Nice reply Shadowlight. All great points.

I think, at the end of the day, what will doom the NFL in London is simply the logistics of having a team in Europe (as I posted previously) and the players (particularly the bro's) reluctance to play there. Here's an in-depth ESPN article I just found from several years back that touches on some issues the NFL would face in London....While the NFL Draft concerns I noted in post #3601 might be worked out amicably, taxes and visa issues could be even worse for a league full of ex-felons:
In addition, players with criminal convictions would probably be denied working visas in the U.K. A conviction that carries a sentence of less than one year would usually preclude a player's entry for five years from the end of the sentence. A sentence of up to four years would generally mean the player would be denied entry for 10 years after the end of the sentence. Anything longer than four years would probably mean the player would be refused entry indefinitely.
As far as the Chargers, I think they will eventually go the way of the New York Islanders, who are in the process of moving back full-time to Long Island (from Brooklyn) once their new arena is built. It might take quite a bit of time, but I believe whenever San Diego builds a new Stadium, the Chargers are going back. I guess the biggest stumbling block would be getting a new stadium in California, which is basically broke due to all the illegals and anchor babies sucking up all the tax revenue in the state.

For the longest time, the Chargers tried to get a new stadium in S.D. and failed. I think that could change once the team is gone a while. Eventually there will be a overwhelming groundswell of support for their return and something can be worked out....As far as Los Angeles is concerned, if the Chargers did want to move, why would they try to stop them, if they continue to struggle so much with attendance in L.A.? You are correct, the NFL made a huge mistake placing two teams in L.A., when they can barely sell out for one team. Chargers can't sell out in a scaled-down MLS stadium. Even when California was mostly white (prior to the early 1990's), two L.A. teams was a bad idea. Let's not forget, unlike New York, L.A. NFL teams have had to contend with two big time college teams in the city -- USC and UCLA.

You also have some cities broke from gold plated pension plans for municipal workers, also like you said Toronto has been viewed as a no go zone for Black players with options in the NBA because of the border because friends and family having entry issues due to criminal backgrounds.

I have even heard some morons talk about Canadian Blacks being strange because of the food differences, yet most Anglo-Caribbean Blacks are more African than most American Blacks.

As for a team in London I'll side with the vocal black players on that turkey of an idea. I remember reading what Edgerin James thought of flying over there and it sounded like they cheaped out and gave them the usual made for munchkin seating. I'd tell them to FOAD myself. Heck the Packers cannot travel to the West Coast and win air travel sucks the life out everybody this side of Chuck Yeager.

NFL teams normally go the extra mile and try to get a player to hit certain milestones in the last week of the season if he’s really close. I had no idea that Christian McCaffrey was only 216 yards away from breaking Chris Johnson’s scrimmage yards record. He had a series of subpar games (for his lofty standards) and I thought that record was out of reach. It’ll still be a tall order, but the 67 receiving yards is very achievable. It would be incredible if he got both the 1000/1000 and the 2510 total. Looks like the team will go for it:

Speaking Thursday, interim Panthers OC Scott Turner said he will get Christian McCaffrey the ball "any way he can" against the Saints.
McCaffrey is 67 receiving yards shy of becoming just the third player in NFL history to reach 1,000 as both a runner and receiver. He also has an outside shot at breaking Chris Johnson's yards from scrimmage record if he has a particularly absurd day (216 yards). McCaffrey barely played last Week 17. That is not going to be the case this time around.”

Hey Finn the most egregious examples of either side of that equation came around the sack record, Favre audibled to allow his buddy to get the sack record, then MN did squat to help Allen all the while gap tooth sat in the studio on pins and needles hoping to keep his "record."

It looks like Doug Moron is out in Jacksonville, considering Gus Bradley was given very long rope to hang himself, this sounds the weight of expectations have come to haunt Marrone. https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/28382783/sources-jaguars-dismiss-coach-doug-marrone-finale

Marrone is a good example of an average coach. Never really could get his clubs above . 500 mark even whole he was at Syracuse. Kinda reminds me of Kingsbury who could barely win in Big 12 but is now AZs HC. Either way Jacksonville is a mess, be interesting to see who Khan hires next. My guess would be a black HC or maybe the Muslim Owner will hire the NFL's 1st Muslim Coach!! Now that's progress.

Marrone also has jumped from situation to situation while he "was hot" so he looked better than he is, his loyalty seems to be towards himself. His leaving Buffalo proved that, I wouldn't hire him to be my head coach just off of that alone.

PS, supposedly Khan's son is slowly taking control of the team he may have strong say in who is the next coach in Jacksonville.

Some potential bad news for the Rams - it sounds like inept caste whore Redskins GM will be fired and the Rams are a likely spot for him. Hate seeing these caste whore GMs/personnel people cycled throughout the league. As coaches start to get fired just pay attention to the GMs/personnel people getting hired - I think here alot of people like to put blame solely on a head coach when the GMs play a big/if not bigger role than coaches in assembling a football team.

I have become appreciate of the younger Gruden - I believe he had a say in drafting Ioannidis, Apke, Quinn and Holcombe. Allen also ran Kirk Cousins out of town and along with Snyder drafted Haskins when Gruden was supposedly hire on Daniel Jones/Drew Lock.

https://thefandc.radio.com/articles/redskins-cant-agree-which-quarterback-they-nfl-draft

Talk about a coach being setup to fail.

No kidding! Why the hell would you hire anyone from Redskins Front Office?! LOL lunacy at it's finest. I tend to agree with you on Jay Gruden.

Speaking of Redskins they brought in Rivers for an interview.

I saw that. I don't think Rivera is a bad coach - he is not an offensive innovator but was a good d-coordinator. The Panthers defense has been really bad since he was fired. The Redskins are an absolute dumpster fire - vacant seats everywhere for this once proud franchise. They are also supposedly interested in Marvin Lewis. One has to wonder if Snyder will try to get Urban Meyer and implement his college offense for Haskins which seems to be the trend with black QBs.

Agreed on Rivera. Paired with a competent OC he can have success. Ya Redskins are a joke of a franchise, even funnier they think Haskins is their Franchise QB.

Marvin X? God thought we were finally rid of that clown.

I've heard rumblings that Dallas is going to make a push for Meyer.

Dalls would make sense - simplify the offense - lots of easy throws for Prescott and rely on the running game - like his first 3 years in the league. Kellen Moore made the mistake of trusting Prescott as an elite QB and let him throw the ball way too much. Urban Meyer would limit Prescott and make him the game manager he is.

I am actually interested to see where Kellen Moore ends up - at the beginning of the year he was being really talked up as a great offensive mind.

Gentleman, not sure if Lonsman** Bruce Allen is Caste slut or not. I always saw him as a "yes man" for Dan Snyder, who makes every major decision behind the curtain. But just for the record, I believe former NFL quarterback Doug Williams has run the Redskins draft the last several years. At least that's the impression the media puts forth. A quick Net search will show dozens of articles that confirm this.

I remember back in the mid 1990's Williams raised quite a stink when his Alma-Mater Grambling played Southern and both teams started Jewish quarterbacks, that DWF's would consider "white". Soon after, Grambling legend Eddie Robinson was ousted as head coach and Williams replaced him as head coach?

Anyhow, considering Williams runs the draft, it would seem amazing the Redskins draft any whites at Caste positions? Actually, give Doug some credit, he's much fairer to whites at Caste positions than a lot white, Shabbos Goy GM's -- like the @sshole in Cleveland and several others.

Leo, impression I got, was Williams respected Jay Gruden's input. However, quite a few of the whites Jay pushed for, Williams wound up drafting in latter rounds. For example, I believe Gruden was thinking about drafting Trey Quinn in round 4, but Williams said "wait" and they actually got him with the last pick in round 7. I assume similar things happened with other whites at Caste positions -- Williams selected them a round or 2 (or 3 in Quinn's case) after Gruden wanted them. And in most cases they proved to be very good to decent moves for Williams.

**Bruce Allen is the son of legendary Redskins coach George Allen, who might've coach the L.A. Rams before that? Don't remember Allen as a NFL coach (and don't want to look it up), but I believe that is true. If so, Bruce going from Washington to L.A. would be fitting?....Anyway, George Allen (NFL coach) was the quintessential WASP married to a Jewish woman. I know this, because George Allen Jr. was a U.S. Senator (R) from Virginia (up until 2009) and often brought up his Jewish side. This was weird, as the Jewish media always hounded him due to the fact he allegedly kept a Confederate Flag in his Dorm room during his college years? Hey, at least he never wore black face, like Ralph Northam?

Funny you bring that up about the Confederate flag. Dr. Simon Baruch, Bernard Baruch's (Zionist bum) father was a veteran of Lee's army and a member of the KKK after the Civil War.

Very interested to see who gets fired. I hope Shurmur gets one more year because he has done alot of good with bringing Daniel Jones along. Some stability for a young QB would be nice - Darnold and Mayfield did not have that luxury and it hurt them both in their 2nd seasons in the league.

Make of it what you will, but there were many influential Jews involved in the Confederacy at different levels. Seems counterintuitive, but that's most likely intentional ( that impression, I mean ).
Also, a good number of spies for the Confederacy were jewish. For example, look up Simon Wolf, president of B'nai B'rith who was arrested for espionage and was friend of John Wilkes Booth.
Generally, their fingerprints were all over the War Between the States ( and Reconstruction, for that matter ).
Charleston, S.C. was very jewish and freemasonic.
And, speaking of Bernard Baruch, he was one of the twentieth century's most influential people.

Browns fired Fat Freddie.

Media set them up for failure. LOL so overrated to start the season just because they traded for Ramen Noodle Brained Beckham. I was in Cleveland area over Summer and Fall and it was amusing/perplexing to me how locals thought Brown's were suddenly best team in The League! Ha!

Obviously Kitchens deserved to be canned. He had no discipline over the team, as evidenced by penalties and afflete meltdown's. Brown's are looking for a proven team leader to run their team. Ugh ok good luck with that. Not the biggest Baker fan, but I actually feel bad for the guy. This Franchise is in forever turmoil, not even close to turning the corner.

PS Glad Joe Schobert is a FA. He needs to leave that loser town. Reminds me of a sign I saw in Northeast Ohio. "We may be Cleveland, but at least we're not Detroit!" Eh it's a toss up between those two Rust Belt cities lol.

Yea the undisciplined make up of the Browns was completely reflective of Kitchens. The way they built the team in the offseason and thinking Beckham was some sort of missing piece was laughable. Dorsey totally ignored issues on the o-line and put way too much faith in two diva WRs (before this season I did not mind Landry but his true colors showed...Tom Iron rule). The support of Garrett after his assault on Rudolph was beyond comprehension for me.

As for Mayfield - I want him to improve and succeed. The over exposure in commercials and the carrying the chip on your shoulder shtick need to both be toned down. It's good to carry a chip on your shoulder but much better to internalize it and use it as motivation rather than use it to lash out. I think he had way too much of a comfort level with Kitchens which got Kitchens the job in the first place.

Good points LF. It's hard to replace a HOF LT in Joe Thomas but CLE seemed totally unprepared for life after Thomas.

Yup Baker needs to just out his head down and get to work this off-season. I think he'll be okay in the long run.

A solid man and solid if unimaginative head coach the Redskins are going with Ron Rivera. But this is not a great hire in my books. Rivera may not have much left in the tank and there are better candidates out there. Too dull for my liking.

Wild rumor of the day? Jason Witten to take over the Cowboys. Not likely but that would be an unusual move.

Snyder might actually be one jew who actually snorts his tribe's product, and believes it. DC being another piece of evidence that head coaches in football is another scam in latter day America 2.0, and I say that because for the most part Snyder gets rooked into paying for has beens.

My guess is if they sign Rivera he has to keep Kevin O'Connell as the offensive coordinator. It seems the Redskins want to groom him for the head coaching job.
