city, he (or she, or it) will be able to void the legally negotiated contracts the city has with it's unions. And also with business that deal with the city.

This will essentially move Detroit from being a democratic elected oligarchy to a state appointed dictatorship. The state appointed dictator will not have to abide by the laws of normal people, this is done so that they can rectify the past mistakes of the democratic body which basically realized it can loot the public treasury to buy votes--which has always been the claim of the weakness of democracy--and is always in the end proven true.

That will buy some short term relief, kick the can down the road a few years but for a huge gaping black hole like a city the size of Detroit, no amount of restructuring of debt is going to fix the basic problems of crime, illiteracy, poverty, and laziness, that plauge the city. The main thing, really the only thing that a manager can do that elected politicians can't do is lay off union workers and not pay creditors. So a city with few people gainfully employed or business that turn a profit and lacking enough police, fire, and infrastructure workers to start with, is going to lay off those same people to try and right itself.

That's where the military and the federal forces come in. When the efforts of the city manager to correct the cities problems only turn the city into even more of an under policed crime infested cesspool then there will be created a real state of emergency and the army will have to come in to provide police, fire, infastructure and welfare benefit dispersal.

At that point the city will be similar to Haiti or Bagdad, a huge former functioning society that has been destroyed by either war or bad government and can only survive with massive influxes of federal forces.

This will be repeated across the country as the other 'detroits' collapse in the same manner. Eventually in 20-30 years the country will be a collection of unelected state run dictatorships that exercise strict controls in the seriously collapsed areas and taxes the sh*t out of the rest.

No I don't expect disunion or revolution as the basic amenities will still flow to the whiter areas which will react as they have in South Africa, and Brazil; and decide that poor survival is better then the discomfort and possible death of challenging the status quo. The only people that could force a revolution are armed White rural populations and they will be insulated from most of the collapse which will occur in the cities that have already been abandoned by Whites.

And if you look at the cubicles around you how many of those guys are going to storm the ramparts?

The police state is already completed for all intents and purposes. When a sheriff in a rural North Dakota county has a SWAT team at his disposal and is able to call for a predator drone to assist in surveilling and tracking down an "anti-government" farm family accused merely of not returning a few cows that accidentally wandered onto their property, you know the government's post-9/11 plans are very far advanced. The "Department of Homeland Security" has armed police across the country in the latest military gear while police training methods have inculcated a militarized mindset.

I agree that the most likely scenario is the slow but sure continuing impoverishment of most Whites as the U.S. becomes a typical two-class banana republic dictatorship. A widespread revolt by the emasculated, dumbed-down White masses is not likely. A breakdown of the system itself due to its sheer size, complexity, and the growing number of incompetents working for it at all levels is somewhat more likely but far from a sure thing.

Whites pretty much despise each other these days anyway. U.S. society has become a bizarre mixture of selfishness and ruthless competition combined with individual isolation and alienation beneath a surface glitter of contrived happiness. Besides misinforming the DWF masses, TV functions mainly as a cheerleader for a depressing system in which more and more people take medications of one kind or another just to get through the day.

Epic post, Don, especially the last paragraph. That is the sad truth. I've been thinking about the "medicated society" for a couple of years now. It seems nearly everyone and their daughter is on some kind of prescribed "medicine." The effects don't show as much on some as they do on others, but for some of them I wonder how in the world we'll ever make it as a people.

The amount of anti-depressants out there is insane. It seems like everyone I know is taking something. You become hooked on that crap and then you need it all the time.

According to Bob Chapman the round ups begin in two weeks.

"That is why internment camps have been set up across America to incarcerate Americans as terrorists who disagree with government or more nearly disagree with the elitists. It is a fact that military that are completing their tours are being offered placement at FEMA camps, TSA and other secret operations. Blackwater professionals are now as well being offered positions as well. The internment of average American citizens without charges, who may never be seen again, tortured and murdered on orders from our President will go into action in just two weeks."

You guys are spot on with the comments regarding the drugging issue. In fact, whenever I go see my doctor (only a few times a year, thankfully) or my dentist, the assistants will see you first and one of the questions they ask is whether you are taking any medications. When I answer no, I always get a strange look, like "Really?". This made me realize that the great majority of patients they see everyday must be on something, so when someone comes along who's clean and free, it stands out. It's yet another aspect of this upside down society in which we're living at the moment.

They have made 10% of US school children into government mandated drug addicts, hard drugs, for a "disease" they invented that they call "ADD" or "ADHD" or whatever. Most of the children are boys, which means almost 20% of US boys are government ordered drug addicts. These include the best and the brightest and most original and non-conforming and energetic boys. It makes the teacherss' job easier when they just sit there like zombies. Most of the great men of the past would probably be Ritalin zombies if they were in school here today. Also, most, if not all, of the school shootings were committed by these Ritalin zombies, but they have passed laws making it illegal to say so.

As for the USSA police state's police, the police agencies of this country have been infiltrated by the Israelis - their proxies, like the ADL - and are now trained by them, and now they are behaving more and more like the Israelis do to their Palestinian victims.

Yep. Same thing with pain killer like Oxycontin and Percocet. You get addicted to them and end up having to buy them on the street to support your habit. Either that or you switch to heroin which his much cheaper. You then get arrested by a member of this country's "awesome" police force and you become a criminal with a felony on your record. America's "War on Drugs" is nothing more than a war on it's people. I wonder what this country's incarceration rate will be 20 years or so from now? It's been increasing for years now and the main reason is drug arrests for personal use.

An article entitled "LA State Rep wants National Guard to fight black crime in New Orleans."

Despite shipping many of their worst criminals to other states after Katrina, nothing has changed in New Orleans. The murder rate remains one of the highest in the Western Hemisphere.

http://cofcc.org/2011/12/la-state-rep-wants-national-guard-to-fight-black-crime-in-new-orleans/

This is the flaw of multiculturalism and equality. Do black and most other minorities need military or militarized police to keep them under control---the answer is YES! But Whites do not need that type of force in order to have an orderly sociality.

This is the great flaw of treating everybody "equally." It is that one ends up going down to the lowest common denominator (a.k.a. the worst of society) in order to enforce law and order. This leads to outright oppression of those elements of society who behave. Often times, ironically, the best behaved are treat worst because the worst behave are too dangerous and the "enforcers" are bullies, often the worst behaved members of society, and scared of them physically or being called "racist."

Society is always an us or them prospect and if one tries to lump everyone into "us" everyone becomes "them."

An article entitled "Fighting off 1984"

In other words, if you want to touch a single dollar of taxpayer money, you allow DHS into your computer network and let them do whatever the heck they want. No, no, no, that’s not “mandating standards,†just telling the private sector that if you don’t comply, it’s bye-bye government contracts.

The next step will be to find some way to allow the DHS to force its way into other major computer networks and databases, probably through declaring certain companies or institutions “security sensitive†and “possible targets of terrorist attackâ€, presumably from terrorists (other than the DHS).

The object of the Surveillance State is simple: to watch everybody all the time, or as nearly as that can be accomplished. Thanks to computers and word recognition they can zoom in on someone who says anything the Feds find offensive like “gun†or “Second Amendmentâ€. High on the agenda is making sure there are no secure and private computers left, anywhere.

I found this "Terrorist Chart" from Infowars to be very amusing. Of course, most good comedy has its roots firmly in reality........

Dixie Destroyer sent this to me earlier today and it is worth reading.

Papers please! So called "Homeland Security" is taking away more of our freedom, of course it is done in the name of "safety." We are free to move about the country, under the watchful eye of the emerging police state. I hope you recognize some historical similarities when reading this article. The FedGov keeps increasing funding for "checkpoints" like this even though they haven't uncovered any terrorism.

DHS Officers Armed With Semiautomatics Set Up Unannounced ID Checkpoint

Staff of Florida Social Security office not informed of drill, Homeland Security officials refused to talk to media

Paul Joseph Watson
Infowars.com
Thursday, January 5, 2012

Residents of Leesburg, Florida were shocked to see their local Social Security office turned into a random Homeland Security checkpoint Tuesday morning, as DHS officers armed with semiautomatic rifles and accompanied by sniffer dogs checked identifications of locals.

“With their blue and white SUVs circled around the Main Street office, at least one official was posted on the door with a semiautomatic rifle, randomly checking identifications. And other officers, some with K-9s, sifted through the building,â€￾ reports the Daily Commercial.

The activity was part of Operation Shield, an unannounced drill conducted by the DHS’ Federal Protective Service centered around “detecting the presence of unauthorized persons and potentially disruptive or dangerous activities.â€￾

Thomas Milligan, district manager for the Social Security Administration office, said staff were not informed their offices were about to be stormed by armed FPS officers. DHS officials refused to answer questions asked by local media and left with no explanation at noon.

“Part of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, FPS is the federal law enforcement agency that provides integrated security and law enforcement services to over 9,000 federally-owned and leased buildings, facilities, properties and other assets,â€￾ states the report.

Indeed, the FPS is used for a variety of roles, not just limited to setting up unannounced ID checkpoints.

As part of the reinvention of the Department of Homeland Security to serve as a tool of political repression, the Federal Protective Service is used by the DHS to track the political activities of peaceful advocacy groups. The FPS was seen arresting photographers in Portland last November during an OWS rally.

In 2004, the FPS arrested a veteran for the crime of complaining to his local VA office in Des Moines.

A separate component of Homeland Security, VIPR (Visible Intermodal Prevention and Response), recently received an expansion in funding from Congress that will see 2011′s figure of around 9,300 checkpoints increased with the addition of 12 new VIPR teams, who will be used to carry out security checks at bus depots, train stations, ferry ports and highways.

The extra money is being demanded despite the fact that there is “no proof that the roving viper teams have foiled any terrorist plots or thwarted any major threat to public safety,â€￾ according to an L.A. Times report.
