Yes, when condemning the actions of a non-white person (especially the most precious, a black man), one must always couple the critique with a sycophantic justification for the inadequacy. A person of African decent couldn't possible lack natural athleticism, could they? Russell's god-awful athleticism makes Byron Leftwich look like Michael Vick or Steve Young.

The sordid truth, as usual, was that Russell was obese, lazy, outrageously slow-footed, inaccurate, physically weak, arrogant, unintelligent"¦and yes, absurdly unathletic. Then again, any combination of those amusing qualities could easily depict the majority of his fellow African footballers.

I have followed Jamarcus since high school. When he was drafted by Oakland I told everyone here in Mobile he would be a huge bust. Of course, I was accused of being a racist. I just didn't want to see a black man succeed. The truth is that the kid has zero intelligence. Ok, he can throw a ball 40 yds on his knees, but that doesn't do you any good when you are constantly throwing it to the other team. This is just the natural order for a kid who with talent but no guidance. His whole family is sporting around town in their fancy sports cars - at least for now until they pawn the titles to help cover the attorney fees that will be mounting over the next few years if Jamarcus doesn't change. My guess - he won't. What an absolute waste! As they say - you can take the brother out of the ghetto, but you can't take the ghetto out of the brother. Prove me wrong, Jamarcus - I dare ya!!!

They are some powerful comments. I think Americans are getting fed up, and the ridiculous salaries are simply speeding the process up.

Who wants to see overrated affletes (thugs & idiots) be treated as if there "God's gift to sports?"

I like that article. I think DWFs are starting to wake up to this BS. I think the World Cup advancing for nearly all-white or all-white to teams to the semi-finals is helping a lot. The success of guys like Gerhart and Welker are opening up some doors for more white RBs and WRs.

its liquid codeine, which is not as strong in comparisons to oxycontin, heroin or morphine, but they are all derived from the poppy plant. It would take about 100 mg of codeine to = 10 mg of morphine and I think your liver can only process 300 mg of codeine at a time, because an enzyme in your body has to convert it to morphine (a good deal of white people lack this enzyme so they only get the side effects without the euphoria). However it is combined with phenegren which enhances the drowsiness effect combined with the fact they usually are smoking weed and drinking on top of it.

It is prescription cough syrup and commonly prescribed for coughs but is abused when they mix the entire bottle with soda. Many dwfs know he was using it to get messed up off of, because of the popular song "sipping on sizzurp"

However I would rather him be remembered for his terrible quarterback play and ridiculous salary instead of this. The above post just about summarizes what I was about to explain. Codeine is an opiate from the poppy plant. This is the plant that produces poppy seeds, but another part of the plant is used to produce opium, heroin and pills like codeine, Vicodin and Oxycontin and the pain killer in more pure form usually injected is morphine.

I will add that Morphine and Oxycontin are only used now in medicine for excruciating pain because the concentration is so high in these drugs that they are highly addictive just like heroin. The longer you take it, the more your body desires and needs and the higher your risk of overdose.

I wonder what Keilan Ellis's next excuse for Jamarcus not becoming a superstar QB will be.
