A lass, come on Guys let this fight go. Hatton should have been thrown elbows too. He should have continued to pound the body etc. Hatton's corner let him down, should conserved his energy for the last two round and went for broke. Stop making excuses. He weighted 147 lbs and what the f... is this excuse of Hatton's arms being shorter. He knew this from the get go. Maybe the ref was a slight factor, but Ricky should have KO'd PBF instead, lets please move on. When we as members of this site give excuses we lose crediability!

i agree with you kukulcan, but realistically, this fight's never going to die. some people here are going to argue about it until floyd finally loses and even then, that event will only serve to support the conspiracy theories.

btw, dont mention the "credibility" argument. its not worth the flack you'll get.

Before you two start complaining about others "never letting it go" you Newbies might want to count the number of posts you have written on thread and take your own advice. Who is really dwelling? If your purpose on this site is to complain about caste footballers loyal support of white athletes, then find a new site. Pointing out elbows and poor refereeing is hardly a "conspiracy theory" - an over-used term. I suppose the caste system itself could be considered a "conspiracy theory", but lots of theories are accepted fact. Otherwise Newbies, stick around for awhile before you decide to lecture us. Bottom line, I think Hatton should have had Frank Warren to do the negotiations as his promoter. Too bad they had that split up. Warren would have watched out for Hatton and would not have had Floyd's camp basically choose at their will all of the fight stipulations. The use of a good promoter is very underrated and often overlooked. Considering that Warren is one of the few decent ones, I am still baffled by that move.

1. im not lecturing u or anyone else. i post my opinions and thats all (just like everyone else).

2. i dont complain about support for white athletes. i never have. i think america needs more support for its white athletes, or at the very least, it needs to give whites the same adoration it seems to give blacks.

3. some people are never going to get tired of talking about elbows, and ring size and cortez and clinching, and im never going to get over the fact he got knocked out. oh well. agree to disagree. this doesnt mean i hate ricky. truth be told i think hes a great athlete and a stand up guy. he wears his heart on his sleeve, and i admire that. i support him as well as other white athletes and the fact that i disagree with you doesnt take away from that at all.

4. happy new year to you and everyone here at castefootball. a toast to kelly pavlik and all the rest of the great white fightersthat helpedfight the caste system this year.
