All I have to say is: HAHAHAHAHA! Another little afflete busted! Hopefully this monsterously stupid turd will actually get punished. Na, the media's little darling angels are "products of their environments" no matter how rich they are.

BTW, this couldnt have happened to a nicer coach, sissy-caste-boy Mikey Shannahan. Gee, I wonder if Peyton Hillis will get a chance to carry to ball now that coke-head is gone? I guess that's a stupid question to ask, really stupid.Edited by: Thrashen

Does he still owe his advance money to the Broncos. Also if he does what collection agency will they use to get it?

I hope Peyton does get some carries now. He sure has the talent to do great things, if only given a chance.

Ex-Bronco Henry arrested in cocaine-trafficking case

Former Broncos running back Travis Henry was arrested Tuesday along with an accomplice following a 6 kilogram cocaine sting in Centennial, according to federal authorities.

Charges were filed against Henry and James Mack this morning in U.S. District Court in Denver, according to a news release by Jeffrey Sweetin, special agent in charge of the Rocky Mountain Division of the Drug Enforcement Administration.

The drug sales involved cocaine worth about $100,000, according to an arrest-warrant affidavit that referred to Henry as the "money guy" in an ongoing multi-state drug conspiracy.

Henry told one Billings, Mont., customer that he and his family were all "dead" if they didn't come up with $40,000 worth of cocaine lost when

their home was robbed, according to the affidavit.

To make up for the stolen cocaine, Henry and Mack gave another customer 2 kilograms of fake cocaine, or drywall, along with 1 kilogram of real cocaine, the document says.

Magistrate Judge Kristen Mix set a detention and bail hearing for Oct. 6 but held off on releasing Mack and Henry today.

Mack, a convicted robber, did not yet have an attorney to represent him.

Denver defense lawyer Harvey Steinberg is representing Henry.

He declined to comment about the case.

Henry, a former Pro Bowler who had three times rushed for more than 1,000 yards in a season, was released by the Broncos on June 1.

He played his only season in Denver last fall under a five-year, $22.5 million contract but was too inconsistent on and off the field to keep around any longer, coach Mike Shanahan said at the time of his release.

Henry missed four games last fall with knee and rib injuries, and skipped the first two weeks of the team's quarterback camp after straining his hamstring. Since arriving in Denver in March 2007, Henry tested positive for marijuana  and won an appeal to the NFL  and news became public that he had fathered nine children by nine women.

In 1996, Mack was sentenced to four years in prison for a robbery conviction out of Adams County, according to Colorado Bureau of Investigation records. He was arrested for third-degree sexual assault in 2000 and assault in 2004, according to CBI records.

The arrest of Henry and Mack on Tuesday came as they received a shipment of 6 kilograms of cocaine from a drug dealer turned informant. The cocaine was provided for the sting by a DEA chemist in San Diego.

A random traffic stop on Sept. 16 near Billings, Mont., led to the arrests. A Montana State Patrol officer and a federal DEA agent had pulled over an Impala on Interstate 90. A passenger in the car alleged that for $5,000, he was hauling 3 kilograms of cocaine worth $60,000 and 6 pounds of marijuana worth $3,600 for Henry and Mack to customers in Billings, the affidavit says.

The suspect agreed to become a confidential informant and help authorities build a case against Henry and Mack, the affidavit said.

But the informant was already in trouble with Henry and Mack because he had given 2 kilograms of cocaine to a Billings drug dealer earlier, and the drugs  worth $40,000  had been stolen, the affidavit said. Henry and Mack were holding him responsible for losing the drugs, the records say.

Henry had told the informant that he and the drug dealer whose house was robbed and their families were all "dead" unless they covered the loss, the affidavit said.

In order to save his life, the informant came up with an idea to rip off another Billings drug dealer by selling him 1 real kilogram and 2 sham kilograms of cocaine, the affidavit says.

After his arrest, federal agents instructed the informant to meet with Mack and Henry. Two days later on Sept. 18, he wore a recording device when he met with Mack in Aurora.

In the meeting, he told Mack that he sold the fake drugs to the dealer in Montana but that on his way back to Colorado, the State Patrol stopped him and seized the money. Mack told the informant he would have to tell Henry about the loss.

On Sept. 22, the informant made a recorded phone call to Henry in which he promised to give Henry 3 kilograms of cocaine to compensate him for the money taken by the State Patrol.

Four days later, he called Henry and told him he had 5 kilograms of cocaine  three of which were his and that he could buy the remaining 2 kilograms. Henry went to the informant's house and spoke with him by phone in the following days, confirming the drug deals.

DEA chemist Amy Harman provided 6 kilogram "bricks" for the informant who on Tuesday at 5:43 p.m. called Henry and told him to pick the drugs up at the informant's home in Centennial, the affidavit says.

Henry and Mack came over at 6:15 p.m., and the informant handed them a black duffle bag containing the cocaine, it says. The two put the duffle bag on the kitchen table.

Mack took out one of the bricks and cut himself trying to get a piece of the cocaine to cook and test, so Henry took the brick and broke off a piece, the affidavit says. They then "rocked" up the cocaine confirming it was good quality.

Henry took the duffle bag, and when he and Mack went out the front door, federal agents approached them. Mack immediately hit the ground, but Henry ran and was arrested several houses away.

Henry still can't break off a long run!! I bet the cops were white and tackled him, he was probably trying to get out-of-bounds.
