NFL 2014 week 4

The Eagles offense has been total garbage today, one 3-and-out after another, and they've allowed SF back in the game.

And another black quarterback era appears to be off to a good start in MIN, I hope ATL can win that game.

The afternoon hasn't been as good as earlier today.

Almost all the starting eagles Oline is injured, that's why their offense is struggling.

Blake Bortles isn't playing too badly. He looks like the real deal.

OK, be honest now, who from CF hacked into Roto servers and wrote this blurb? :biggrin1:

Jordy Nelson caught 10 passes for 108 yards with two touchdowns in Sunday's Week 4 win at Chicago.

Oddly, the Bears left Nelson in 1-on-1 coverage or lost him in zones on the majority of snaps. And predictably, one of the best all-around receivers in the NFL made them pay with his second massive box score of the season. Through four games, Nelson is on pace for 132 catches, 1,824 yards and 12 touchdowns on 196 targets. It's not a fluke. A dominator at all three levels with an ability to play both inside and outside, Nelson is in play for the No. 1 wideout in all of fantasy football.

Geno Smiff snaps at fans and is buckling under the pressure of the New York spotlight. I called this awhile ago after seeing his antics when his team wasn't winning in college and he would pout on the sidelines.

Jim Harbaugh throws temper tantrums even when (almost) everything is going his way.

Bridgewater out with an ankle injury.

Looks like the 49ers will win, bad redzone playcalling on the Eagles part.

Nick Foles not playing well today.

I was expecting big things from Foles this season.

It's one game guys. No need to get down on Foles - the whole offense has been out of sync and down many players on the o-line. The refs gift wrapped this game for the 49ers today.

Were it not for that BS "block in the back" call against the Eagles, they would have had good field position. Would they have won? Maybe. Maybe not. But at least they would have had a fair chance. The whitest team in the league vs. the team from the gayest, most liberal, most cultural Marxist city...is there any doubt whose side the refs would be on?

The fans were calling for Vick to play. Quotablack Smiff vs. Vick DWFs - I've got no dog in this fight. (No pun intended).

Not good that Bridgewater had 319 yards passing in the win over Atlanta, let the hype train begin.

I would rather take Vick - an aging black quarterback over geno smiff the pampered mental midget. If the Jets go to Vick it shows that they have given up on Smiff and will more than likely draft a qb early next year. They may very well draft a black quarterback but at least Smiff would be written off as a starting QB just like Josh "Baby Huey" Freeman was last year.

Let it begin. The sky's the limit on the way up, the ground's the limit on the way back down.

Let them get tape on him and see how he adjusts. Every black qb has fallen back to earth besides Wilson the past few years.

Terrible play call on 3rd down by the Eagles offensive coordinator. McCoy had just run for 5 yards on 2nd down to put the ball at the one and a half. I know the Eagles' o-line is banged up and McCoy hadn't been doing much with it all day, but they should have run him on third to see if he could get in, and then maybe do it again on fourth. It really is irritating when teams pass the ball on the 1 yard line.

"Teddy Bridgewatuh be da muhfuggin ansah yo!"

Luckily this dude looks to be made of glass and is probably more fragile than Sam Bradford. I hope Ponder plays next week and shines.
