Teams always start winning more when their Black Afflete QBs get benched. Look back a few years, when Mcnabb wentout, and AJ Feely won 6 of 8 games in his place, and when Mcnabb came back they lost the super bowl. Then two years later he went out again, and Jeff Garcia won 7 in a row, and his only loss was in the playoffs. I recall Mike Vick leaving a couple games a little banged up, only to see Matt Schaub do much better in his abscence. Quincy Carter started 3 years straight for my Cowboys, never doing anything above average. Now we have some fine white QBs starting in place of the blacks they shuold have been ahead of on the depth chart in the firt place. Kerry Collins is the main one, but also Gus Ferotte in Minnasota. They are doing much better since its been Gus, rather than Tavaris.
