Interesting thread. Just one editorial comment. Dennis Pitta's picture is of the reception, not the wedding. Mormon temple weddings aren't photographed, aren't open to "non-members" even if you are the father of the bride, and the two getting married don't wear the pictured typical style wedding clothes either. The brides must wear temple approved long sleeve dresses.

Thanks for the props guys. It is hard to find pictures for many of them. I couldn't even find Jacob Hester's wife, who I know they showed during the NC game in 2007. Even though Jim Leonhard's wife has a blog, I saw plenty of pictures of him, the kids, but not her because she's taking the photos (or maybe doesn't want to be in them, lol). I was shocked when I saw Dirk Nowitzki had been dating and possibly engaged to an unattractive (part) black woman with a criminal record! What's an NBA MVP doing with that???

Also Col. Reb interesting notes about the Mormon wedding. So do the bride and groom actually change into different attire for the reception? LDS is a very interesting faith in terms of what really goes down.

Yes, they usually do change into different clothes for the reception. It is interesting what goes on behind the closed doors of the temples, but I find it saddening and deceptive to an even greater degree. Much like the DWFs we try to wake up here at CF, Mormons are similarly blinded by what their leaders tell them. Groupthink is very real.

In other words, I couldn't have an attractive White wife because I'm not a professional athlete? I mean, there's not really a shortage of feminine ladies like Witten's wife and Drew Brees wife (my favorite pics, along with Laurinaitis and his pretty gal).

Also, many White athletes are smart enough to "weed out" the gold-diggers. What White man wants a woman that he knows is going to be disloyal?

White men simply have the charisma, charm and lust for adventure that is irresistable to 2/3rds of the world's women.

I don't spend much time digging around looking for pics of athletes wives (uh, I never do), but perhaps I'll keep my eyes open for this sort of stuff. This particular post is a great idea, simply because it draws "inadvertant" folks over here to CF, like the other day when 1,800 were trolling the thread. Now, how many of those looked around the site at more meaningful things I don't know, but I imagine a few probably did.

I agree with Europe, I live in the Pacific NW, which might as well be the lesbian capital of the world, LOL! Lots of obese, unattractive, and mishapen women everywhere. I need to move to the Midwest or South, or something. So, yes, where I live, there's definitely a shortage, no question. Any suggestions on where to move?

I have been taking a bit of a layoff from CF since the college football season ended, but I had now idea that this is close to be the most viewed topic in CF history! I don't know what others think but I'm all for it, whatever gets more people here.
