No team respects Stanford's passing game this year. Part of me really wants Shaw to throw Costello into the fire this year and get some experience. It is still a possibility that Christian will return for his senior season. Whites seem to value actually graduating college so coming back in 2017 with a starting QB with some starting experience under his belt could really maximize his potential.

Just read on BSPN that McCaffrey is going to skip Stanford's bowl game so he can concentrate on getting ready for the draft. As much as I like Christian, I think this is a mistake. He's got one game left in his college career. He should stick with his team and play in the bowl game. If he was a senior and was predicted to be a high draft pick, he would certainly play in the bowl game.

He probably wants to play in the game very badly, but he was almost certainly advised agents (or his father) to sit out the game to avoid injury. In the final 5 games of his illustrious NCAA career (all wins by Stanford), McCaffrey averaged a ridiculous 198 rushing yards per game.

He's the important player to the cause of white running backs in decades (maybe ever?), so I'm not too broken up about him missing his final game in what could unfortunately be perceived as a "selfish" decision. The only prominent white NCAA running backs drafted in the past decade (Toby Gerhart and Brian Leonard) were great players that could've flourished as NFL starters for many years...but they simply weren't on McCaffrey's level. Christian has a slender/muscular body type and playing style that compares to players like Jamal Charles or LeVeon Bell rather than Hillis, Gerhart, or Leonhard. Don't worry, though, he'll surely be compared to Danny Woodhead by all the racist commentators.

I have noticed that McCaffrey skipping out on the Bowl game has alot more traction than when Fournette announced he was skipping the bowl game. No doubt a racial double standard is at play here.

The "expertise" of former 1st round bust Bucky Brooks has always been questionable. I really hope Pats or the Pack end up picking CM. He is going to be great. I would hate to have to root against him if he were picked by one of the most despicable teams in the NFL like the blackhawks.

I think Green Bay and Indianapolis would be good landing spots for McCaffrey. Both need running back help.

For the Packers drafting McCaffrey in the first could be the difference between advancing in the playoffs and going home.

If the black hawks were to give him a fair shot as a featured back I would root for them. Whites getting a shot at halfback never happens unless out of need because of injuries

This may have come up but I don't have the time to find it.
CM's game against Iowa in the Rose Bowl last year was arguably the best game by one player in the history of college or pro football. The punt return for a td was one of the most athletic plays I have ever seen. You don't just jump through two tacklers on your left and right with 3 feet between them and they wiff on you then slash left past two more tacklers untouched though there were Stanford blockers on there side and behind them and the get into open space and have a giant lb come up on you and at the last second slash right leaving this guy whiffing and looking like he was sliding into second base and then just kick on the jets and let 3 of your blockers take out the rest of Iowa with about 40 yards to go.
There were two or 3 runs where vary capable tacklers absolutely whiffed again in very tight space. The one run I loved and Mccaffrey has done it 3 times in the last 2 years is where a defensive player gets into the backfield and falls on the lineman and blocks CM's path and he just instinctively leaps over them and runs up field.
I have touted CM as the 2nd best rb of all time behind Barry Sanders. I now think he is the GREATEST rb ever to suit up. I hope this translates to the NFL. KC is going to take him but I really hope he goes to New England where us castefootballers will be partying for years to come.

It isn't because he doesn't deserve to be drafted in the first round. In a league in which Tavon Austin was a top ten pick, McCaffrey would be lock to be a first round pick, if he was black.

But McCaffrey is white and the NFL has a different standard for white men.
