This is very exciting news. Haven't been much of a Raiders fan for a long time but will tune in this fall for sure.

The Raiders are shaping up to be a top team for our cause. They could have 4 starters, or 5 if they utilize a double TE set, on offense. 2 or 3, depending on the base defense on D. Mineshew or O’Connell, Miller, JPJ, Bowers and Mayer, with an eye to be kept on Harrison Bryant and Dylan Laube. On D they’ve got Crosby and Spillane with Masterson or Eichenberg as the 3rd LB.

The Raiders are supposedly going to utilize both Brock Bowers and Michael Mayer quite a bit this season. That certainly makes sense as they have little at WR after their two starters Davante Adams and Jacobi Meyers. They have Alex Bachman as a backup but at this point we can be pretty certain that Bachman will never get a legit shot at regular season playing time.
Bowers can be used all over the field including at running back. There's room for both he and Mayer to soak up lots of targets, let's hope it happens.

It's surprising that the Raiders and Eagles have become two of the teams I'm most interested in following this season. One or both may end up disappointing as usually happens, but both drafted uber-talented White players, two in the case of the Eagles so fingers crossed.

Yes, Bowers should develop into another elite TE and hopefully Mayer is on the field with him.
According to the fantasypros.com season rankings, we have 16 of the top 20 TEs this year. Bowers has to have been the highest ranked recruit of our guys, so the sky is the limit for him if he continues to develop like the others have.

Looking forward to Laube in the NFL. Hopefully he is utilized like Danny Woodhead. I think they have very similar skill sets.
Another Raiders rookie besides Dylan Laube who is getting early positive reviews is LB Tommy Eichenberg. I'm cautiously optimistic that Antonio Pierce will be one of the relatively fairer NFL head coaches. This article states about Eichenberg, quoting someone from SI who may or not know what he's talking about:

Another positive report on Tommy Eichenberg. The Raiders were smart enough to sign Robert Spillane and start him last season after years languishing in Pittsburgh as a widely denigrated backup. The consensus on him there as I heard supposed "expert" Matt Williamson say more than once was "He doesn't belong anywhere near an NFL field.":

Sounds like Williamson doesn't belong anywhere near a media mouthpiece.
The rest of the Pittsburgh media was of the same mindset, and the coaching staff wasn't much better as the only time Spillane was allowed to start was due to injury. Credit to the Raiders for signing and starting Spillane and making him an integral part of their defense as it paid off big time and he's still greatly undervalued among fantasy football players despite his top level productivity last season in Vegas:

The over-the-top, ridiculously personal attacks on Spillane from the so-called "mainstream" media reached the point where they were honestly kind of creepy. "He doesn't belong anywhere near an NFL field" is the kind of extreme statement that should be reserved for mega-busts like JaMarcus Russell.
My wife said that the anti-Spillane hype machine from those guys reminded her of a catty woman ranting about a rival she was jealous of.

The agenda against Spillane was started because he stonewalled Derrick Henry on the goal line on national television. While at the moment it happened the announcers naturally were excited because it was a fantastic play, the marching orders were given and it has been a bashing session ever since.
The reason for this is the way he emasculated the premiere black running back of this current era (a player I find exciting and have no issue with). That type of physical dominance cannot be allowed.
