I'll tell my S'African son-in-law Norman (10.79PB as a 17 year old around 2001) to keep watching Emile's comeback.
He still has fond memories of many things South African
He is pretty happy with that. Still a few things to work on for the next 2 weeks. His form is looking good, high knee lift and he appears to be running relaxed from what I can see....well done! A .16 improvement in 2 weeks is awesome!

Let's hope his long lay-off might in some way have a positive effect on his sprinting longevity.

The progress is immensewell done Emile another .10 off your time. 10.19 is starting to fire on all cylinders and running relaxed!
He is really enjoying himself.Great start by Emile, he shot out like a cannon! I know once all his speed endurance returns he will have a sub 10 with a start like that. It’s great to see him back running and he looked like he was having fun out there.
they were very much critical of Omanyala's run ..... 10.20 for a 9.77 man.great run. The announcers casually tried to play down his run but we know the truth. Cant wait to see his progression in the next few outings.
